- Matthias (1/5): Die Ferienwohnung entspricht nicht dem Wert 1800€ für eine Woche. - Es war See nahe Alles!!! Wir hätten uns mit einer einfachen Wohnung zufrieden gegeben, so wie es uns die Bilder gezeigt haben. Aber es war nicht gereinigt, einiges war kaputt, vieles entsprach nicht dem Italienischen Standard für Ferienwohnungen. Ich habe mein Auto in der Einfahrt zerkratzt (Lackschaden) da wir mit unserem Auto nicht durch die Einfahrt durchpausten. Wir haben die Ferienwohnung nicht bezogen und haben uns am selben Tag eine Andere Unterkunft gesucht.
- Ingrid (5/5): Leider stimmt die Beschreibung bei der Buchung nicht mit der Realität überein. - Appartement hat eine Klimaanlage Leider gab es weder Liegestühle noch Sonnenschirme, im Gemeinschaftsgarten gab es keinen Schatten.
Das Appartement war nicht ebenerdig sondern über Treppen zu erreichen, keine Terrasse und keine
Barrierefreiheit, der ausgewiesene Parkplatz für größeres Auto nicht befahrbar.
Der Zugang zum Meer ging über eine rutschige bemooste Plattform und eine Leiter.
Das Mobiliar ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt
- Simon (7/5): 2 friends in Salo for 3 nights with Lambrettas - Great location, a 10 minute walk into town on a safe footpath alongside the lake. Good secure parking behind a strong gate plus free, safe on street parking. A responsive host (we had a problem with the AC which was quickly resolved.
Good outside garden space (thought we didn't use it, it looked nice and right on the lakeside The second bedroom was a small single which also contained the washing machine so was a little on the small side (OK for a child maybe) Overall the decor was OK, perhaps a little tired and in need of an update. Likewise the communal outside area could be smarter
- Yevhenii (9/5): Superb - The location is unique. You have access to the lake with direct entry into the water from a private inner yard. Several public beaches are within a 15-minute drive. The property is located below the level of the main road, so you almost don't hear it. It's quiet and peaceful on the territory. Parking on the territory requires advanced skills, especially when pulling out. However, there is free public parking 100 meters up the street, where lots of spots are always available.
