- Gerhard (10/5): Home away from home - Hospitality, great staff, neat environment, good food -
- Mathabatha (8/5): Very good. - N/A Sitting on the bed was the only option and not nice. Could have provided a chair.
- Qalokuhle (7/5): -
- Tshegofatso (7/5): Fairly decent if you are on a budget - Close to location I wanted to visit. Staff was friendly and considerate. Room could have been more recently cleaned around the corners and crevices.

- Alison (8/5): Good value for money - Staff were really friendly & helpful.
Good location close to DIRCO and shops. Across the road from walking track & sports facilities. Some areas need some updating/maintenance.
- Leah (10/5): - Tebogo welcomed us with warm hands and she gave us a good care.....🥰 Nothing at all
- Sebolelo (7/5): - The location
Staff Cleanliness not standard but bad

- Phunyuka (6/5): - It was easily accessible. Clean and friendly staff. The rooms feels like a dormitory. The bathrooms could do with some revamping. The shower water mixer was also problematic, you either had cold or scalding water. The price is rather steep for the kind of accommodation.
- Robbin (7/5): - I didn't have a cellphone charger, but the waiters gave me theirs to use. Outdoor seating on the deck was not that cool.
- Ellen (8/5): - Quiet place to be Restaurant service need improvement .
Keep on checking customers after you served them
- Kevin (10/5): -
- Debby (6/5): Clean but won’t be back. - Accessibility The property locked up and never told the guests how to arrive and depart the facility. We had a lady knocking on our door at 5.30 in the morning asking how she got breakfast and how to get out of the room area as the door was locked leading to the reception area. We also had to just throw our key and gate opener over the fence when leaving at 7 as no staff were around to assist. The doors to the rooms are so thin that the wondering lady woke us all up talking in the passage which was a long echoing chamber.

- Carol (9/5): Excellent service, good meals and comfortable accommodation! - The staff are absolute gems who treat guests like royalty. I was treated with such warm compassion and was emotionally supported throughout my stay (my husband was admitted to a hospital in Pretoria in a critical condition, and I stayed at the Lodge to have a shorter commute and to be closer to him). I received such a thoughtful and special "Care Package" with the most beautiful card from all the staff - this exceptionally kind and thoughtful gesture and treatment came from strangers, who became instant family, to whom I will be eternally grateful for and never forget...
There is also a restaurant on site, and I thoroughly enjoyed all the meals, especially the breakfasts and pizza, and of course, the excellent and attentive service! There was nothing worth mentioning that I did not like...
- Nomvula (8/5): Necessary staycation at Rietondale Lodge. - Tranquility, ease of access and a restaurant onsite. The room I initially chose was small and asked for an upgrade, which was granted.

- Zakhele (7/5): Good - Since it's winter I must say my room was very warm and cozy. The staff was very friendly. The place is nice and it felt safe. The people that had booked there my neighbours were very loud. That's the only element I was not happy with. The staff tried speaking to them but it went over their ears.
