• Anita (5/5): Bien ubicado pero muy descuidado - amplios ambientes y baño remodelado Mal olor, los pisos feos, un tendedero con ropa en una habitación y el lavarropas con ropa adentro. Por otro lado nunca contestaron al whats que mandan de emergencia. Bolsas de basura en la puerta del Depto dentro del edificio.

Al llegar, el apartamento estaba totalmente sucio: camas sin cambiar y usadas, sin toallas, calcetines por el suelo, cervezas en la cocina y el baño sucio. El teléfono de emergencias no respondía y tuvimos que dormir en esas condiciones, algo inadmisible. Al día siguiente conseguimos otro contacto, ya que los anteriores no lo gestionaban, y tras insistir enviaron a alguien a limpiar, con un trato poco profesional. Experiencia muy negativa. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

• Francesco (1/5): Valutazione 1 perché 0 non si può mettere - La posizione a due passi da ponte di rialto è l'unico punto di forza. Wifi presente. La casa non era pronta alle 15, orario di consegna, abbiamo dovuto aspettare il solo cambio di lenzuola perché non è stata pulita, non hanno lavato a terra (Eravamo con i calzini neri, sotto sono diventati bianchi), non hanno lavato sui comodini dove abbiamo trovato alone di tazzina di caffe del precedente visitatore, zanzare ovunque anche quelle morte schiacciate sui muri restano ancora da precedenti visitatori, capelli a terra e sulle lenzuola appena messe e sporcizia. Nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo. Foto sull annuncio lontane dalla realtà per niente accogliente.
• Constanze (2/5): - Es hat extrem gestunken, war dreckig und der Müll vom Vormieter war auch noch im Apartment. Tischdecke war klebrig und verdreckt, der Kühlschrank wurde noch nie gereinigt (zumindest sah er so aus). Geschirr in den Kästen war verdreckt und unbenutzbar. Böden waren voller Staub und Haare.

• Karolina (5/5): - Zapach kanalizacji w łazience był wyczuwalny. Brudne ściany, które wymagają odświeżenia. Karnisze wisiały bez firan, nieestetycznie to wyglądało. Pytałam czy będzie ręcznik dla każdego gościa, uzyskałam odpowiedź że tak. Jednak po przyjedzie był jeden mniej (poduszki też jednej nie było) ale napisałam do właściciela i szybko dostarczyli co potrzeba.

Apartment not marked or written sign outside. found it by Apartment number. Not easy to find if you don't see written plate. .Heating didn't work. So warmed the place.with Kitchen Gas..Dump smell. No flat TV as advertised. I expect Apartment to provide frypan. You are not going to make Omlette on China crockery. View.- dumped and derelict buildings to view. Owner didn'tanswer or returned three calls. ..Paid £190 per night. Not a good value for money.

The apartment was on second floor, not good with children and elderly, it was not clean, no hot water , reported to host but was not helpful, power cut in the night, the host did not give right advice, we put ourselves in danger by pulling main power supply switch, no microwave, no freezer door in refrigerator, so all food got frozen, could not open windows, mosquitos in the apartment. Lots of noise in the street as it is locator next to restaurant. It was nightmare to stay in this apartment.

It is well maintained and perfect for families. There are a few areas that could benefit from improvement to enhance the overall experience like the main entrance door and the building’s stairway lighting.

• Christine (7/5): Just ok if you are looking for location wise accommodation - Like the location It was not the same as the one in photos. We didn't even get to use the stove since there's no firestarter for it.

• Gabriel (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good it was in alley close to the famous bridge and close to San Marco A lot could be better. The description of the property says its 2 bedroom it is misleading, the apartment is basically a large room that divided into 2 rooms with wooded shelves and a plastic broken door that hangs on zip tie. Each one of room have portable aircon which make very loud noise, we couldn't sleep properly because its either you cannot sleep because of noise ,or stop aircons , open window and get eaten alive by mosquitos. The kitchen utensils were disguising - broken dirty forks and rusted/ dirty cookware , we couldn't open the kettle lid it had broken lid handle and probably was not used for long time. The floor is wavy and has cracks in it , one should not walk barefoot on it probably serious issues with the foundation well its Venice after all There ware 2 uncomfortable single beds connected in the first room and 2 very uncomfortable sofa beds in the other room, I was worried it is going to l break during the night. The tiny "TV" in one of the rooms was not working . The most amusing in it all is the smart lock which you need to unlock with the phone, not sure why out of all the issues the owner decided to invest money in smart lock which makes it uncomfortable for the visitors especially for senior ones, since you must have working mobile phone with you with mobile data and to know how to do it. its a tourist only destination not everyone going to have that available.

• Jay (5/5): central location in an old building, noisy and hot, lots of mosquitos, live and dead - central location, 15 minutes walking from the St. Lucia train station, close to canals, st. Marco plaza and shopping areas, lots of bars and restaurants nearby it's an old building with steep stairs, downstairs there's an restaurant which sent all the noise and smell to the room. We had to keep the windows open because it has two indoor AC machines to evacuate the hot air by two big pipes, the noises and hot weather made all of us hard to sleep. Many mosquitos inside the room, both live and dead ones, several dead bodies with blood left on the wall which look very disguising. Why did not the cleaner get rid of them? It's overpriced.

• Avegail (8/5): Very good - Location was excellent. It was close to all of main attractions in the city. Host was also very helpful and quick to respond when needed. Self-catering essentials are all in the property. The cutleries and mugs needed changing. My brother had a bed bug bite from the sofa bed where he slept.
