• Kumar (3/5): Not value of money-Poorly maintained and very interior location - Staff and owner behaviour, exterior of the hotel and cafeteria. Service was prompt and fast, 1. Location- It is 7 kms from the Maa Kamakhya Temple, but it will be very difficult to get any public transport (Cab/Auto). It is in a very interior locality, and the locality is also not well known, with narrow roads and potholes. Ola/Uber/Rapido will charge you anything, as they are not aware of the locality. 2. Cleaningness- Found a few bedbugs on the shelf of the room. The quilt was not cleaned at all. I had to ask them to change. 3. Food- The quality of food was below average. 4. Hotel helpline number- The hotel helpline number is the owner's number. So it's difficult to get it when you needed.

• tarang (9/5): Guwahati short trip - A proper boutique hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful which made our stay comfortable and tension free. Although located in a proper residential area, a little far from the city centre. But cabs can be easily booked.

Even after an advanced payment, my booking was cancelled. After several tries I was able to communicate and came to know that payment for early check-in requests and advanced payment to confirm booking had been overlapping leading to the consequences... When there is not enough case for example in your hand making too structured management makes things complicated You Must make the customer address system and booking terms simplified. • Georgina (10/5): - Everything was great. This hotel is in the suburbs so very local which I love. Room was clean, had a safety box i. The room., Bottled water replenished each day. Restaurant had plenty of options and food was good. Yoga studio across the road. Was so good to practice with local people. The staff were amazing. Thank you Said on the blurb on booking com that this wasn't good for foreigners, rubbish!!! I loved it.

Room service was very prompt and the food was decent too. Rooms are small, power fluctuates a lot and the AC kept switching on/ off. Breakfast items were consumed by the time we got to the buffet and there was no replenishment.

• Kalyan (10/5): We had a lovely time staying at Kashvijoy ,The place and people involved were very welcoming. - The location is perfect for travellers because it is only 20 minutes drive from the airport,and ten minutes drive from the Kamakhya railway station. This place is ideal for tourists who preferes to stay for a night and visit the Kamakhya Temple, and than had off to Shilong or Kaziranga without facing the traffic snarls of the city,

• Morten (7/5): Friendly budget stay, good restaurant - Apparently newly built hotel that gives a very friendly impression, a bit like a nicely done youth hostel. The on-site restaurant is good and safe. Some of the younger staff speak good English The whole district is under construction and it’s noisy and dusty. The only benefit of location is short ways to the airport and to Kamakhya Railway Station (although that too took 15 min driving). Like most hotels in this region they want full payment before arrival.

Right from the staff and service who were very helpful, the rooms were clean specifically the bathroom, the rooms were airy and well maintained. We could cook our own food and oven, utensils were provided with. The quality of the crockery were very good. If we visit Kamakhya again we will stay here again.
