• Irma (9/5): Great stay - Quiet area to come back to after a busy day in Firenze. 30 minute walk from centre, good transport connections 5 minutes away.

• Claire (6/5): Un bon séjour mais avec quelques points négatifs - Très bon accueil des propriétaires . Appartement très propre et grand (sauf une des chambre). Cuisine et équipement complet. Appartement dans une rue qui semble calme mais des travaux tout autour du logement, une porte de garage qui fait un bruit insupportable et la deuxième chambre très petite avec juste une petite fenêtre en hauteur (il ne faut pas être claustrophobe)

The apartment was very clean and very spacious, it had all of the necessary facilities including a washing machine which was invaluable to someone like myself travelling across Italy. The area itself was nice, quiet but still with access to shops, restaurants and the tram service.

It was great to have a whole apartment with all the facilities, including washing machine. The tram to the city centre was close by and easy to use. • Sarah (10/5): incredible stay! - great apartment located near leopoldo tram station so it's still close to all the biggest attractions in florence while being in a quiet neighbourhood. the bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, and the washer/dryer was a godsend as i had already been traveling for a week prior to checking in. sofia and her husband, dario, were always available to answer any questions i had and i was even able to store my luggage on my last day at dario's hotel. highly recommend! • Ruchi (9/5): Superb - The apartment was neat and clean and decorated in a good taste. All the facilities like a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine were available. The bedroom had a large king size bed and there is another one with a bunk bed ( useful for families with kids). The apartment is close to Tram station, and a big Co-op store makes it easy to travel and get anything one may require.

Easy access to the city and locations - Great communication with the hosts; easy access to town via the trams; really well appointed kitchen with everything you need, love having a washing machine just before I was heading home, safe location as I was traveling alone, super comfy bed! Great property my only suggestion maybe to have some umbrellas as I got there and it poured rain so too wet to leave the apartment to even buy an umbrella.

• Sneha (10/5): Simply superb! - The flat was exactly as described in the listing. It is a spacious house with a cute little balcony and was packed with literally everything you need and more. The kitchen was well equipped with cutleries, coffee machine and press, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave and some cooking basics(salt, sugar, coffee, oil, teabags) and all cleaning materials. High speed Wi-Fi connection, and what more it also offers washing machine with dryer function. Both bedrooms offered comfortable bedding and plenty of wardrobes and storage furniture. Fresh towels and hair dryer were provided too! It is located in a quiet and convenient location and was easily reachable from and to airport with public transport. Leopoldo Tram station just 5mins by walk and can take you into the city with 10min ride! Within 300m radius is the Coop supermarket and a cafe/bakery that offers great coffee and delicacies. Above all else, I have to say that Sofia and Dario are most friendliest and warm hosts ever! From helping me to adjust my booking last minute to accommodate another friend to making a late checkout happening, they ensured a smooth and friendly experience throughout! Thank you so much! If I ever go to Florence, I’ll definitely rebook here! Everything was perfect!
• Lynne (9/5): Clean, well-located apartment. - Location: 5 tram stops from the main station in Florence (Santa Maria Novella). Tram is located outside the train station. Get off at Leopoldo station, then a two minute walk. Quiet and safe neighbourhood. Lovely cafe with good coffee, fabulous pastries and sandwiches plus a large supermarket within a few minutes walking distance. Restaurants within walking distance. We took the tram every day to the Santa Maria Novella train station and then walked around Florence from there. It is a walkable and safe city with stunning architecture. Apartment was very clean and the hosts were very helpful. For example, they responded very quickly to any enquiries and booked a taxi for us to the airport when we left. We could have taken public transportation (about 40 minutes on two tram lines) but had to leave early so decided on a taxi. Appreciated that the apartment had laundry facilities (bring your own laundry soap) and kitchen was well-stocked with new-looking utensils etc. It was VERY hot when we were there (August 2023) - 41 degrees. There was an air-conditioning unit in the living/dining room/kitchen but the two bedrooms were hot and stuffy at night even with doors/windows open. We suggested to the hosts when we left that they supply fans for future guests and they agreed it was a good idea. We tripped a circuit breaker by using the dishwasher, TV and A/C unit at the same time. It was late at night so we messaged the hosts and decided to go to bed. They responded almost immediately, and came to the building and reset the breaker (located somewhere in the building - not in the apartment) and so power to the apartment was restored.

He helped us booked a taxi when I had difficulties communicating with the taxi company. I highly recommend this flat. None

Apartment is in very quite street and in very nice part of city, you need only few trup stops to be in city center. Apartment is very big and it's good option for biger group of travelers, they heve averything of equipment inside, every recomandation for it
