- Orsolya (9/5): Overall I am satisfied with the accommodation. - Train station, supermarkets and streetfood near to the accomodation. Accomodation is modern, clear and well equipped. Everything went smoothly. Host is very kind and helpful, we received also useful tips for our stay and travel via Booking messages. We had a great time in this accomodation, everything was okay, but some small things to note: room is quite small for 4 people, so we had to move the small coffee table into the bathroom for night, when we opened the pull-out bad. There was no shower curtain, it was not to comfortable having shower. Accomodation provides only one piece of toilett paper roll for arrival (due to environmental reasons), so we had to buy further rolls for us.

- Quincyanne Mari (9/5): - The place is in a quiet neigborhood. It's clean and has the cleaning supplies needed to keep it that way. The bed is comfortable and nice. It has a bath tub as well so you can soak after a long day of walking around. The walls are quite thin so you can hear the sounds from the outside and the neigbors, but that's usual in Japanese apartments.
- AHMET (1/5): - Hiç birşeyini. Tesis çok kötüydü. Asansörü yoktu. 1 yaşında bebekli olmamıza rağmen 4. katı vermişler rezil olduk. Akabinde yatak çok çok kötü, hem küçük hem eski. Sürekli ses geliyordu ve düşecek gibi oluyordu. O kadar beğenmedik ki 1 gün öncesinden çıkış yaptık.

- Samantha Jillian (7/5): - The apartment was spacious and clean with a great shower. The check in time is inflexible and the customer service is nonexistent. If you book for one night, you are paying for only 16 hours with a check in at 18:00 and check out at 10:00. They claim there’s nowhere to store your luggage either, even though there’s a large empty space upon entering the building. I lost a day of my trip trying to shuttle my things around and find storage lockers when they could’ve just let me keep my things there. There is no one to help you bring your things up two flights of stairs either, so keep that in mind if you have many bags. I wouldn’t stay again unless I only had a very small backpack.
- Martin (10/5): Beautiful Apartment in a very nice Location - Easy Check-in and Check-out and excellent communication with the Team. The location is nearly perfect just next to a train station for the Osaka Loop Line to access everything important in Osaka but still in a very quiet quarter for night time. We got very useful tips via Email from the team as well and there was a excellent documentation how to use every household appliance in english with pictures! There were several good restaurants and Izakayas around the corner and in the near of the train station. If we come back to Osaka it is very likely we choose this location again. A very nice apartment for couples.

La ubicación es fantástica, a 5min andando del tren y metro lo que te permite moverte por la ciudad rápidamente. Tren directo a Universal Estudio que tarda 15 minutos. La zona tiene bastantes restaurantes, seven eleven, family market a pocos pasos del alejamiento. La lavadora y la secadora son una maravilla si las necesitas El sofá cama tenía bastantes manchas y los edredones también La vajilla es de plástico, el equipamiento es justo Un poco justo para cinco personas

Dostępna pralka i detergent, suszarka na klamerki, która można powiesić na dużym tarasie. Świetna lazienka- osobno WC, umywalka i kabina prysznicowa z wanną, która ma panel do sterowania temperaturą. Android tv, kuchnia wyposażona w mikrofalówkę, lodówkę, kuchenkę gazową. Można było przygotować sobie kilka prostych posiłków. Do spania łóżko z miękkim materacem plus mała rozkładana sofa. Dwie szafy na ubrania. Okolica cicha i urocza, w odległości 10-20 min spaceru lokalne sklepy z tanimi produktami spożywczymi. Byliśmy zachwyceni pobytem, świetnie odpoczęliśmy

Bardzo precyzyjny opis jak dostać się do mieszkania, jak korzystać ze sprzętu oraz jak się wymeldować. Nie mieliśmy żadnych problemów z check-in. Wygodne łóżko sypialne. Genialne rozwiązania w łazience, super opcja suszenia ubrań. Chyba najlepsza opcja na wyjazd z dzieckiem, komfort posiadania mikrofali i kuchenki bezcenna. Duża przestrzeń. Można by dostawić jedną szafkę z półkami czy szufladami aby komfortowo odkładać rzeczy. Elementy wyposażenia wymagają już wymiany - szklanki czy szczotka do toalety.

Nous avons loué ce logement pour 5 personnes ,et c'était trop petit, ma fille de 14 ans a du mettre un genre de matelas très fin devant le frigo ,elle était en sandwich, elle a mal dormi ! Nous n'avons pas eu le logement que nous avons réservé ! Nous n'avons vu personne ! Et en dépliant le canapé nous avons bien vu que le ménage n'était pas fait en profondeur . Il y avait de nombreux cheveux dans la baignoire

The spring coil of the bed was broken and it kept making noise when sat or slept on the bed. The utensils in the kitchen were not clean. The drainage in the bathroom was slow and it got clogged on the first day of our stay.

- Aya (7/5): - 室内に洗濯機があり、しかも浴室乾燥付きでいつでも洗濯ができて便利だった。 お風呂の排水口にネットがあるため排水が悪くすぐ水が溜る。
- Iana (9/5): Отличное место, просторное. Легко попасть в апартаменты! Местоположение хорошее. - Расположение отличное, очень легко добраться до Universal Studio Japan. До главных достопримечательностей с пересадками, но вообще недалеко. Понравилось, что мы смогли даже постирать вещи и тут же их высушить. Кондиционер помогал поддерживать комфортную температуру. Очень просторно! Шумноват кондиционер и холодильник, но это не напрягает.

- Nana (9/5): 快適！ - このタイプの民泊は初めて利用しましたが、部屋が綺麗で非常に過ごしやすかったです。金額も破格に安く助かりました。 チェックイン方法や入室手順も手軽で良かったです。 また、チェックインの際に部屋のクーラーが十分に利いた状態になっていて、外の暑さに汗だくでしたのでとてもありがたかったです。 シャンプー、タオル、石鹸などのアメニティが事前情報より充実しており、持参した消耗品類が不要でした。どのようなアメニティがあるかもっと詳細に書いていただけると良かったと思います。 また、そこまで気になりませんでしたが、一部床の汚れなど清掃が行き届いていないところがありました。
- Fuki (8/5): 駅近の住宅街にあるアパート。 - ロケーションや部屋のサイズが期待通り。駅も近く、歩いて行けるスーパーやコンビニも多数あり。夜も静かでとても過ごしやすかった。タオルも必要分用意してあり、とても助かりました。 排水ネットや、トイレットペーパーの替えがあればよかった。エレベーターがないので、ベビーカーやスーツケースの運ぶのが大変。

- NAKATANI (8/5): 他の部屋の生活音を我慢出来れば、それ以外は大満足！ - 駅、梅田など繁華街からも近くロケーションは申し分なく、価格も良心的でした。洗濯機や電子レンジがあるのは数日滞在するのには大変便利で、シャンプーやせっけん、洗濯洗剤の用意があったのは大変助かりました。 建物の構造上仕方ないのですが、二階の足音と二階の人の階段の上り下りの音が部屋まで響いてきます。

Be warned. 😟 Otherwise, location was excellent, close to train and metro lines, lots of good eating places. Excellent facilities; washing machine and dryer/bathroom, kitchen in the unit. Quiet. Heating was excellent in winter. Paid for five people to sleep. There wasn't even a trolley-bed or proper futon mattress. Thin blanket was the 5th bed in the kitchen. 😑

- Khamisah (6/5): Enjoyable visit Ōsaka but tiring of the stay - It is very spacious, clean & we like the location. As we travel in family we require to wash & dryer. Although the property provides the washing machine but the clothing needs to send for dryer. The laundromat is a distance to travel., we don’t might the distance. There’s no lift at the property. We need to carry our 30 inches luggage bag up the staircase to 3rd floor. Moreover we have 4 of the big luggage, could you imagine how difficult for us. If check-in we bring up & check-out we bring it down via staircase. Another issue is that the property provides one toilet roll to be use it with 4 night of our stay in the property. We have 3 adults & stay for 4 nights, one toilets roll for sure insufficient. All these were not indicated at their website. This property good for couples & backpacks not for families.
- JMHecht (9/5): Nice place, one ride to osaka station - The place was very clean, there are basic facilities necessary for a long stay and the clothes drier in the bathroom was very impressive and an added bonus to make laundry washing easier. It is also within walking distance to the noda train station, convenience stores and supermarkets. The place could use a dining table and chairs. There was also no knife in the kitchen as well as dish towels. A cabinet where guests can put their belongings would be nice. There was only one center table in the living room so random stuff end up on that table but it also serves as dining area so it is too crowded and always needs cleaning up.
- NASIHA ASSILAH (8/5): Cozy, spacious, and in a great location with easy check-in. But no elevator, no iron, and cleanliness needs improvement, - We loved the cozy vibe of the place. The space was roomy enough for us and came with almost all the facilities we needed—just note that an iron is not provided. Everything else in the room was convenient and made our stay easier. However, the property doesn’t have an elevator, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Check-in was smooth; we just followed the instructions, and the owner was responsive through the Booking.com chat. The location is great—very close to the train station and convenience stores, with several 7-Elevens nearby. The neighbourhood is super clean, quiet, and mostly residential, which we really appreciated. I personally feel the cleanliness could be improved. We found quite a lot of hair around the room when we checked in, and we had to clean it ourselves with wet wipes to feel comfortable. The extra comforter/topper for the sofa bed also had an unpleasant smell, likely from previous guests. I really hope these are washed regularly between stays. We ended up spraying our own perfume to make it more bearable.

- Elizaveta (8/5): Хорошее место на недолгое пребывание. - Большая квартира, горячая вода, ванна. Удобная кровать. Нет никаких вешалок, мест, куда можно положить вещи. Как будто квартира нежилая. Посуда пластиковая и старая. Очень много чьих-то волос по всей квартире, было неприятно ходить босиком.
