• Fiona (7/5): Decent price-point compared to city, good transport links. Amenities & cleanliness acceptable - Good proximity to Edinburgh. On-site parking a bonus. Sufficiently spacious with reasonable amenities. Could have been a little cleaner, it was acceptable but not immaculate. Would benefit from a thorough airing to remove the cigarette & marijuana odours.

Broxburn town centre just a couple of minutes walk away with plenty of shops, takeaways and restaurants. The tumble dryer wasn’t working Lacking a few things in the kitchen, such as a spatula, chopping board. There was a noise that kept us awake in the night, possibly from next door?

• Gill (3/5): A poorly maintained property that was not good value for money - The location suited us and the staff reacted quickly to our complaints. The bedding and towels were clean. It felt like everything was done on the cheap. Lots of cutlery and crockery were missing when we arrived and no one had checked. There weren't enough chairs for us all to sit at the dining table. ( There were 5 of us but the house is advertised as for up to 6.) Some rubbish from the previous guest was found in the living room and one bedroom. The blind in the single bedroom was broken. Generally there seemed to be little care and attention given to the property which is advertised as luxe. I feel it was not worth anywhere near the over £250 we paid per night.
• Wolfe (4/5): Handy location for getting to Edinburgh and airport - The location of the bus stop to Edinburgh was in front of the house and the bus stop to the airport was a 4 min walk up the street. The floors on the main level were very sticky, thought it was from cleaning residue till we looked at our socks and realized it was just dirty. The counter tops and garbage bin weren't wiped down. The bag of garbage and full bins outside wasn't very appealing. When we got through to someone she did help us fix the hot water boiler so we could have hot water in the kitchen. It would be a great space if it was clean. Spaces behind night stands and under beds hadn't been cleaned in a very long while.

• Home (8/5): Very nice stay. Will recommend to everyone who wishes to see Edinburgh and Glasgow also within 1 hr - Superb location, very warm and cosy. Downside is just 1 bathroom. Other than that it's a very good house.

Great location and a great space for family to gather together for the - The property is exactly as pictured in the provided photographs. We were comfortable, warm and relaxed in the environment. The house had excellent amenities, cooking utensils, soaps and cleaning products adequately supplied. The provided towels and token water bottle and sweetie was a thoughtful touch. On entering the property there was a strong smell of damp, I was fully aware that the property had recently undergone some water damage, However the pungent smell was quite overwhelming. On booking the accommodation I booked for 6 people. 5 beds were dressed with linen and the sofa bed (providing the 6th sleeping place) was not. Asking me to pay £20 for linen was rather strange.
• Cheryl (8/5): We used as a base to attend military tattoo and other areas of Edinburgh. There is a park and ride which we drove to and - It was clean and tidy, good location some nice local shops and restaurants, take aways. Nothing, it suited our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

• Anji (6/5): Somewhere clean & tidy lay your head - spacious, quiet,good off road parking, single two beds very comfortable. Problem with no electricity on arrival was rectified and sorted quickly Needed basic broken things fixing. Bathroom needs refurb, lots of evidence of water leakage on floors, wood around bath, looks very tired. Lock on bathroom door not lockable so broken. Anti slip bath mats might be useful for shower / bath area . The blinds in both front bedrooms didn’t go up or down chains already snapped when we arrived, and blinds needed as There was a street light outside of these windows. Sink in bathroom the plug hole, looked dirty . But we were all concerned when we were out somebody entered the property when we were not there and put Wi-Fi info in a stand in property, we had talked about no info for Wi-Fi so I checked emails and found info fir the same But leaves whoever it was wide open if anything is not there or missing when guests come back home

You get exactly what’s in the pictures so that’s always great! Check-in and check-out were super smooth and really cooperative and helpful team. Car parking is right outside the property. Would rebook again! N/A
