Guest Reviews
- Bruno (9/5): - I loved my lodging, the flat is comfortable, charming and well located. It will definitely be my favourite place in York. The staffs are quick to respond and can even give a discount if they decide to stay more days, that’s interesting.
Tip: Buy quality pots for cooking and kitchen utensils such as: Knives, sieve, and other things for the guest to have a really good experience, cleaning products.
What didn’t leave me dissatisfied: I forgot a bottle of stainless steel water, and asked that it be kindly kept and that when I got back there I could pick it up... I asked for a favour it didn’t cost anything, but they said it wouldn’t be possible, it left to be desired the care of the guest.
- Ch3lle (10/5): Great Accommodation - Loved everything about it! Great Location. Everything you need for a stay in York
- Paul (10/5): Excellent - Location excellent. Nice apartment Little disappointed to get a fixed penalty parking ticket parked directly outside the property. Thought there may have been a residents parking pass. But apart from that everything else excellent
- Lois (9/5): Beautiful flat in the heat of York - Perfect location for a week away- just a little one bed flat in the heart of York 5 mins walk to York minster and easy access in and out of the city. This was a very clean flat with everything in it requires fo r a comfortable stay. Our only issue was the bed which was too small for our liking. We would suggest removing the armchair from the room which would allow a bigger bed
- Martin (9/5): -
- Tarra (10/5): - Very secure but very homely Nothing
- Erika (9/5): -
- Paula (9/5): Great for a weekend in York! - Great location. Clean. Tidy. Comfortable No parking

- McLeod (10/5): Can't wait to go back - It was a self catering accommodation. There was everything you needed , the photos of the property were exactly the same in real life as on booking.com Someone else mentioned in a post about pads for the kitchen chairs other than that there is nothing I didn't like
- Riccardo (9/5): -
- Vanessa (8/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, great wee apartment. Facilities were spot on, clean and comfortable - Location was great, close to city centre and york minster. No parking at property which isn't advertised on booking.com other than an answer to a question, unless I'm missing it? we drove from Scotland so to get there and realise we had to park at the other end of city and pay £20 parking, plus ubers back and fourth with bags was not great.
- edward (10/5): Brilliant holiday and will be back, 10/10. - A brilliant apartment with everything you need for a enjoyable holiday.A superb kitchen, a super comfy bed and a amazing bathroom with walk in shower.Only a 5minute walk into city centre and bus stop at end of road if you want to travel further. could do with a couple of pads for the kitchen chairs.

- Georgia (10/5): Great location, everything we needed. - Location was great, the bathroom was lovely. Had everything we needed. Communication was easy and the property was very safe and secure.
- Jenny (8/5): Enjoyed overall - No sitting area
- David (7/5): Overall it was nice and quiet but lacked a good clean in the shower. - The location was excellent The shower was disgusting and not cleaned properly and marks on the walls. The bed was not to our taste as it was very soft. We asked for a second duvet, but told they didn’t have one
- Julaine (10/5): Perfect place to stay in York! - The location was perfect! It was in a quiet neighborhood, yet very accessible to all sites. Prior to check in, the host provided extremely detailed instructions as to how to access the property which made entry super easy. The host provided a welcome book in the apartment with very detailed information on everything we needed to know about the property and surrounding areas. One suggestion would be to include instructions in the book as to how to use clothes washer. When we contacted them, they were quick to respond. There was ample storage space. The apartment was very functionally laid out.
- James (10/5): Great place and location-- go to place in York - The outdoor patio was a nice treat -- the laundry machine, once we figured it out, was most helpful. Location was excellent a short walk to the train station. The shower had both a hand shower and overhead rainforest shower -- very good pressure and temp control. Was a comfortable bed and decent kitchen area Not much on any area inside for sitting area ( there was a kitchen table and chairs -- but for watching tv) no instructions on how to get the laundry worker -- called the number and got somoene but finally figured ot out ourselves
- Manola (9/5): Perfect place for a couple of days in York, close to the attractions and easy walking around town. - My daughter and I loved the outdoor patio area and the kitchen Would have liked a sofa to sit on to watch TV.
- Francois (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yvette (10/5): Exceptional - Great position, just 3 (bus) stops from the railway station or a 15 minute walk. Close to the city.
Spacious apartment, well appointed kitchen, quiet. Nothing.

- Tania (10/5): Really lovely place!! - Wow. I have been staying in various accommodations across York for the last 12 weeks and this one is by far one of the best! Clean, quiet, comfy bed, warm, amazing shower, great location. Lovely gifts from the host. The Christmas tree was a lovely touch too! The plates didn't fit in the microwave. The patio doors leading to the outside don't have any curtains which feels a bit weird when it's dark.
- Alison (10/5): Lovely, comfortable, clean apartment in a central location. -
- Flynn (10/5): Awesome - Everything When asking letting agents for assistance regarding some mail getting sent to me at the property, they expressed utter irritation at my request. I could actually hear eyes rolling down the telephone 🙄
- Todd (9/5): Very comfortable and convenient location for exploring the old city - Great quiet location - just outside the York walls
- Kay (9/5): Great ten days...and better weather than last year's stay! - Self catering, and two handy small supermarkets within walking distance. Easy walk to the station - 15 minutes - or bus virtually the other side of the road. Close to good pubs and the Minster. The fridge door was very noisy to open and close, but hopefully this will be fixed, as has been reported to the agents and the cleaning lass.
- L (10/5): Just great thank you - Location and the garden All good liked everything
- Elizabeth (10/5): Our stay was lovely great location and loved the Prosecco and crisps that were left for us 👍 - We didnt have breakfast Only the step going down to the garden wasnt really a problem just had to be careful same with step going into main room kept forgetting it was there otherwise perfect property

- Andy (9/5): Superb -
- Anastasia (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent location near the centre of the city.. Very comfortable beds, clean spaces and cosy design. Also a very nice garden with beautiful flowers.
- Kay (10/5): Fabulous, comfy, and will return! - 15 minute walk to the station, and close to the Minster. Roomy flat, though weather against us using the pretty courtyard. And a washing machine! (Not mentioned in facilities). Great shower. Not much… basically have to watch tv from the bed, so perhaps one or two small chairs in the bedroom would solve that issue? Not a biggie…
- Darren (10/5): A good fu time & looking forward to returning. - perfect size for us. Nice court yard to sit in the sun(when it came out😀) Close to city centre. Nothing.
- Alina (10/5): Superb stay. Everything great - Very nice apartment. Exactly as in picture. Very clean. Near city center There is nothing that I did not like. Everything was excellent
