• Anne Pauline (4/5): Laat je niet verleiden door goede reviews - Eigenlijk niets maar de locatie is wel ok! Schimmel in de keuken kastjes, douchekop vol kalk, stoelen buiten kapot. Het was waarschijnlijk een top appartement een paar jaar geleden maar zeker geen onderhoud aan gedaan voor langere tijd. Check out is op booking om 11.00 uur maar ze proberen je eruit te krijgen om 10.00 uur. Gelukkig was het maar voor 1 nacht.

Poorly equipped kitchen. 3 coffee cups (we had 4 people), no wine glasses, no dish clothes or drying towels. Patio furniture was as shown in photos except some broken and tattered.

• Tony & Tania Giorgio (9/5): Excellent - Everything, the little touches, like leaving a booklet with information with everything around you and transport options, chocolates on the pillows, cold water in the fridge. Brilliant place along a long line of restaurants, not far from airport, but need transport to get into Rome, I believe there is a shuttle from the airport to Rome. Bit far from Rome, itself. But otherwise, everything was good.

• Wiktoria (5/5): Do przeżycia, ale nie polecam - Lokalizacja noclegu jest super. Obok jest wiele restauracji, piekarni, sklepów. Trochę dalej do plaży ok. 20 min w jedną stronę. Czystość i udogodnienia. Brakowało papieru toaletowego, nie było w ogóle w kuchni papieru ręcznikowego czy ścierek, środków czystości tj. Płyn do naczyń. Na tarasie i w kuchni było brudno. Taras niezadbany, kwiaty zeschnięte od braku podlewania. Krzesła na tarasie popsute od użytkowania. W łazience stara słabo działająca suszarka, brak środków czystości podstawowych nawet jak mydło, już nie mówiąc o jakimś małym szamponie.

• Hafer (9/5): Feel like a local while staying in Fiumicino! - Location The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and overall amenities were satisfactory. For the price, it’s great and I mean this as constructive feedback. Adding simple items like garbage bags, tissues and a roll of paper towels would be nice.

• Sophie (10/5): Exceptional - The house is amazing, so peaceful! The water pressure in the bathrooms isn't great but I discovered it being a common thing in Rome and FCO. The terrace isn't very private but the view is amazing and it's definitely worth it. We felt like living in our own home whilst we were there. It's so spacious and the beds are very comfy.
• Robert (5/5): Big disappointment - Location. Two separate bedrooms. 3 showers/toilets No help after 7 pm despite me asking earlier if that was going to be a problem. Heat did not work in one of the bedrooms. It was very cold. Bedroom shower did not maintain hot water. Only middle shower did. Absolutely no handsoap. Had to buy two soaps. Overall very cold place. Timer on stairs light was annoying and short. Many times light went off as we were still using the stairs in the sudden darkness. No instructions on wifi or how to operate the heater. Extra pillows had no pillowcases. Thus could not use. Very bad sheets. Scratchy and got unstuck from the fitted corners with a smallest movement. But the biggest turn off was the lack of help after 7 pm despite notifying them in advance. also, instructions for check in were provided less than 24 hrs before check in when we were traveling. Made it very stressful.
• Elenweb (10/5): Exceptional - terrace and view are fantastic. beds were extremely comfortable. no real lounge room but the outdoor terrace makes up for that.
• Tina (8/5): Loved our afternoon & evening chill on the terrace!!! - Location is right on the canal/marina. The terrace is was a lovely spot in fine weather. 3 bathrooms, incl 2 ensuite. Pizza place right underneath had some of the best pizza we had!!! Layout (which is due to having to fit a 2 bed flat in an old building) - the flat is on several levels (no lift): a kitchen with a small table and chairs on the ground floor; up a set of stairs to shared bathroom with a good size shower; up the next set of stairs to the 2 reasonable size bedrooms and within each, up a few more steps (which could be a bit tricky at night), a small ensuite with toilet, basin & very small showers (so we just used the shower downstairs). Access to the uncovered terrace was through one of the bedrooms. The place is a bit tired and some of the furniture was broken. The only shared living space inside the flat is the kitchen, so if you can't use the terrace (rain/wind!) then it could be a little uncomfortable for a group (but of you just want a base to sleep, & are planning on going out to eat/party, then it would be fine) Parking was a little tricky - street parking feed up late in the afternoon, so wasn't too much of an issue,

• Cathleen (8/5): Beautiful spot/good "people watching" from above-street deck enhanced a relaxed stay. - Staff was exceptional. Would have been more comfortable with better/softer chairs, but was satisfactory. Location near airport allowed relaxed days in sunny Italy before returning home. Needed to use an app to access key in lock box (took 45 minutes and host involvement to accomplish). Would have preferred host using Booking.com to communicate. Phone did not work well in Italy so using "technology" was difficult.
• Kellie (6/5): Unit is fine, communication from the host is lacking. - The unit is as pictured. It is spacious and comfortable and the balcony is a nice feature. Communication from the host was really lacking. The site says they can arrange airport transportation. I asked more than once about arranging transportation and never received a response. I asked several times about an early arrival and offered to pay if it was a possibility. I never received a response. I asked about baggage storage if an early arrival was not possible. I never received a response. The instructions for retrieving the key from the lockbox were very clear, but the key wasn't in it when we opened it. The unit was not ready for our 3pm check in, the cleaning team had the keys inside with them.
• Roberto (8/5): It’s a good place for a short stay. - Located in a very nice area - near the sea and so many wonderful restaurants. The terrace was lovely. It had a lot of stairs. The showers did not drain properly. The property was not responsive to questions by email prior to check in.

• Michelle (7/5): Good - The beds were comfortable and it was ok for the last night of our trip to catch a flight the next morning. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Easy access to the key. It is close to the airport and about 50 meters from the bus stop. But don't expect any help from the management team on how to use the bus system or any meaningful response from your questions. The lack of information and communication was next level. This was our last night of a 17 day Italian holiday. Every other accommodation had gone out of their way to communicate ways to access their properties. That is not the case here. What I can do is tell you the Cotral bus picks you up by their blue pilar on the arrivals level just past door 6 Terminal 3. You can purchase the 1,10€ ticket at the outdoor coffee shop in terminal 3 by door 4, it is called Panella. You need to buy 2 tickets if you need a round trip. It was very easy after the 45 minutes it took to figure it out. Make sure to ask the driver if they are going to via Torre Clementina #F11054 that is the stop 50 meters from the house, and the drivers were pleasant and told us we needed the next bus. There were ticket agents at the stop after we had figured it out but do not count on them being available, the coffee shop is the best bet. Follow along on GPS so you can hit the stop request button on the bus. There were no announcements for which stop you were arriving at. The house smelled even though the cleaner was still there and we know it was being cleaned. It must be the fish restaurant in the front of the building. It was unpleasant. There is no microwave to reheat anything. The couch, TV, and access to the outside patio is all in one of the two bedrooms so don't expect any privacy in that room. Communication prior to the day of check-in was non existent, I had tried to get information on the bus system but received zero response.

The facilities were good and the roof terrace/balcony was amazing on a summer evening. Great dining options close by and the bus is right outside. The water pressure meant the shower was fairly poor and the whole apartment could do with a deep clean.

Somewhat cumbersome communication using email and whatsapp to get entry details since we didn't have the Italy sim card number when originally reserving the booking and booking agent wanted to communicate with original US phone number that was only accessible when on WiFi
• Michele (8/5): Staying at the Clementina was a much more pleasant experience than staying at an airport hotel! - Clementina is along the boardwalk with many restaurants, which provides a vibrant night life and many options for eating out. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have 3 bathrooms; although, the ensuite baths were so small, they are really only useful for the toilet and sink. The middle bathroom, however, has been updated, and it is very lovely. We used the terrace to relax after a long day in Rome and traveling from the airport. We stayed at the Clementina on our last day in Italy before flying out the following morning. Finding our way from the airport to the house was stressful. It was not clear at the airport where to find the bus. There was a lot of hauling our luggage back and forth. The bus we took dropped us off about a 20 minute walk from the town. We were not expecting to have to carry our luggage as far as we did. It took us much longer to reach the apartment than we had hoped, and the whole process was stressful! It would be helpful if the host would give more specific direction to visitors on where to find the appropriate bus. Otherwise, I would suggest guests take an Uber. We ordered an Uber in the morning back to the airport, which was very easy!

• Marwa (10/5): Dream home 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 - The staff Maurizio and lisa very nice and polite and professional what ever was missing in the property they bought immediately Its really good house Infront of the sea specially for Muslims and Arabs because the toilets has Shataf 😃شطاف في الحمام it is comfortable like home 2 minutes to super market and pharmacy and restaurant bus stop under the house to the Rome or the Airport and cost 2 euro uber is cheap as well its really safe area and very clean that will be my second home There is the ventilation resturant beside the property was bringing all the fries oil in the air and the engine noise was horrible
• Sirbuletu (8/5): Good. - As an overall very good place, with enough bathrooms, comfortable rooms, and easy access to Fiumicino by taxi. The only problems were the cold rooms. It was February, and the AC worked but hardly helped. The TV in the room was broken. For one night was good.
• Nicholas (9/5): nice place for a longer layover in Fiumacino, a bit pricy for a FCO layover - great location, especially if you hve time to enjoy Fiumacinio. Balcony/terrace in front of the Tevere is perfect. way toomany steps, not for those uncomfortble with lots of steps
• Barbara (8/5): It served our need to stay close to the airport for an early morning flight. - Once inside, the unit was lovely but so many stairs! It wasn’t necessarily the best choice for the elderly in our group. There was a very small kitchen area downstairs which wouldn’t have been conducive to a group wanting a social space.
• Noel (4/5): $190 for one night down drain - don’t waste your money. - The location was wonderful. The kitchen had a foul mildew odor. None of the refrigerators were plugged in, and therefor were unusable. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. The air conditioner was broken. Four attempts to contact the property through booking to inquire about parking went unanswered. There was one small water bottle for two guests.

• John (9/5): Wonderful and enchanting - what a great surprise! - Parking was an issue. Even after the problem with access (entering the property) was resolved, the width of the passageway was too narrow for our Peugeot 5000. However, at this time of year there was street parking that was close. We used that and did not have any trouble with vandalism. The property itself was quite charming and the balcony was especially surprising. It topped our expectations and is the main reason why we will be endorsing this unit as a great choice for anyone wishing short term accommodations. We did not use the kitchen , since we were staying just overnight. We ate at one of the local places, of which there were lots and lots. Beds were good, and small shower in the unit was cramped, but quaint. The facilities on the second floor were much more inviting. The balcony was a great place for relaxing and people-watching. It showed a great look at the waterway with all its boats. Thank you for the good weather and the beautiful sunset and sunrise! Parking - see above Parking was an issue.
