• Nuria (6/5): Amazing view, good option for short stay - Miro was very nice and kind, explained us everything and the mum left some cake for us in the fridge. The views and terrace were amazing. Easy to get there from the port, no more than 10min The apartment itself looks and feels old and dark, and didn’t look clean, with visible dust and hairs.

• Patrick (10/5): Best view of Hvar from the deck. - Excellent location with an amazing view of the marina from the outside deck. Loved this deck. Easy walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, and the bus stop so we could visit Stari Grad and Jelsa. Th host made us a delicious treat. The host's son gave us a very good rundown on the town of Hvar, including an excellent restaurant recommendation. Liked everything.

• Dalton (10/5): Amazing Views!! - Our stay here was amazing. We were greeted by the lovely Marija and her son, who showed us to our very clean and cosy room. She had even left us some delicious homemade biscuits and Easter chocolates for us. And the view from the balcony was stunning. I honestly don't think you could get much better in that area. Only a short walk to old town square and to nearby tanning/ swimming spots. Honestly couldn't recommend the place more we loved it!!

• Phillipine (10/5): Awesome and hosts were kind and supportive - The hosts were excellent. Marija and her family her son and husband went above and beyond to support and accommodate us. Their kindness was greatly appreciated. The apartment was clean and Marija offered us cake on arrival and her husband very kindly dropped my sister to the ferry terminal and her son took all our luggage up for us. Will definitely recommend this apartment to family and friends. Nothing - liked everything

• Makenna (10/5): Such a great stay that really enhanced our time in town. - The hosts were so kind and welcoming. They immediately showed us to our room and explained how to best navigate the town. They even left slices of homemade cake in the fridge that was in our room! Truly the sweetest people. It was pretty hot when we went and the AC worked great in the room. The view was FANTASTIC. • Liz (4/5): Studio not enjoyable due to cramped conditions - Studio Apartment with balcony. Loved the proximity to town centre. Easy walk to all sights. Host was lovely and also her son was very helpful and orientated us to town. We also got help with our luggage and a lift to the bus stop. Fruit bowl on arrival. The weather, but unavoidable. It did make our stay pretty uncomfortable though, due to the small room size. We couldn’t be outside in the rain, so could only sit or lay on our beds. It was difficult to walk around the room with 2 x suitcases. Access to the bathroom was a little restrictive. Bathroom had no daylight, lighting was poor and not very clean, especially the shower, which also had a broken door frame. 2x towels each would be helpful.

• steve (8/5): If you love views and a clean comfortable stay this is it! - Amazing view and the hosts went out of their way to make us welcome and settle us in! Did I mention the view!!!?? We were offered an upgraded room which we took and was very roomy with all sufficient facilities. oh and that view! Decor is slightly dated.
• Maureen (9/5): Lovely hosts. Lovely stay - We arrived on an early ferry and thankfully were able to leave our luggage and get the keys while the room was being prepared. We were given cake which we enjoyed with our coffee and a lovely touch (and very good). The room was very comfortable with a lovely balcony overlooking the city. Beds were comfortable and once we got our bearings we were able to avoid 99% of the stairs in Hvar. Nothing the owner did but just a heads up if you have more than a small suitcase. If you decide to walk from the ferry to the apartment do not go by Google maps. They will take you up 100 steps (in a few locations). Head to the bus station from the ferry and right behind the stand to rent ATVs is a pathway. Follow that all the way up to the street the apartment is on. The most stairs you'll have (if I remember correctly) is 3 (with a few single/double stairs). The elevation rises at the end but you're staying up on a hill so expected. It may take a few minutes more but once we knew about it we didn't take any other route.

• Auðdís Tinna (10/5): - This was a very nice and beautiful place to stay. The view was outstanding and I could look at it all day!! Marija and her son Miro were very helpful and kind people. Marija left a cake she baked herself in the fridge which was so nice! Miro went over everything in the apartmenr very closely and gave me tips about what to see and do in the area. A really wonderful place to stay! My only issue was the cleanliness. It looks a little undercleaned but hopefully that was just an off day.

Exactly what I imagined! Nothing not to like. Excellent value for prices. Owner kind and helpful, and left us homemade cake as a welcome. So thoughtful!

Definitely book great value for money but swerve BOOKING.COM they're customer service is useless The customer service from Booking.Com are awful. You can never get through to them, when you eventually do after 90mins they either put the phone down or jyst simply say sorry I cant help

The accomodation inside was clean, and had all the basic things you would need, with air con in the room, and living room! And the view is stunning of the old town! The owner, Marija, and her son, were lovely and left homemade dessert in the fridge! 5 min walk into Hvar old town. Great place to stay

The check-in and the communication with the hosts were easy. The view from the balcony was fantastic! The apartment was very dirty! The hair was all over the place, especially in the bathroom. It looked like it had not been cleaned at all, only sprayed with lavender to looked like it was. Almost everything was covered with the sticky dirt! Only the sheets were clean. I do not recommend it!

• Austraveller (10/5): - Marija and her husband picked me up at the port and drove me to the accommodation since I had a large suitcase. My room was comfortable with a small kitchenette and a great balcony to sit at night with fantastic views over Hvar port. The house is located on a hill, but it only takes around 7 mins via a shortcut to get down to the port. I loved my stay there and have recommended Apts. Frane to friends.
• Romeo Michael (9/5): Excellent value for money! - This is an excellent value for money with spectacular view. Was very relaxing and calming to be on the balcony after a long sunny day…just observing the beauty of the old town. It is also a short walk to a small but beautiful beach with sun beds! Marija and her son warmly welcomed us. They were reachable through text when you need something. Wifi and aircon were working well. Obviously, there’s a bit of a walk uphill to reach the apartment but was never an issue for us. We wanted to thank Marija for her care and hospitality!

• Carmel (7/5): A great view….but very basic facilities. - The balcony & view. The host’s son helped us with our bags & stored them after checkout time whilst we explored the town. The apartment was up a steep hill and the ambiance of the apartment was very plain. The beds were hard. There were a lot of stairs. The wifi didn’t work for most of the time.

There was a particular smell in the one of the rooms with double bed. Could not figure out where the smell came from. Double bed was very noisy whenever we turned on it. Didn't get great sleep on it

I cannot fault it. My only small minor on the location is that it’s up a hill. However, the views were incredible and made it totally worth it.

They provided all necessary things and also catered to any requests like early check in that we made. Location is centrally located; although due to nature of terrain there is a little climbing involved to reach the apartment. The views from apartment are insanely amazing.

• Robin (10/5): Incredible view, comfortable accommodations, thoughtful host, ideal location - Wow, this was such a wonderful stay. Our host was flexible with our check-in time, and her son was so sweet with making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The homemade cake in the fridge was such a thoughtful and delicious touch! The view from the balcony absolutely cannot be topped, it was beautiful and we loved spending the morning and evenings relaxing out there looking at the ocean. The city and beach clubs are within easy (5 minute) walking distance, but you're still far enough away in a quiet residential area to get some peace for the evening. The room itself is huge with a large kitchen, comfortable bed, and good bathroom facilities. I cannot recommend this place highly enough, we wish we could have stayed longer and would love to return. Nothing, it was perfect.

We had the most wonderful stay, we LOVE Hvar! Would definitely stay there again if we’re lucky enough to come back. Marija and her son Mirro were very lovely and extremely helpful, they even left us a lovely cake in the fridge. They even let us check in a couple hours early. Nothing at all. Just be mindful if you have mobility issues there is a hill and a few stairs to get to the apartment.

• Kate (10/5): Loved it! - I loved everything about this apartment! The people are incredibly friendly and were able to give us recommendations on where to eat and things to do. Highly recommend! This was made very clear while booking, but there were a lot of stairs and a long steep hill to get to the place. This wasn't an issue for us, but if someone has mobility issues, it may not be the place for them.
• Jenna (6/5): Great balcony views, however it is rather dated and could do with a good clean through. - The balconies and view were amazing. The price was good and the staff friendly. The apartment is very dated, and could do with more pillows for the bed and the bathroom needed a good clean. The shower cubicle is rather tight, so not good for bigger people.

• Scott (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was everything that you could ask for. Marija and his son was very welcoming and showed us around the apartment. It was spotlessly clean, and the view was unreal, and I mean unreal. You really have to see it to believe it. The pictures don't do it justice. The location was also very good, only a short walk away from old town. One of the best accommodations that we have stayed at, and if we are lucky to be back, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the wonderful stay. Oh and did I mention the amazing view? Nothing at all.

• Claire (10/5): Incredible views and comfortable apartment - Incredible views over Hvar - we were stunned every time we walked out onto the balcony. Marija and her son Miro were great hosts. Marija even left us some homemade cake in the fridge! The apartment itself was spacious and cool (well-insulated) and having two bathrooms was a real plus. Short walk to beach, supermarket and the Spanish fort, and easy downhill stroll into town. Obviously to get the sweeping views you are high on the hill, so there are a fair few steps on the way up from the ferry. Don’t follow Google Maps - take the stairs near the Nautica Bar and then follow the road around. Not a huge issue but something to keep in mind if you have heavy bags or mobility issues.

They were outside the property to greet us and her son carried up a suitcase for us. He showed us the room and answered questions! Unbelievable view from the balcony!! Actually everything was nice. Maybe an extra suitcase stand as there were 2 of us.
