• jamal (1/5): Do not book this place look at the other reviews and riddled with bedbugs apparently - Nothing cancelled and lied constantly and wouldn’t help The whole thing was a mess nothing was helped or improved
• Z (8/5): Extremely good value if you need 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms but very dated and in need of upgrading - Extremely good value considering the size of the property. Good location to easily access Wilmslow road, about 15 minutes by car. It's a nice and quiet residential area. They were accommodating when we needed an extra hour to checkout. The property definitely needs modernising but I was aware of that before from looking at the pictures but I wasn't planning on spending much time at home anyway so the price was too attractive and it meant everyone got their own bedroom and and 3 bathrooms was a real bonus. It would have been nice for the host to message during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We like to have our morning coffee in the garden so It's a shame the front and rear garden were not fit for use.

• Katlego (4/5): We took this pics after staff clean up - Kitchen and livingroom are okay Two pple fell from the stairs because the Matt has worn out,beds are balanced with pots,bed matrase are aged.it was not cleaned
• Jack (8/5): nice property, nice host, needs care in some places - spacious, only short taxi away from city centre, host was friendly needs fresh coat of paint and some TLC in places, but overall good

• Rachel (1/5): Absolutely terrible - Do not book this apartment they cancelled at the last minute promised us a refund which we have not received and we are showing as if we stayed there rip offs!! The fact that they cancelled last min due to bed bugs

• Chiquita (8/5): We would use this place again as overall it was a great place in a great location.at - Spacious place. Good WiFi and TV. Lots of bathrooms. Pleasant decor. Shower was great. Clean. Felt like a home. Good communication with owner. Ironing facilities and hair dryer etc. Plenty of sockets. Used electric oven which was fine. Efficient microwave. Plenty of hot water. Only 4 small towels. Would prefer a big and small towel each so some could be left in the bathroom. Only just enough cutlery and plates for 4 so can't have visitors over. Struggled to find a tea towel. No plug or bowl in kitchen to aid washing up. Couldnt use gas hob as no lighter or matches and it wouldnt self ignite. Light not working on stairs and dangerous loose carpet on one step. Beds too soft. Grass needs cutting

• Sid (1/5): Bad - We could not access the property to begin with and couldn’t figure out why. We then discovered the key was left in the letter box, when we walked in there were already guests staying there. We weren’t notified the house had already been booked after travelling from the West Midlands which we found appalling. The house was nothing like the pictures and stank of weed throughout. When trying to get in contact with the owner we had great difficulty m, when they eventually contacted us all she could do was continue to apologise despite us telling her that we had travelled from the West Midlands. She tried to offer us another air bnb which was from one of her associates which was 1hour away from where we needed to be leaving us no option to go back to the midlands
