Simone (1/5): Dirty, unsafe, and terrible customer service from Great Ocean Road Holidays- Lorne - The home was in a good location and you can see the beach in the distance. We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this property. There were multiple issues, including concerns for our safety, and none of the issues were addressed by Great Ocean Road Holidays. - multiple lights falling out of the roof/exposed wires, air conditioning broken,, neighbours complaining of loud noise from the broken air conditioning unit, no remotes for air con or TV down stairs so they were unusable, water on floors through out house on arrival (i had to mop the floors my self before we could enter), fridge not working, worn clothes and shoes from previous occupants left in draws and on decks, rubbish, boxes and food waste piled up in the garage, thick layer of dirt/sand under lounge suite. This list goes on and on! Terrible communication and customer service from Great Ocean Road holidays in Lorne.
