Thanks for the local tip on where to go out for breakfast and allowing us to see you feed the cows. Nothing we didn’t like. We were very happy.

The fine touches like the log seats, and the many bird sounds. Great communication with us. Providing make up remover washers was the best. There was nothing to fault. Just watch for the little green frogs

The host told us about two koalas living in the tree near the gate, and I’ll never forget the moment when one of them was watching us. It was amazing! Boonah town itself is so small, charming, and beautiful. I truly recommend taking the time to go and explore it. Nothing

Our dogs were warmly welcomed. Everyone in the nearby town was super friendly. Toiletries provided were also nice. I’d love to go back in the winter to take advantage of the fireplace. The lounge was a bit uncomfortable.

- Kelsey (10/5): Fantastic dog friendly weekend away - We had a lovely peaceful getaway and would happily stay here again with our 2 beagles. The driveway was well signposted and easy to find, and we had everything we needed once we were there. The cottages are clean, comfortable, quiet and very well looked after. There is plenty of space to walk around the property and get back to nature and we enjoyed only being a short drive away from all the things we wanted to do in the area.

- Ermes (10/5): Exceptional - Cosy cottage. Firewood ready accessible and so easy to use fireplace for the cool weather. Cottage was setup with everything you could need and quality in all things. Even a fluffy knee rug for the lounge. Cottage had a little smokey smell, all my things were smokey when I got home but I suppose that is part of having a fireplace.

They're surrounded by beautiful , well maintained gardens which invited many different species of birds too. The ironing board is in need of replacing as it kept collapsing. Also, only minor , but the tea cups are so small and difficult to hold...a few mugs would be handy.

- Lomax (10/5): A great little cottage in a central location to most attractions in the area. - Craig met us on arrival and was kind and accommodating, great little cottage to base ourselves at for a wedding close by. Everything was clean, tidy and well maintained. The driveway entry isn’t too kind to low clearance vehicles.

It was quiet, with the opportunity for interaction with the owners if wanted. Craig was super friendly, check in was a breeze and it was amazing to meet ‘ the cheese board(gorgeous little cows) ‘ and find out about the property. Craig keeps the property immaculate. The cottages are the perfect little getaway. We got to take home a bucket of mulberries!! The bedding on the bed in rosella was like a cloud ☁️ . So good after a big day hiking. Loved our stay at bilyana x thank you so much 😊

Loved the fireplace and having a verandah was a bonus with scenic views of the surrounding area including visits from local wildlife - birds, kangaroos & miniature cows. I highly recommend Bilyana Cottages for a short stay from Brisbane The hot water wasn't very hot and we needed to top up the sink with boiling water for washing up the dishes.

Lovely fresh linen. The cottage was well situated near to Boonah, easy to find and very private. The cottage was impeccably clean. The hot water was acceptable but not really hot enough for a very toasty shower. We could not work the TV. We are 100% sure that if we had sought help with this we would’ve received it but a cheat sheet for dummies would’ve been handy.

Wallabies hopping about early morning and as evenings approached, skies so clear, loved the fabulous rain water unlike the rubbish we getting in suburbia. Extremely comfortable bed, loved reading up on the history. Visit owl cafe in canangara best coffee I've had in ages. Non applicable loved it all. Would highly recommend for a serious recharge of ones batteries.

We originally came for the Boonah show but ended up staying in the cabin over the whole weekend playing cards and board games as a family in front of a beautiful fire place. Before leaving we got the chance to go and see the baby calf’s and mother cowes so beautiful and to be away from the city and technology.

- Alice (9/5): Great getaway that is not too far from Brisbane. Will bring our puppy next time :-) - Beautiful views. Cottage was so homey and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Fireplace warmed the cottage just right for the cold weather. Would suggest an extra mirror in one of the bedrooms apart from the only available one found in the toilet. It was challenging for a family of 4 who need the use of a mirror while someone is in the toilet.

- Stephen (10/5): a must stay - beautiful country scenery and tucked back from the road into the farm land. excellent views from patio and amazing sunset. comfortable cottage with amazing fire place and everything you need. owners are amazing people. we will definitely stay again nothing not to like. bed was a rating 8/10 compared to 5 star city hotels and only improvement would be the bed. but still a comfortable bed to sleep in.
