Очень уютный и стильный коттедж, современный интерьер и спокойная атмосфера идеально подходят для отдыха. Территория красивая и ухоженная, вокруг тихо и комфортно. Внутри было чисто, всё необходимое для проживания предусмотрено. Отличное место для отдыха на природе — с удовольствием вернулись бы снова!

Отдельная благодарность за вежливое и доброжелательное отношение — чувствовали себя как дома. С удовольствием вернёмся снова Все было отлично и даже лучше чем ожидали! Все соответствует фотографиям и даже лучше вживую. Шикарный двор, все ухоженно и идеальная чистота. Обязательно вернемся еще раз сюда.

• David (9/5): Great vacation-home - Rustic, but nice cottage, very clean. Good location within town, very nice and helpful proprietor. Well equipped Being there in summer, with the doors to the terrace and balcony almost always open, having separate "mosquito-net-doors" or at least a net-curtain of sorts would be a big plus for comfort. During the day and especially in the evening, there were a lot of flies, mosquitos and some wasps coming into the house, even with no lights on.
• Franz (10/5): Tolle ruhige Auszeit - Eine unserer Lieblingsunterkünfte auf unserer Georgienreise. Eigentlich wollten wir nur eine Nacht bleiben, haben aber direkt um eine Nacht verlängert. Die drei kleinen Häuschen stehen in einem sehr großen ruhigen Garten. Davor befinden sich Sitzgelegenheiten, Hängematten und Grills. Dadurch kann man perfekt entspannen und abschalten. Vor allem am Abend, wenn das Haus beleuchtet ist. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, lässt sich gut klimatisieren und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der Besitzer hat unseren Kindern Wassermelone gegeben, war zu sehr freundlich und sprach sogar deutsch.
• Vyacheslav (10/5): - Просторная площадка возле коттеджа ,идеально чисто ,место где царит тишина и уют,хотя в соседних домиках жили люди это не мешало .коттедж просторный ,идеальное белье и полотенце ,удобная кровать и диван для сна .днем при температуре 33 не жарко и кондиционер отлично работает.Заботливые хозяева ,реагируют на любой вопрос .Романтичное место куда хочется вернуться С таким не столкнулись .Все было идеально

• Michal (10/5): מושלם - סימון קיבל אותנו במאור פנים, דאג לכל מה שאנחנו צריכים. הוא דובר אנגלית מצויינת. הקוטג'ים החלומיים שהוא תכנן ובנה בעצמו נראים אפילו יותר יפים מהתמונות. יש כל מה שמשפחה צריכה: כיריים לבישול, קומקום, מקרר, מגבות ומצעים נקיים, גם אפשרות לכבס בגדים ועוד. במתחם הקוטג'ים יש חנות קטנה שאמא של סימון מנהלת, היא אישה מקסימה ונעימה. בחנות ניתן למצוא שתייה קלה, מגוון ממתקים ועוגיות, פסטות, מוצרי הגיינה, אבקת כביסה ואפילו קצת כלי בית, הכל מסודר יפה ונקי. בחצר ישנם עצים שונים וערסלים, שולחנות וכסאות לשבת בנוח. המיקום מצויין, קרוב מאוד לשמורת לאגודחי וגם למרכז העיירה, שם יש חנויות, פירות וירקות ועוד. שהינו בקוטג' במשך 5 ימים ולא רצינו לעזוב... החוויה מושלמת גם לילדים וגם למבוגרים.

The green garden and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be happy to return.

• Areeba (10/5): Beautiful and Pleasent - I loved the location, I loved how it was a guest house and they were so helpful with everything we were asking. So polite and kind. Its a beautiful cottage, true to its picture, mountain view and you can hear the water flow, filled with greenery and very clean. Thank you to the owners that they made our stay so comfortable.
• Dmitrii (10/5): Cozy and clean place. Close to National Park - Everything was great. Cottages are fresh and cozy! Best for summer weekend. We also used BBQ facilities kindly provided by the hosts. It's around 10-15 min walking towards Lagodekhi National Park. Hopefully be back soon

The heating worked perfectly, so it was warm and pleasant inside. The bed was very comfortable, and we loved having breakfast with a beautiful view of the mountain. The host was kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

• Kseniia (10/5): Exceptional - I liked everything, the cottage is super comfy, the owners provided us with everything needed to make a barbecue. And we also bought some delicious wine from a Kakhetian winery ;).
• Vladimir (8/5): City is great, great nature, great infrastructure for kids nearby. - The property just opened so everything was new and clean. Green yard (it's a backyard garden basically). Nice decorative lighting and a small balcony on 2nd floor. Good location (we were on card, it will take some time to reach city center on foot). Walls are thin so you'll have problems with keeping up comfort temperature. Conditioner is great, but it does not reach bathroom which is hot in summer.
• Timophey (10/5): Excellent! - Place is good, silent and comfortable, friendly owners, good parking inside the yard. New furniture and kitchen stuff. Heater radiator was not working on the first floor. We were able to use AC system in a heater mode(as owner recommended), but it's located between floors (almost on second) and it was unable to heat the first floor, so at night there was warm on second floor and cold on the first floor. We were there at middle of autumn, so there was not constantly cold weather and we were able to spend really good time there. But I would to hope that, at winter they have all heaters are working well. Definitely will check it in a winter, because I like this place ))
• Semion (10/5): Exceptional - Simon the host and his mother are the best hosts you can just imagine! They wrap us warmly. It was like visiting a family! The place is all brand new and made with a good taste. The location is excellent, 10 minutes walk from the national park, but if you don't want to walk, Simon will bring you there and back anytime.

The grass needed to grow a bit to make it look more cosy. Great bed, large structure, Equipment especially for cooking was on the poorer side. more kitchen utensils, towels

I can't say enough about the helpfulness of the hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay.

• Muzaffar (10/5): Exceptional - The location was amazing. The cottage was so neat and clean. The owner was co operative .He even booked a cab for us with very low price while checkout. He guided us which areas to visit around the location.Also he gave us a free ride to the national park which is 16min walk from the hotel. The owner has a small grocery store inside the facility that helped us buying some groceries as the market is 1km away from hotel. The kitchen was fully equipped and all necessary utensils were available for cooking as we cooked our meal 2 days there.Highly recommended to visit and stay there.

They even help us to charge the battery of our car. They let us know what was around. Location is amazing, the view from balcony to the mountains makes you really happy and relax.
