• Leonie (10/5): - Very friendly owners, a large and very clean room (incl hot water shower) with a beautiful little balcony, and a delicious breakfast. I could even do my laundry for a very fair price and store my luggage when going to Machu Picchu. I felt very comfortable and would gladly stay here again!

I really appreciate for that. The hotel is just behind a busy street, but it is incredibly quiet. I enjoyed also the balcony with sunshine. There are different types of tee, especially coca tee, available. I will recommend this hotel absolutely.

We asked if they could keep some of our backpacks for a few days before our stay while we went trekking to Choquequirao, and not only did they gladly accept our request (something other hotels had refused), but they also gave us lots of helpful tips and recommendations. During our stay as well, the staff’s kindness and availability were outstanding. I stayed in several hotels in Cusco, and this one is definitely the best.

• Juliana (10/5): - Las instalaciones son tal cual las fotos, la ubicación es buena, queda a unas pocas cuadras de la plaza principal, se puede recorrer sin problema. Super destacable la buena predisposicion y atencion, los dias que no podiamos coincidir con el horario de desayuno, nos dejaron armado un refrigerio para llevarnos y comer en el camino. Estuvimos unos dias en Aguas Calientes y volvimos, y se ofrecieron a guardar nuestras valijas durante esos dias. El desayuno es rico y tiene lo justo para empezar el dia, el jugo de naranja era natural

J’ai eu un souci de santé et ils m’ont aidée tout au long de mon séjour, bien au delà de leurs prérogatives. Merci mille fois ! L’hôtel est très bien situé dans cusco, le petit déjeuner est frais et bon. Rien, si ce n’est qu’il fait un peu frais dans la chambre

• ALEJANDRO (9/5): Un auténtico tesoro cerca del centro, ideal para alojarse. - La ubicación es perfecta y el trato mejor. Leímos en un comentario que al entrar en el hostal parece que entres en un mundo diferente y así es. De la calle llena de bullicio y tiendas, es entrar al Kamila y encontrarse en un lugar de calma, silencio y un patio interior que invita a sentarse un rato y respirar. En cuanto a la habitación, es cómoda y está limpia además del servicio de limpieza que los anfitriones te ofrecen si lo necesitan (sin coste). Por otra parte, en la sala común hay frigorífico por si necesitas dejar tu compra, cocina y té a tu disposición así como muña y hojitas de coca para el soroche (mal de altura). La verdad es que es todo un detalle, creánme. Dispone también de servicio de lavandería (con coste adicional) pero que se agradece si estás unos días. En cuanto al trato, destacamos la atención de Hosward y su familia, cercana, respetuosa y agradable. Un auténtico tesoro cerca del centro, ideal para alojarse. No tenemos ninguna pega. Fue una estancia muy agradable.

• Mariona (4/5): Good location - Poor and old facilities - 0oor breakfast - The location was the best. First night we missed bedsheets and towel for one person ( we arrived 11pm so we couldn’t after request it ), the breakfast they prepared for our visits was prearranged but pretty short and simple. The hot water appeared after some minutes of cold water, the bathroom got twice flooded so we got our shoes wet. We were at 4 degrees outside without heating inside.

• Marit (9/5): Sentralt og koselig! - Eierne er veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige, frokosten god, alltid tilgjengelig kaffe og te, en liten grønn hage med to søte kaniner i bakgården. Det ligger veldig sentralt og det er samtidig veldig stille der. God pris! Kunne valgt det igjen. Det var noe slitt og støvete på badet, ellers var det i god stand.
• David (10/5): Just wonderful! - Entering from the noisy street, you think it's going to be terrible. But you can't hear a thing in your lovely clean room. Lots of warm blankets in a cozy bed and warm showers. A really nice courtyard, or if its raining, two common areas which are bright and comfortable. The staff were fabulous! So, so helpful and very friendly. About 5-7 minutes from everywhere. Its truly a great place to stay in Cusco. Nothing. At. All.

• Andreas (10/5): - Die erste Nacht konnten wir wegen einer Straßensperrung und resultierender Busverspätung nicht wahrnehmen. Die zweite Nacht wollten wir dann auch noch verschieben, weil wir früher nach Machu Picchu wollten. Der Gastgeber hat 100% flexibel reagiert und ist uns in allen Belangen entgegengekommen und wir konnten die beiden Nächte nach unseren Bedürfnissen bei ihm umterminieren. Herzlichen Dank dafür nochmals. So etwas Positives haben wir noch nie erlebt. Wir haben über ihn auch unsere Valle Sagrado Tour gebucht. Hat auch perfekt funktioniert.
• Celia (10/5): Se sintió como ir a casa de un familiar. - El personal es encantador, nos ayudaron y se preocuparon por nosotras, volvimos a los dos días porque teníamos unas horas sueltas en la ciudad y aunque no estábamos esa noche alojadas nos trataron genial y nos dejaron descansar allí un rato. Incluso nos ayudaron con un servicio de lavandería y a coger un taxi seguro. (Somos tres chicas jóvenes viajando). Todo genial.
• Rainer (10/5): - Die Zimmer mit Holzboden und teilweise mit Holzbalkon schauen auf einen schön bepflanzten Hof, in dem man auch sitzen kann. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig. Es gab immer warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Fön kann ausgeliehen werden. Gutes Frühstück. Das Personal isr sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Super Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Il est situé tout au fond d'une cour, il n'y a pas un bruit, et le jardin est très joli. les chambres sont au calme, propres et confortables. Petit déjeuner sympathique. De très bons conseils donnés par le gérant pour visiter la vallée. Depending on the rooms, it can be comfortable or not. my first room was perfect, but the second didn't have hot water, and I saw a coackroach. I asked to change room and the 3rd room was OK, but I had to battle for that. There is not enough staff, which caused me a very stressful situation : I had given clothes to laundry the day before, and was due to leave at 5.30AM the next morning. When I came back to the hotel at 8Pm, there was no one at the reception desk. I had to write countless whatsapp messages before I could get an answer from the manager, who only gave my laundry back at 1AM, ruining my night of sleep. When I left at 5.30AM, again, there was no one to be seen.

• Terri (8/5): Nice quiet room near the Market - The room was lovely with a little balcony overlooking the garden. The bed was comfortable. The shower had hot water. The room was fairly quiet and the TV had Netflix and other options. The location is next to San Pedro Market amd a short walk to the Plaza de Armas. They also have a lau.dry service. Housekeeping came by to clean daily. The room was a bit chilly. The blankets kept you warm at night. The host was nice but not around often.

• Jadwiga (10/5): Perfect - I stayed at Hospedaje Kamila for a few days and it was perfect for me. Great location, charming place with a little courtyard to have your coffee and relax. Located on a busy street ( no traffic but lots of stalls), this place is surprisingly quiet and tranquil. Very comfortable beds, hot water in the shower, nice breakfast. Tea and coffee are available through the day. The manager, Josewar, is a real gem. He is very attentive and goes out of his way to help, beautiful personality. He helped me to book a tour, helped me with a taxi when I was in trouble, with storing my luggage, etc.Thank you for all your help, Josewar, you are amazing. If I ever come to Cusco again, I will stay at Hospedeje Kamila. All was great
• Rika (10/5): - 過去の利用者の方が仰っていたように、オーナーが非常に親切で何から何まで気にかけてくれました。 宿泊時にWhatsAppの連絡先を教えてくれるので、質問や要望はすぐ伝えることができますし、対応も非常に早かったです。 シャワーお湯でます。滞在先を選ぶ条件としてお湯の有無を重視していたので安心でした。ふかふかのタオルも部屋に置いてありました。シャンプーと石鹸は1泊分というところでしょうか。私は持参のものがあったので使いませんでした。 アルマス広場徒歩5分、サンペテロ市場徒歩3分と主要観光地へのアクセスは完璧です。ただ、wanchaq駅へは徒歩15分と少しかかります。道中もアルマス広場への道と比べて人通りが少ないので、車通りが激しい大きな道路沿いを歩いて向かうことをおすすめします。 ペルーレイルのバス＋電車のチケットでマチュピチュへ向かう方は当駅発になると思いますのでご参考ください。

Staff were very responsive to anything I needed, they also offer a same day laundry service which is very convenient. You go through 2 external doors to get in which made it feel very safe and set back from any noise. I got picked up from here by various tour companies with no issues; location is an easy 10/15min walk to main plaza/attractions.

• Aoi (10/5): - The owner of the hotel was the best part of our stay in Hospedaje Kamika!! He’s so kind and helpful. He gave us some recommendations for the restaurants in Aguas Calientes, and offered us some free coca tea! The property is in the city center but it’s quiet even in daytime so that we could rest without any problems.

La disponibilidad de bebidas calientes sin restricción así como el uso de las instalaciones del comedor y cocina. Aunque no forma parte directa del lugar, pero el servicio de taxi que nos recomendó para que nos recoja del aeropuerto cobró una tarifa muy alta, en este caso el triple. Hubiera pasado por desapercibido sino fuera porque al retornar de Arequipa y por no permanecer varias horas en el aeropuerto sin hacer nada hasta nuestro próximo vuelo, decidimos ir a un alojamiento unas cuadras más lejos, para dejar el equipaje y salir a dar nuestro último recorrido por la ciudad.

So central we arrived to a hustle and bustle noisy street and thought “oh no” BUT the hotel is set back in its own court yard and it’s unbelievably quiet and peaceful. Rooms are big. Showers are excellent. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Nothing. This place was great

Podés usar las instalaciones sin problema (heladera, platos, cubiertos, microondas). Un poco ruidoso por los pisos y escaleras de madera, se escucha bastante cuando la gente llega o se va.

Un detalle que nos llamó la atención frente a otros sitios, es que desde nuestra llegada nos marcó en un mapa de la ciudad todas las recomendaciones para comer según nuestras preferencias, algo que ya dice del tipo de servicio que ofrecen. Siempre atentos por si queríamos más agua caliente para tomar té e infusiones en cualquier momento, desayuno completo con zumo de naranja, mantequilla, mermelada y queso con mortadela para el pan, charletas agradables y se ofrecieron a guardarnos parte del equipaje mientras hacíamos trekking. 100% recomendable. • Chiara Maria Rita (8/5): Ottimo! - Quando arrivi puoi non avere una buona impressione per la via e l’ingresso, ma quando inizi a viverlo apprezzi quanta dedizione c’è e quanto i gestori siano disponibili con i propri ospiti. La camera presenta un mobilio antico ma anche se un po’ fredda presenta delle coperte calde e acqua calda nella doccia. Servizio di lavanderia (a pagamento a pochissimo prezzo), asciugacapelli su richiesta (gratis) ed una sala comune dove è possibile gustare mate de coca o altro te. Wi-Fi incluso e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Mi hanno gentilmente cambiato l’asciugamano tutti i giorni. Penserei a ristrutturare un po’ le camere ed il bagno

• Shan Sui (9/5): Fijn verblijf in Cusco op goede locatie - Hele vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar! Zeer goede locatie op loopafstand van centrum. Geen last van geluid van de drukke straat waar verbljf aan ligt. Warme douche aanwezig. Koelkast aanwezig in gemeenschappelijke ruimte. Kamers zijn vrij gehorig, dus je hoort de buren die vroeg vertrekken naar een tour.

The Main Street is very busy but due to the double gate it was very nice and quiet in the evenings. It’s in the area for locals which was nice to see a different side to Cusco and an easy 10 minute walk into the centre.

• LI (8/5): - 房东先生Joswar挺好的，会帮忙拿行李，楼下大堂有热水可以喝茶（太早起床就没一般早上七点半之后）。El señor casero, Joswar, es muy amable: ayuda con el equipaje y hay agua caliente en el vestíbulo de abajo (si te levantas muy temprano no está disponible; normalmente funciona después de las 7:30 de la mañana). 唯一缺点是洗澡热水不够热。 El único punto negativo es que el agua de la ducha no está suficientemente caliente, solo está tibia.

The room got cleaned everyday and they had coca tea in the lobby for free in case you need it. The rooms are simple but nice, and perfect for the busy exploring days in Cusco and around. The location is very central as well. The rooms are a bit cold, but with the blankets it’s warm. So not a big problem.
