• MARIA (7/5): - La Ubicacion Le falta mas mantenimiento, menaje en la cocina y eramos 7 personas y no habia sillas para todos. La limpieza podria mejorar.
• Rado (5/5): Najhorší komunikácia súvisiaca s príchodnom do ubytovania, akú sme zatiaľ zažili. - Apartmán Varema Explanada má výbornú polohu v centre Alicante, priamo pri promenáde, len pár minút chôdze od pláže, obchodov a reštaurácií. Veľkou výhodou je aj dobrá dostupnosť z letiska — zastávka autobusovej linky C6 je približne 7 minút pešo. Pozitívne hodnotíme aj dispozičné riešenie apartmánu. Denná časť je priestranná, s dostatočne veľkou kuchyňou a jedálenským stolom. Nočná časť je tiež veľká a apartmán môže ubytovať až 8 osôb, skôr však rodinu alebo skupinu s deťmi než 8 dospelých. Dve izby majú lacnejšie rozťahovacie postele, ktoré sú podľa nás vhodné najmä pre deti. Výhodou sú 4 kúpeľne s toaletami v nočnej časti. Ubytovanie **Varema Explanada** v Alicante bolo pre nás veľkým sklamaním, najmä pre prístup a komunikáciu ubytovateľa. Ubytovateľ nás až do dňa príchodu sám nekontaktoval a reagoval až po mojej urgencii. Komunikácia prebiehala výlučne cez správy na Booking.com, pričom ani po vyžiadaní telefónneho čísla nereagoval. Keďže sme cestovali ako skupina 8 osôb (vrátane dvoch detí a dvoch dôchodcov), neistota v deň príchodu bola veľmi nepríjemná a mali sme obavu, že si budeme musieť narýchlo hľadať náhradné riešenie. Samotný apartmán nás po príchode zaujal veľkosťou a dispozičným riešením, no celkový dojem výrazne zhoršil jeho technický stav. Apartmán pôsobí dlhodobo zanedbane a bez dôslednej údržby. Počas pobytu sme riešili upchatý a následne poškodený odpad v kuchyni, nefunkčnú elektrickú varnú dosku, nevhodné a nekompletné kuchynské vybavenie, chýbajúce alebo prasknuté poháre, ovládače bez funkčných batérií a bez vysvetleniana čo slúžia, potrhanú sedačku, nefunkčné vodovodné batérie v dvoch kúpeľniach a výskyt švábov po zapnutí práčky. Ubytovateľ vyriešil iba problém s odpadom, bez čoho by kuchyňu nebolo možné používať. Ostatné nedostatky odstrániť nedokázal. Za neprimerané považujeme aj vysvetlenie, že predchádzajúci hostia tieto vady nenahlásili. Podľa nás ide skôr o dôsledok zanedbanej údržby než o ojedinelé problémy a teda klamstvo Najviac nás však sklamal prístup ubytovateľa. Po všetkých uvedených komplikáciách sme požiadali o možnosť neskoršieho odchodu, keďže sme mali odlet až večer. Dostali sme iba odmietnutie s odôvodnením, že prichádzajú ďalší hostia. Za bežných okolností by to bolo pochopiteľné, no vzhľadom na priebeh pobytu sme očakávali aspoň trochu ústretovejší prístup. Apartmán má dobrú veľkosť a dispozíciu, no slabá komunikácia, nedostatočná údržba a najmä neústretový prístup ubytovateľa výrazne pokazili celkový dojem z pobytu.

• Evert (9/5): Prima optie, maar geen balkon. - Leuk ruim appartement. Heerlijke locatie. Geen balkon is wel erg jammer. Matras viel tegen. 1 badkamer was wat ondermaats. Aankomst en eerste opening was wat lastig. De buurman heeft geholpen.
• Tanja (6/5): Das nächste Mal lieber ein Hotel. - Anreise war ok, die Tür wurde uns vom Vermieter mittels App geöffnet. Nach kurzer Wartezeit (wir sind erst um Mitternacht angekommen), wurde uns die Tür entsperrt. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und das Wohnzimmer sieht toll aus. Die Lage ist perfekt. Leider ist der Rest der Wohnung schon sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Mehrere Dinge waren defekt (Fenster und Wasserhahn), und im Badezimmer kamen nachts Käfer aus dem Abfluss, was sehr unangenehm war. Das Apartment war bereits vor der offiziellen Check-out-Zeit gesperrt, was die Abreise unnötig erschwert hat, da unsere Koffer in der Wohnung eingesperrt waren. Die Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls enttäuschend: Es gibt keine funktionierende Telefonnummer, nur Kommunikation per SMS mit langen Wartezeiten. Insgesamt eine sehr unbefriedigende Erfahrung.

• Birgitta (9/5): Underbart boende med stans bästa läge! - Vi älskade lägenheten för dess storlek, speciella design och läget. Känslan var mysig och härlig trots alla småfel. Sköna sängar. Bra kontakt med värden och en fantastiskt trevlig portvakt! Vi ville inte flytta därifrån. Lösa lister och slitna kranar i badrummet, trasig mikro och brödrost. Med mera. Det känns som om lägenheten inte har tagits om hand så som den förtjänar. Om man är en person/förälder som betalar så är det lite dyrt, är man flera så är priset mycket bra.

There were only 6 chairs at the table and two small double beds that can't really be used as full double beds, perhaps only by children. -Broken shutters made it impossible to make one of the bedrooms soundproof and dark. -Stairwell was very dark; the lights often didn’t respond to motion. -The front door was hard to identify as belonging to the correct apartment. -Unpleasant smell in the stairwell on the ground floor. -Toaster was broken.
• Veronica (10/5): Veldig stor og fin leilighet nærme stranden. - Sentralt og stor fin plass med et bad til hvert soverom. Nærme stranden og flere restauranter i nærområdet. Lukten i gangen er veldig intens, men kjente ikke til noe av dette i leiligheten.
• Sven (9/5): Dejlig lejlighed tæt på alting. - Beliggenhed - god plads Meget mørk trappeopgang med selv-tænd som ikke virker ret godt. Kodelås burde skiftes til åbning med RF-id kort så man ikke skal taste lang kode på lille tastatur. Endeligt var der meget dårligt fungerende badeværelsesarmaturer.

• Samer (10/5): Perfect. - One of the best properties on booking, it makes you feel at home when you’re far from home. Everything you need is there, and even more. The features of this home aren’t things you’d find at an average home, they’re one of a kind. From cleanliness, to comfort, to entertainment, to a great location , this house has it all. I’m very picky when finding a place to stay, and yet this house satisfied all my wants and needs, and surprised me with even more. Nothing at all.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Huge nice apartment and in an amazing location! The host couldn’t do enough for you, even put a cake in the fridge for the wife’s birthday. Everything you need there for a brilliant weekend (or longer) and let us check in early. Wicked time in Alicante! Hey it’s not cheap but you sure get what you pay for!!! We thought worth every penny, and I’m sure other would too!
