• Madarasinghea (10/5): Exceptional - This property is a very nice place. Calm and quite environment and so close to city center and utilities. I want to say big thank you for the staff. Me and my husband enjoyed the stay very much. I felt like I'm in my own home. Everything cleaned and nicely arranged. I highly ecommend this property.
• Philip (8/5): Location was comfortable and allowed good access to discover Suffolk, which was our main purpose. - Accommodation was clean, tidy and well appointed. Very easy access to the eastern side of Suffolk and particularly Sutton Hoo. Car parking was in the open air but off the road. Access was tricky with the number of cars parked on the pavement along the access road, but we coped.
• Andrew (9/5): A really lovely stay - thoroughly recommended - Such a lovely property. Easy check-in, immaculate upon arrival, and a really easy night's sleep in a comfy bed in a quiet area. A nice easy 20-30 minute walk into Ipswich, or a 5 minute drive/cab. Really great value for money. Only one tiny thing: a little selection of essentials such as teas, coffees, sugar and milk etc wouldn't go amiss just to avoid needing to buy those things in (although a shop is only 2 minutes away).
• Terry (9/5): Would be keen to return one day! :) - Great, private location to explore from with plenty of space. There were a few things missing from the accomodation but they checked in with us and onced mentioned they arrived within the hour.
• Joanna (10/5): Perfect hosts - Genuinely cannot fault Andy Lloyd Julie Mia and all at AC thoroughbreds. The best hosts, I had a lovely stay.
• Kevin (8/5): Very good - Location perfect for work comfortable little one bed flat, communication great with owners and area quiet. Only slight negative was the water tank in the cupboard in bedroom can be noisy early in the am.
• Ralph (9/5): A nice little retreat close to Ipswich town centre. - Springland Close is a nice little apartement at the end of a street, so it is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and pans. The living room is spacious, as well a the bedroom. The car parking is just behind the house. Julie was always available when there some questions. Everything was fine.
