• Jakub (1/5): - Check in nám nebyl umožněn v uvedený čas,což pro rodinu s malým dítětem byl problem. Rozhodli jsme změnit tedy místo ubytování a požádali o vrácení částky za ubytování. Majitel nam však vstříc nevyšel a peníze nevrátil..

• toto52 (7/5): - La colazione e l'ubicazione. Camera non riscaldata bene - il condizionatore a pompa di calore non riscaldava bene. Nel periodo da me scelto faceva molto freddo in Sicilia. Si accedeva dallo stesso accesso del ristorante/pizzeria.

Il problema è che abbiamo trovato la camera già molto calda e la sera, quando rientravamo, non riuscivamo a dormire a causa delle elevate temperatura. Capisco il voler risparmiare sulla corrente evitando che i clienti lascino aperto tutto il giorno il condizionatore, ma almeno la camera la si potrebbe far trovare fresca
• Marco (9/5): Ottimo - camera spaziosa, ottima colazione al bar del paese inclusa. Ampia scelta di parcheggio a novembre. Punto strategico per escursioni sull'etna e per tutta la costa est in generale. Esce un po' di acqua mentre si fa la doccia, nulla di grave.

• Mindy (10/5): Cute Room in Good Location - Very cute room in a good location Front gate was very difficult to open; host appeared to be aware that it often has issues. Bunk bed mattress was not the most comfortable. Had to ask for sheets and bedding.
• Alenka (10/5): ☆☆☆☆☆ Perfect - Locanda Popolare was the perfect accommodation for our vacation! It is located right by the sea, and from our room we had a wonderful view of the water. The staff were exceptionally kind, always smiling, and ready to help with anything we needed. The food in the restaurant was excellent – fresh, local, and prepared with lots of love. The location is ideal for exploring the area, yet peaceful enough for total relaxation. We were also charmed by Aci Castello – a beautiful seaside town with very friendly people and a relaxed atmosphere. We would like to praise everything – from the staff to the cleanliness and the overall vibe. We highly recommend Locanda Popolare and would gladly come back again! ❤️

• Francesca (7/5): Relax al mare - - Posizione centrale a due passi dal centro e a 18 minuti a piedi dal primo lido. - Gentilezza del personale. - Assenza di pulizia giornaliera (potrebbe essere utile almeno avere in stanza una scopa, un detersivo e una spugna). - struttura letto eccessivamente rumorosa. Migliorabile: - Porta di ingresso della stanza un po’ datata che non isola dai rumori. - TV senza antenna e funzionante solo con proprio account di paytv.

• Gloria (9/5): Superb - Very nice and spacious family room, clean and with everything you need. Perfect location a few minutes away from the castle and promenade. Shops and grocery on the same road and a lovely restaurant (with a very good pizza) underneath the room!
• Valentino (6/5): Decent room with a few critical problems - Perfect location. Fast self check-in. Comfortable bed. Good communication. The room was unfortunately full of mosquitos every night (even keeping the windows closed at all times, they possibly get in through the toilet vent). In fact the walls were full of stains of old killed mosquitos. The door-window to the little balcony is pretty old, so the day it rained, the room was flooded and I needed to put towels on the floor. The shower siphon was possibly clogged, after a couple minutes, you shower in a little lake and if you don’t pay attention the water comes out of the shower base. Also in the shower there was some hair from a previous customer…so not super clean

• Anonymous (4/5): Didn’t worth the price, ups and downs, but more downs - The property was clean, nothing to comment about this. Well, the AC was not working, the garden view was just a lie, just some plants and other blocks, the balcony was all dirty and the chairs were dirty too. We had to wait 50 minutes for the owner to check in because she didn’t know about the fact that we were coming, we didn’t t initially received towels and a blanket.

• Ennio (9/5): Amazing stay - Locanda popolare has very nice and bog rooms, perfect both for solo travellers or couples. Very clean place and also the location is perfect cause it is in the very center of the town All great, just next time I would like to find a few more toilet paper rolls :D
• Erica (8/5): A nice stay in AciCastello. - The staff went over & above to everything we ve asked, thnkx Katia and the other guy. The only thing we didn t like the breakfast situation as it s not mentioned on booking.com that u need to go to a nearby bar and it s a very simple Italian style not as mentioned on booking.com "Italian or A la Carte". But there again the kindness & cleanliness still was worth it. The location is great but be aware that it s a little bit loud because of cars, buses passes by.
• Péter (10/5): We were satisfied! - The accommodation looks like the pictures. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is safe, the sea is very close and there are several beaches within 1 km! The rooms are clean, everything is new, everything works! We got towels and bed linen! The staff is extremely kind and helpful! They were happy to help us with any problem or question we had! The half board was adequate! Breakfast coffee and pastry, and dinner can be chosen from a separate menu in the restaurant, which also includes a drink! Overall, we were satisfied!
