• Carol (5/5): Clean and basic - Clean house and comfortable bed. Ideal location for the lets rock concert Very basic. The fridge is not working properly, our milk froze. Needs some tlc: trim hanging off kitchen cabinet, toilet upstairs flush button broken, still usable, downstairs cistern glued back together, lamp in living room not working, lots of bulbs out in lounge, general upkeep of outside front and back messy.

• Ian (8/5): Good for weekend break. - Nice and clean on arrival with clear access information. Good wifi and parking. This property was ideal for us over the Moto GP weekend at Silverstone as we had my daughter and grandson with us so able to relax after busy days! Towels were provided but no hand towels in bathrooms. A lack of trays/dishes for use in the oven. Minor points but otherwise facilities all good.
• Rushal (6/5): Pleasant - The convenience and location (close to silverstone, f1) It was SO overpriced because of the nearby event. Everything was so basic. The sofa was REALLY uncomfortable and just felt a little tired.

A couple of minor things during stay… back garden was over grown and there was broken furniture with no seating. Then TV didn’t work informed host but was unable to fix but not a deal breaker since we were not spending much time in house. Very basic furnishings for price charged. However the frustration came post check out. Informed by host that the heater knob fell off and then was blamed for breaking a tv (old). Then we felt they attempted to extort for damages that we didn’t do. Be cautious

• Aslam (9/5): Superb - Excellent rental overall. Nice and spacious 2 bed house with good privacy and own parking space. Comfortable bed. Nice bath facilities. Very well stocked for things like toilet paper. TV needed sorting out and owners helped to get the issue sorted. Excellent heating and hot water system. Nothing.
• Sarah-louise (1/5): House was clean and newly decorated, but done on budget. Terrible value for money!!!! - Location was good for what we required the property for. The fact that, although it is advertised as sleeping 5 and we paid extra for the additional person, the property was not equipped for 5. Details as follows: no towels, not enough crockery & cutlery, nowhere to sit for meals, not enough room to sit in the lounge. Also the toilet was broken, fortunately we were able to fix it as we did not want to disturb the owners at 10.30pm! Contacted to the owners several times. No reply! Could have the courtesy to at least refund the additional cost we were charged for the 5th person! Very rude and terrible customer service.
• M-height (10/5): The apartment marvelously came with a lot of comfort and satisfaction. - The locations was great as it was close to shops and and the city centre. It's a lovely apartment, that got my family from the moment we went in. Had a lot that make us feel home away from home.
