• venoum_legend (5/5): Λυπητερό - Τίποτα Τα σκαλιά είναι έτοιμα να πέσουν , είναι ένας σκαμπό δίπλα από το κρεβάτι που είδαν βρεγμένος μωλεις μπέικα με όσο για την καθαριότητα θα μας πουν οι αράχνες που έχει σε κάθε γωνία

• Karavias (1/5): Very bad and dirty room - Nothing at all It wasn’t not even close to the pictures that were in the booking. They have refused to give me an invoice and I still wait for it. It wasn’t clean, the bed mattress was in a very bad condition. The blanket was dirty. There was mold in the room . The door was broken.

• ΙΩΑΝΝΗΣ (7/5): - Είναι σχετικά κοντα στο κέντρο της πόλης και πολύ κοντά στα Λαδάδικα. Βρίσκεται σε υποβαθμιενη περιοχή. Το δωμάτιο παλιό, πρόχειρα φτιαγμένο και σε καμία περίπτωση Ανακαινισμένο. Μύριζε τσιγαριλα και δεν είχες την αίσθηση καθαριότητας ή φρεσκάδας. Θέλει καλύτερο καθάρισμα και κάποιο αρωματικό. Τα φώτα κρεβατιού δεν άναβαν.

• Κωνσταντίνος (1/5): - Οικονομικό σε ήσυχη γειτονιά γενικά Ελλειπής σε θέματα υγιεινής και καθαριότητας ένα κρεβάτι που είναι διαλυμένο και στηρίζεται από παλέτες και φελιζολ 1 σεντόνι για 7 βραδιά νομίζω καθόλου ιδανικό επίσης την τελευταία μας ημέρα κάναμε κράτηση σε άλλο δωμάτιο που τελικά ήταν του ίδιου κυρίου και όχι μόνο δεν μας άφησε να πάμε στο άλλο δωμάτιο αλλά δεν μας επέστρεψε και την διαφορά με την δικαιολογία ότι δεν υπάρχει κάποιος να ετοιμάσει το δωμάτιο κατά τα άλλα καταπληκτικό

• João Gabriel (4/5): Bad value for money, too expensive for what they offer - I can only talk good about the location, is very central. The bed was comfortable, but nothing out of this world. Not worth the money spent It looks like an improvised place; it's really small, it was dirty, not much privacy. Looks good in the pictures, but only in the pictures. The bathroom was ok, not very clean. Nothing was really much enjoyable

• Klsr (8/5): - Πολυ εξυπηρετικος ο ιδιοκτήτης μας έδωσε οδηγίες ακομα κι αν ήταν αργα το βραδυ. Ηταν πολυ κοντά στο λιμάνι. Δεν ηταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρο.

• Григорова (6/5): - The only thing that was really good was the location. You also have air-conditioning and TV so that is a big plus. It's way smaller than it looks on the photos. It's reeked of cigarettes and it was kinda dirty. Especially the bed sheets.. they need to guy new ones. The door of the bathroom was also broken. And there was not enough toilet paper. I would agree with this condition if the price was not more than 45€

• Evgeny (3/5): Never again! - Конура расположена в удобном месте. Недалеко порт, набережная, да и в общем это центр города со всеми его плюсами, что тут скажешь. Парковаться лучше сразу на платном паркинге, обычно с парковкой очень трудно. У собственника отсутствует представление о минимальном комфорте. Всё как-то бедненько, зачухано, без попытки оживить это место. Не рекомендую. Только если совсем уже некуда пойти. Фото - не отражают действительность пропитанную унынием.
• Ειρηνη Χ (1/5): - Μόλις μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο υπήρχε ένα σύννεφο ατμού. Ψάξαμε να βρούμε τι είναι κι όταν μπήκαμε στο μπάνιο είχε διαρροή ατμού από την βρύση του ντουζ . Όλα μέσα στο δωμάτιο ήταν μούσκεμα. Με αποτέλεσμα να φύγουμε κ να ψάχνουμε να βρούμε δωμάτιο στην πόλη. Προσπαθήσαμε να επικοινωνήσουμε με τον ιδιοκτήτη αλλά άφαντος. Ούτε στο τηλέφωνο ούτε στα μυνηματα. Επιστροφή χρημάτων δεν έγινε.

• Andrii (1/5): - Ні в якому разі не рекомендую ці апартаменти !!! Окрім розташування нічого хорошого в них немає . Квартира потребує ремонту ! Цілий день квартиру топило відходами з каналізації . Світла не було майже добу . Це був мій найгірший досвід!!! Ще раз не рекомендую!!!!!!

• Vicky (3/5): - Location was good. Easy access. The host was replying on time. Dirty, noisy, stains all over the walls and the fabrics, broken mattress, dirty sheets, dead mosquitoes on the walls, spider webs , very bad smell and humidity.
• kevin (1/5): - Ήταν σκέτη απογοήτευση, το δωμάτιο μύριζε υγρασία και ήταν πενταβρωμικο. Πιθανότατα είχε πάρα πολύ καιρό να καθαριστεί. Το μόνο καλό που είχε ήταν η τοποθεσία αλλά δεν αξίζει σε καμία περίπτωση τα χρήματα του.

• Joanna (1/5): room,not an apartment (with dirty and stinky sheets) - bathroom is clean,with no soap,or shower gel - this is ROOM,not at an apartment (it was somebodys attic before) - tv doesn't work - sheets and blanket were NEVER washed before (there were stains,and different colors on sheets,it's sooooo stinky) - and my kid slept there..disgrace.. - the place is full of aints - the walls - no comment (dirty,yellow,full with stains) - bed is sqeeky and pretty old - no cup,no spoon,nothing.. - the stairs when you enter the place,oh boy,you get freaked out.......... this might be ok for 15e

• Borjana (3/5): 3 for the no-show dishonesty - It was on walking distance from the Aristoteli square and you could enjoy Thesaloniki at night without needing a car I wake up by the notification that my reservation was reported as a no show, also the wooden stairs were a little difficult to access

• Roxana (6/5): Pleasant - It is very close to the Aristotelus square, 10 min walk. The host is nice and responds rapidly. The self check in is a bonus. For a night is ok, but not longer. Big price for the small space. No parking space. The bathroom door was falling off. It is a room at the second floor of a "house", at the top of some shady wooden stairs. In the pictures it looks better.

The owner is great and very helpful, he helped us a lot when we needed information about the city, parking, etc. He is very dedicated and takes care of his guests. We sincerely recommend this apartment. Everything is great. If you do not find parking on the street in front of the apartment, consult the owner where to park.
