- Pat (8/5): - Was great Parking was miss leading.g

- Kirsten (3/5): - The location of the property was great. Situated in the city center of Lymington. The owners did their best with the interior. I selected the property because it was said to have a charging pole for an electric vehicle and a parking spot. Upon arrival it became clear that this was a tiny garage across the street (normal nowadays cars do not fit) and a normal wall socket and not a charging pole. I could not fit my car in the garage and thus not use the charging facility. Furthermore I did not find the house very clean. Dinner crumbs on the table cloth and tomato stains. Full trash cans, dirty floor and dirty pans. Frying pan too dirty too use and electric water cooker dirty and not functioning. Tv was only able to play streaming services, no actual TV. House is very small. Finally the house is situated in the center of the town which is nice, but the road where the property lies at is extremely busy and the property extremely noisy.
Had I known there was not a charging pole/parking spot then I would not have booked this ‘cottage’.
I contacted the rental organisation but all they mentioned is that is was all communicated through the booking.com info. Well, i write this review so you can make an informed decision.

- jean (8/5): - Location ideal and the ability to garage our car extremely useful. All amenities within walking distance and the glorious expanse of New Forest a few minutes drive away. A period cottage given a tasteful modernisation. The owners/management team were responsive and incredibly helpful.
- Katharine (9/5): Beautiful house close to the sea, the shops and the train - perfect for a great holiday. - Beautiful house (inside and out) with lots of comfy sofa and chairs. A lovely garden courtyard. Very well-equipped and a great location. Hosts very helpful and responsive. Peaceful and close to the sea. Mattresses in the upper floor rooms not as comfortable as the master bedroom.
- Angela (8/5): Great location, parking available in nearby private garage - Great location and a sweet spot to stay for a few days. Close to everything. The hosts were very accommodating when we experienced an issue with the cleaning and sorted it immediately. As it’s by the Main Street, it’s quite noisy in 2 of the bedrooms.

- alice (8/5): - The house and location was stunning. We enjoyed a lovely trip for Beaulieu which has something to offer for everyone, and Exbury Gardens
- Andrea (10/5): - Beautiful cottage, surprisingly bigger than it looks from the outside, it had everything you could possibly need for a rental.
- Vicki (9/5): - The property was easy to find. It had a parking space. Very spacious and the cleanliness All was good. Unfortunately the stay was not long enough to enjoy the place and the area.
- Clare (10/5): - A gorgeous cottage beautifully styled
- John (9/5): The cottage internally was faultless we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending it to others - Homely. Great location. The cottage had everything we needed during our stay The garden needs some serious attention
One of the shrubs had large thorns and growing near the steps into the garden which ment ducking under getting in and out of the garden
Most of the other plants were overgrown and making the area look unkempt
As a result we we didn’t feel comfortable using the garden
- Jane (9/5): Enjoyable stay with all home comforts, great location. - Very comfortable accommodation in a great location. There were no issues with anything at the cottage, there was nothing that we did not like
- George (10/5): Exceptional -
- Margaret (9/5): Great cottage in old part of Lymington - Cute, comfortable and great location Parking difficult unless you have a small car!
- Alex (9/5): Had a lovely time would have loved to stay longer - Fab location
- Sean (9/5): Superb -
- Helen (10/5): Excellent short break in Lymington. - Lovely character cottage over 3 floors. 3 bedrooms, lovely spacious kitchen with large dining area and 2 seating areas. Very close to local amenities. Stairs were a bit steep but didn’t detract from the stay.
- Martin (8/5): Very good -
- Helen (8/5): Very good -
- Rob (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful place in centre of town.
- Angela (8/5): Very good - Lockable garage for bikes. Sunny garden. Plenty of chairs for relaxing. Steep stairs to two bedrooms.
- Mendleton (10/5): Exceptional - This is a top notch quality property with everything appliance you would ever need. It is comfortable and well furnished. It is in the town and there is private parking. Nothing
- Robert (8/5): Very good -
- Holly (10/5): Relaxing and ideal for a weekend getaway with close friends - Good location close to the marina and main high street. The cottage is close to additional free parking which was good as our group had two cars. The property also has a free forest parking card so we could drive out to Beaulieu for walks too. Nothing we didn’t like. Only thing we would advise is that while the property sleeps 6, having that many people in there would be a squeeze. Very cosy place with one bathroom. Also, the garage is very much as small as they’re saying. Ford Fiesta size maximum!
- Leslie (8/5): All great but needs extra bathroom - Location , clean , kitchen/ dining, comfortable Steep stairs to loft bedroom and 3 bedrooms but 1 bathroom made it very awkward.
- Karl (9/5): Superb -
- Kerry (8/5): lovely weekend - great location, clean, and lovely hot - fans required.
- Lois (8/5): We would definitely stay again . It was perfect for our purposes - Location was perfect . Loved the decor of the house and it it’s proximity to the town . Very welcoming feel to the house and it was nice and warm . Having a garage was great ; good job I have a small car though ! Although it said it was unsuitable for children , I would suggest mentioning the stair steepness particularly to the second floor . Some adults could just not do that one !
One sheet of kitchen towel was a bit skinny , so either provide more or non at all .
Rubbish disposal before a booking would be better , rather than having it all piled up outside the kitchen window on the raised patio area . Not a good look at all .
Instructions on the ‘tardis’ shower would have been helpful .
