Guest Reviews
- Estrellita (7/5): It’s ok. - Location 1. Lack of towels ( only one per person for 5 days provided)
2. Toiketries( only one toilet roll per toilet for 5 over 5 days).
3. No extra haters provided during cold nights( one ac for the whole place top floor and ground for 3 rooms). It was cold.
4. Dishwasher playing up ( not draining properly).
5. AC too old ( paper inserted between the blades- not safe ).
6. Keys not provided between the laundry room to outside where the bins are located and the clothesline, had to go around to the front door to access the bins and clothesline).Emailed the company but no reply re: towels and keys ONLY extra toilet rolls were actioned.
6. Security /safety issue- light blinds or curtains would be good so you can’t be seen inside by people walking by.
- Brook (10/5): - I was pleasantly surprised at this beautiful property, beds were super comfortable, lots of additional bedding / pillows and blankets if needed, property was stocked really well with cleaning supplies and the coffee pods were excellent!
- Darren (5/5): Would not stay at that property again - Location was great Property had a few issues which I raised with the property manager.
- Shorty (7/5): Good - Walking distance to the harbour. Great for scenic walks and fishing. Close to town. 3 minutes drive to Mollymook Beach. House was good size. Playground across the road with public toilets and BBQ areas which is good entertainment for kids. House wasn't as clean as it should've been. We swept up lots of dust that was on the floor. The BBQ is very small and takes to long to cook especially when there is a big group. There was some weird greasy wet residue on some parts of the carpet throughout the house which soaked into my daughter's bag. The clothes line is too small an not enough pegs to cater for 7 people. The dryer broke on the second day and we didn't get another one until the second last day of checking out. So you can imagine how much washing I that got built up with 3 adults, 2 teenagers, 1 pre teen and 1 toddler. The whether was bad which is why we needed a functional dryer as it rained and overcast alot. Bottom draw where the oven mits are located was absolutely disgusting. There was food gunk in the drawer and seeds. It's very obvious the cleaners don't do a very good job at cleaning. Cob webs everywhere on the windows and outdoor furniture. Not worth the money for what it was unfortunately. It's a town house, not an actual house which was deceiving looking at the pictures. Too many rules overall bestowed upon guest's, which is stupid when you have a large family staying there. Beds were hard and very uncomfortable. You get only one towel per person, and one toilet roll for each toilet. You are expected to supply your own when it runs out which is not very welcoming.
- Kirralie (9/5): Beautiful home opposite the harbour - Very spacious and comfortable. Beautiful views especially from the top veranda. Close to town. Lots of conveniences like a deep bath, walk in robe, big TV with DVD selection, board games, well equipped kitchen. It was all good.
- Paula (10/5): Exceptional - Great size for 3, very comfy and handy to town and beach
- James (10/5): Wow what a great place to have a holiday! - Great central location to the main street and nice water views opposite a nice park. The only thing which isn't that big of an issue the upstairs bedroom needs heavy curtains to block out the morning sun if you wanted a sleep in.
- Luong (8/5): lovely property very nice beach , i would like to come back . - clean and comfortable dining chair need to change new one, because the nail can make people hurt and blood .
