Safinaz (9/5): Great location - The location was great and the communication with the staff was good. They try to help whenever necessary. It was clean. I would come again. One more important info: accessing the room is through a short staircase just one floor, but no elevator in case that is necessary for you. one more chair or a tiny sofa would be great in the big room. everything was clean but take care that using the shower includes water flowing on the bathroom floor, if you are more than one person in the room.
Candy (8/5): Nice spacious and clean quadruple room - We travelled with 2 kids (3&5) The room was spacious and soundproof. Communication was good and assist of the host was quick and easy. The cleaning team made sure that our room was cleaned well and even leaves lovely notes ❤️ The shared area had cooking facility, refrigerator and microwave. Location was perfect and like 7 min walk of the station and 10 min walk to the lively historic center and also close to a laundry store to do our own laundry. We have nothing to complain about. A suggestion is to have like a short instruction on how to use the coffee maker and milk foaming machine. Perhaps a fan or airco in the shared area, so it could be more comfortable to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

nika salia (1/5): Do not stay here! - Nothing met my expectations. The experience was disappointing from start to finish, with no redeeming qualities worth mentioning. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. The online check-in system was buggy, and staff threatened to cancel my booking if I didn’t complete it, which was stressful and highly unprofessional.
Maella (9/5): Très bonne expérience - Le logement se trouve dans une cour ce qui fait que même s’il est dans une grande rue très passante nous n’entendons pas la circulation. Il y a des tables, un frigo et quelques ustensiles pour la cuisine dans la partie commune devant les chambres ce qui est très pratique. La communication avec les gérant est très facile ils nous ont donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour bien s’installer. Le logement est très bien situé il y a une station de métro à 3 min et nous sommes à un arrêt de la gare centrale. Il y a également un arrêt de bus en face du logement. On entend pas le bruit de voiture mais en revanche lorsqu’il y a des entrées et sorties du bâtiment on entend les bruit de portes et les voix, ce qui est également le cas lorsqu’il y a des gens dans la partie commune on entend tout.
