• Lydia Stevens (8/5): Great location - would stay again as long as no more than 4 guests. Vienna a wonderful city. - Location excellent. All communications with host excellent. Property v clean & spacious. Very well equipped. The property description leads you to assume that there are 4 toilets. The ensuite bathrooms did not have toilets - most odd.The toilet facilities would be inadequate if the property was full to capacity (8 people with only 2 toilets). The property was also on the chilly side - clearly an issue as a couple of stand alone electric heaters were made available.

• Jeanette (8/5): Nice to come back to such a lovely flat … - Great central location and nice for x4 people all to have their own room Was a shame that the two rooms with bath/shower had no toilet .. plus be aware that if you arrive on a Sunday there was nowhere to buy any milk a local cafe helped us out .. however I think a new Spar is opening v close v soon which I believe would be open to solve this problem in the future

• Kristina (5/5): Beautiful apartment, poor management. - The property is beautiful and the location great but we couldn’t enjoy it because the heat wasn’t working. We spent a full weekend shivering and trying to find ways to keep warm. I rarely give a negative review, but I think it’s important for property owners to at least be responsive. In this case, the owner (Selina) didn’t seem at all concerned about the lack of heating in the unit despite the fact that it was 10 degrees outside and felt even colder inside. She suggested sending a technician on the day we were checking out. Despite the unit being beautiful, I wouldn’t stay again because of that lackadaisical attitude.

• Natasha (8/5): Pleasant. - The apartment was very clean and pleasant. We loved how spacious it was, with everything feeling brand new. All the equipment and amenities were top-notch. The dryer machine wasn’t working, and our clothes ended up stuck inside for 24 hours after a wash cycle. We had to troubleshoot the issue ourselves to get them out. We contacted the host for assistance, but she only asked for a video of the issue and didn’t come in person. Since we were out most of the time, it was difficult to provide one. Additionally, some of the bedside lamps were faulty.
