• Mark (5/5): Disappointing place with problems in the bathroom. - Property had larger living room and bedroom, and we booked it because of a washing machine. it was located in a convenient area to have access to the old city areas. The apartment bathroom was not clean to our expectations. Toilet and bidet had splatters on seat area surfaces. When we went under the stairs to enter through a 5 foot tall door, we were surprised to be in a small patio area used by residence. The bathroom also had a foul odor. It smelled like sewer. We went back to read all reviews of this property and we question they are real. One review gives a 10/10 but still speaks about the sewer smell in the bathroom??? Two other reviews gave 10/10 and spoke about how there is no water pressure for the shower??? After staying one night, my wife and I booked a different stay for the rest of our trip.
• sonia (5/5): - Appartamento grande e carino, con un bel balconcino. Letto comodo. Ottima posizione. Appartamento trovato sporco. Odore forte dagli scarichi in bagno. Perdita acqua Water. Doccino rotto e senza pressione acqua. Non c'era acqua calda in cucina. Non funzionava la TV. La sveglia alle 4.30 del mattino da un'attività di lavorazione delle cozze sotto l'abitazione.

The host frencesca is very nice and available The best location Good wifi Only the flow in the shower but everything else was perfect

• Sandra (10/5): Clean, comfortable, spacious, well located place :)) - Everything was perfect, apartment is so spacious, it has everything that we needed. Easy to find, communication with the owner was good. 10/10 The only thing we didn’t like was the low water pressure in the shower, which made it difficult to shower properly. However, we understand that this is likely beyond the host’s control and it doesn’t affect our overall impression of the stay.
• Liubov (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable, large apartment with a good location. Pleasant, fairly quiet area. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay. Clean, comfortable bed, good kitchen. Extremely good lighting, this is the best lighting we have come across in rented apartments. Recommended for holidays in Catania. There is a problem with the sewage smell in the bathroom. Not catastrophic, but quite unpleasant.
• Olena (10/5): Exceptional - It was our first time in Sicily and I am happy that I booked exactly this place. It has a super cool location, close to the city centre, bus stop, central railway station and the most important for us - fish market with fresh fish, seafood and oysters 😍 The apartment has a warm atmosphere, it is super cozy, clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all supplies/facilities that might be needed during the stay. The hostess Francesca is very nice, she provided all needed information and organised an early check in for us. We are so happy with our Sicilian holidays and highly recommend this apartment! It is noisy at night, but I guess it is the thing of all places located in the city centre. Anyways, our days in Catania were so intense, that we slept well no matter what.
• Sorin (7/5): Great location - The location is excellent, close to the center and many restaurants. The apartment is spacious and not crowded. The owner is friendly and helpful. We had some issues with the apartment when arrived and she tried to fix it asap. The apartment has no windows thus no natural light nor possibility to get fresh air unless leave the door open... The worst is the continuous sewage smell coming form the bathroom. Better keep the bathroom door closed at all time.
