- YUEN FOO (9/5): Clean and comfortable studio! - It's in the residential neighbourhood area, and luckily there are 24/7 grocery mini market around! The studio is spotless clean and well equipped. very comfortable stay! It's in the residential area and be prepared if you arriving after dark. Contact your host for check in.

- Daniel (2/5): Dezamăgit - Nu mi-a plăcut nimic. Proprietatea nu are adresa completă pe Booking. Acest lucru ascunde probabil situarea unității de cazare într-un bloc destul de deprimant (garsoniere?), departe de ce te aștepți de la zona Mărășești a Sucevei. Cum mi s-a părut? Cam așa: intrarea în scara blocului este descurajantă: miros urât, rugină și pereți scorojiți. Se menționează că studioul are căldură, dar nu se scrie că aceasta depinde de momentul crucial când se vor umple conductele de la CET - este racordat la rețeaua de termoficare a orașului. Curățenia este îndoielnică. Canapeaua: nu m-aș atinge de ea. În fotografii pare de piele, este de fapt o stofă respingătoare la vedere, plină de pete. Oricum este mică, nu se poate dormi pe ea. Un fin miros de mucegai străbate de pe undeva, nu m-am chinuit să-i aflu originea. Vederea "la grădină" este priveliștea spațiului virgin dintre blocuri. Pentru 10 minute de evaluare (apoi am plecat, cazându-mă în altă locație), proprietarul a considerat normal să încaseze contravaloarea pe întreaga zi. Cele 10 minute au inclus și durata discuției telefonice cu deținătorul spațiului, care mă întreba ce nevoie am de încălzire (păi am, dacă tot menționezi că deții. Poate unii dintre noi vrem să aerisim când ajungem sau suntem răciți, ce treabă ai dumneata?). Scorul Booking și dotările din descrierea studioului mi se par exagerate pentru ce am găsit la fața locului.

- Lucian-George (6/5): Disfuncționalități - Pozitionat relativ bine, iar gazda a fost ok, a arătat disponibilitate. Tv mare, apartament renovat. Apartamentul e ca in poze. -Canapeaua era pătată și după ce o deschideai puteai dormi tot pe o jumatate(te rasturnai cu tot cu ea dacă incercai sa treci in cealalta jumatate. Copilul era ingrozit de canapea, a trebuit sa dorm eu pe ea. A fost o experiență groaznică, încă ma doare spatele). Patul din dormitor a fost ok. - am venit doar pentru un duș si somn, dar de astea nu am avut parte. Siguranța de la boiler era sărită, s-a incalzit foarte greu. Nu stiu daca sare mereu sau am avut noi ghinion(gazda s-a oferit sa vina imediat si sa remedieze problema, dar m-am descurcat si prin telefon) -masa din bucătărie(înaltă, ca de bar) se mișcă si poti veni jos cu tot cu ea. Omul e ok, restul apartamentului e ok, dar mai mult de 6 nu pot da(as fi nedrept cu alti oameni care fac totul perfect si care ofera o experiență foarte bună oaspeților). Am scris acest lung review pentru alti oaspeti (repet, omul e super)

Bright, spacious and clean apartment. You can find coffee places, supermarkets and bakeries just next t the house. Moreover, from the window you have a stunning view on a church.
