• Hanna (10/5): - I stayed at this hotel in early June. The location is excellent — just a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. There’s a lovely restaurant nearby and, of course, the sea. The hotel has a wonderful pool, especially nice during the midday heat. The owner is absolutely amazing. Check-in was quick and easy. He makes fantastic coffee. I highly recommend this hotel! Hanna !

• Georgios (10/5): Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι. Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά εάν χρειαστεί να ξαναπάμε στο Ηράκλειο - 1. Η συμπεριφορά του ιδιοκτήτη. Ο κ Γιώργος ήταν άψογος! Φιλικός, εξυπηρετικός, ζεστός με τους πελάτες του. 2. Το μπαρ και η πισίνα. Είναι ένα υπέροχο μέρος για να κάθεται κάποιος για ποτό, ξεκούραση ή και κολύμπι. 3. Η καθαριότητα του δωματίου. Η καθαρίστρια του ξενοδοχείου ήταν άψογη τόσο στη δουλειά της όσο και στη συμπεριφορά της προς τους πελάτες. 4. Ο ιδιωτικός χώρος πάρκινγκ. Αν και μικρός ο χώρος, είναι πολύ χρήσιμος και εξυπηρετεί. 5. Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος. . Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή της Αμμουδάρας, πολυ κκοντα στο Γάζι και στη θάλασσα. Ό,τι χρειαστεί κάποιος θα το βρει εύκολα. Τα μόνα αρνητικά που θα μπορούσα να καταλογίσω είναι η έλλειψη περισσότερου χώρου στα μπαλκόνια των δωματίων (η εξωτερική θερμομόνωση που έγινε στένεψε τα μπαλκόνια) και η έλλειψη ασανσέρ, ειδικά για τον τρίτο και τέταρτο όροφο.

• Oliveira1801 (8/5): - Studio simples mas bem ensolarado e ventilado. Ar condicionado silencioso e eficiente. Área da piscina muito bonita e bem cuidada. Internet excelente. Bons restaurantes na avenida principal como o excelente Petousis. E o carinho da gatinha Maia. Se for usar o transporte público opte pelo bilhete de dia inteiro por 5 euros e uso ilimitado até a meia noite. Deu tudo certo.

• THEODOROS (10/5): Τίμιο κατάλυμα. Vfm. - Πολύ ευγενικός ο ιδιοκτήτης του καταλύματος. Είναι παλιά κλασσικά τα δωμάτια, έπιπλα κτλ, αλλά αρκετά ευρύχωρα και ήταν καθαρό. Σίγουρα αξίζει για την τιμή τους. Μια κουρτίνα για τη ντουζιέρα σίγουρα την χρειάζεται για να μην βρέχεται το μπάνιο ολόκληρο.
• Benedicte (1/5): Déconvenue et déception. - L'accueil de l'hôte, Georgio, la taille de la piscine. Résidence située dans un environnement pas beau et bruyant. Résidence ancienne et extrêmement mal insonorisée ( on attend tous les allers et venues). Studio avec mobilier vieillissant et mal équipé. Il manque un rideau de douche, une passoire, des grandes tasses,un étendoir à linge. Je ne peux pas recommander cet établissement.

The garden and pool were beautiful with plenty of sun beds and the apartments were cleaned every other day. The owner Georgio was so kind and lovely to chat to, he looked after us so well. Loved the resident cat and would definitely return again. Nothing.
• MICHAELLE (10/5): Séjour EXTRA ! Propreté studio, amabilité+service de George. Belle piscine, très bien entretenue ! - Tout était vraiment super ! L'accueil, la serviabilité de Georgio, la propreté du logement et de la piscine, la restauration à la demande. Assez proche du centre à pied. C'est vraiment un chouette établissement à recommander.

Not a busy hotel at least when we went (beginning of September) which was great for the pool, very cosy and peaceful, you got the pool to yourself most the time. Location was good too, just a 5min walk from the beach and main road of all the restaurants and shops. Only thing really was the bathroom was a bit small and the shower didn't have any walls/door to cover the water from getting all over the bathroom floor but it wasn't that much of a bother to be honest. Our pillows were also weren't the softest, they were still comfortable but felt like they could of been softer

• Martin (9/5): - Lako se dolazi , od glavnog puta Iraklion - Rethimo samo pravo ni 2km. More ( plaža) na800 m. , samo pravo ! Objekat ima i bazen sa delom za decu i bar. Osvetljenje u sobi odlično , frižider jako tih iako je starije proizvodnje. Sa terasa lep pogled , naročito noću. Retko dobar , ograđen parking , pod kamerom. Jako dobar Wi - Fi ! Soba na 3. spratu a nena lifta. Oko tuša nema nikakve zavese , pa oprez ! A nema ni držač za tuš , tako da snalaženje jednom rukom .

• ANDROMACHI (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι η καλύτερη που θα μπορούσε να υπάρξει! Κοντά σε όλα, αλλά με ησυχία και άνεση! Ο Γιώργος (ιδιοκτήτης) εξυπηρετικός και άμεσος σε επικοινωνία και εξυπηρέτηση! Η ντουζιέρα χρειάζεται μια κουρτίνα για να προφυλάσσεται ο υπόλοιπος χώρος από τα νερά.

• Xanthippi (10/5): Χαλαρό και ήσυχο μέρος. - Ο κήπος με την πισίνα ήταν ακριβώς αυτό που χρειαζόμασταν για να χαλαρώσουμε. Ο κύριος Γιώργος ευγενέστατος και πολύ φιλόξενος. Τα στούντιο ήταν πολύ άνετο για 4 άτομα, και μας άρεσε που είχε μπαλκόνια τριγύρω, όπου μπορούσες να απολαύσεις τον καφέ ή το ποτό σου, όλες τις ώρες, αφού είχαν διαφορετικό προσανατολισμό. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν, σε πολλή κοντινή απόσταση, αξιόλογα καταστήματα για όλα τα γούστα και για ό,τι χρειαστείς, αλλά και παραλίες αν είστε λάτρεις της θάλασσας και όχι της πισίνας. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

• Liuba (10/5): - Hotelul Zac & Georgio este un hotel mic dar cu o atmosfera foarte placuta..In camere se face ordine in fiecare zi, se schimba prosoapele si lengeria de pat,fiecare camera are balcon cu o priveliste frumoasa. In spatele hotelului se afla un bazin mare si unul pentru copii mici, inconjurat de palmieri frumosi. Stapinul hotelului domnul Georgio este foarte primitor si mereu de ajutor. Plaja se afla aprocsimativ la 500 metri de la hotel. Va propun cu mare incredere. Ne vom intoarce oricind cu placere. Domnul Georgio mersi foarte mult.!

• Jane (10/5): Gorgeous family holiday as always. - We love it here and keep coming back every year. Gorgeous large, very clean pool, beautiful gardens, lots of sunbed. Fabulous food cooked by Georgio. Close to the shops but far enough to be peaceful. Beach is a five minute walk and so are lots of shops, tavernas. Plenty to keep small children and older teens entertained. Short taxi ride to the airport so it is very convenient. Georgio is wonderful and so helpful. Rooms are very clean, air conditioning has been uprated as gave the balconies since last year. Bar area is beautiful, lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink or snack. There is car parking on the hotel grounds. Nothing. We all love it here.

• Kate-lynn (6/5): Pleasant - Amazing staff, nice pool, decent pool bar. The staff was absolutely amazing and made the stay worth it. Cleanliness & comfort wise … you get what you pay for.

• Narelle (6/5): Pleasant - It was very close to the bus station, and the pool was great. We found blood stains and an unseemingly ammount of crumbs on the bed sheets.
• Dmytro (10/5): Exceptional - In general the appartment was good. Big balcony, great view, 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes the bus stations. The different markets are also available within the 5-10 minutes walk. The appartment was cleaned almost every day. Our kids enjoyed the water pool while we had time to relax on the sun beds around. The communication with the hosts was easy. There were missing some items in the kitchen but it was resolved within 5 minutes when I asked Giorgio for help. Soon it will require the renovation, but in my opnion it was good option for its price.

• Anna (5/5): I wouldn't recommend. - Location was ok, pool area was nice and the staff was accomodating. There were no blinds so we woke up at sunrise.There's no lift.Extremely old facilities, hard matress, hard and old pillows and no space in the room to move around.No curtain in the bathroom so everything got wet.The room was not properly cleaned and needs severe maintenance.We got only one towel per person for our whole stay. Difficult tetris parking.

• Lieke (10/5): Exceptional - This is an amazing place! The location is perfect, it is close to the beach and many restaurants. The bus to heraklion is really close and is the best way to get there. The apartments are nice with balconies with a good view and they all have airconditioning. The swimming pool is really pretty and good for a nice swim and there always enough sunbeds. The music around the pool is also really good! The owner of the place is a good man and really helpfull, trustworthy and always in for a nice chat. He also makes good food. I really recommend this place, I was here on my first solo trip and the owner and this place made my trip really special and i felt really safe!
• Kolosovas (7/5): Good - The Imperial Studios was a really good place for hot Crete days, because it had a cool pool. The host was that kind and suggested us to come back to pool, after check-out, before our flight! It was an amazing kindness! The sound isolation was crazy here, because it basically wasn’t. We stayed for two nights and had really noisy neighbours which made our night into a nightmare. Until 3-4 AM they were asleep and were making a loud noises.
