• Adrian (9/5): Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt im Zimmer von Jasmin. - Die Wohnung mit mehreren Zimmern ist schon im Zentrum von Split gelegen, aber trotzdem in relativ ruhiger Lage. Obwohl das Haus 100 Jahre alt ist, wurden die Zimmer massiv modernisiert und sind jetzt auch hell. Es ist ein etwas kompliziertes Schlüsselsystem, aber nachdem es mir vertraut war, ist es kein Problem für mich mehr gewesen. Also nicht so funktional. Im ganzen Haus werden solche Wohnungen und Zimmer weitervermietet.

• Jens (7/5): - Zimmer war ok als Ausgangspunkt für unsere 1-Tages Exkursion nach Split. Parkplätze an der Straße sind kaum bis gar nicht zu finden. Wir mussten auf einen zwar nahegelegenen aber gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz ausweichen. Bei einem Preis von 7/h die Stunde hatte sich der günstige Zimmerpreis schnell relativiert. Zimmer sehr karg und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Hinweis und Tipps auf alternative Parkmöglichkeiten wäre schön gewesen.

• Olga (9/5): Lovely - ad an absolutely wonderful time at Apartment Jasmin! The apartment is located right in the city center, which made everything super convenient and easy to explore. One of the highlights for me was the beautiful balcony — a perfect spot to relax after a day out. The apartment itself was spotless and very well-maintained. Everything was clean and comfortable, which made me feel right at home. The host was fantastic — always available, quick to respond, and very honest. It really makes a difference when you know someone is there if you need anything. Once again, a big thank you to the host for such a great stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend Apartment Jasmin to anyone visiting the area! Nothing

• Rahul (9/5): Superb - Room is very central... It is about 10 min walk to the Riva promenade. It is about 15 min walk to the Main Bus station. Kitchen is well stocked. You get all the utensils you need in the kitchen including cutlery, salt, oil etc. Air conditioning is good. Everything is clean and tidy. Check in can also be carried out with remote instructions by the host so you can literally checkin any time without any issues.

I think getting the code earlier would have worked better. It took me awhile to get in and no wifi. Have the wifi code in the kitchen area as the main door was open. The washer was difficult to figure out, leaving instructions on how to use it in English. Also instructions on how to open the lock box. Someone should have been available if trouble happens.

Second day another guest rang our apartment to gain access to his because he had not received communication from host. Lack of pillow case. Fridge balanced unevenly on a stool.

Grocery across the street and Pharmacy close by. At first I was little surprised it was a shared kitchen. But that’s ok. I wouldn’t use the microwave as it seemed very old. And there is no view. There was some sticky something under the table. The sliding closet door didn’t stay open. But, these are minor and would not prevent me from using the property again.
