• Tintswalo (4/5): The television were not showing nice. - It did not meet my expectations. The container used to cover bread was very dirty.

• Thobeka (4/5): - The breakfast was good and the stuff are professional, they assisted with the bags and showing my room. The room had broken blinds, old carpet and uncomfortable beds. I had to use my towel to try and close the windows because of the old blinds that they use. They definitely need to change the bed.
• Makoma (5/5): Please renovate the place - The breakfast is very good and staff is very friendly. The place is deteriorating and the bed are not comfortable and old. I believe the place is in a good location and if the can change the old carpet and bed it will be very good. I used to stay in this hotel and I would recommend it to my friends, colleagues and family.

• Tshilidzi (6/5): My stay had a few issues with cleanliness and water temperature, but I appreciated the quiet environment, friendly staff - It was quiet, so I was able to work without any disturbances. The table was spacious enough for my work, with a comfortable chair. I enjoyed the breakfast, and the staff were friendly. Thank you as well for providing a multiple plug in the room. There were marks on the bedding, and I couldn’t tell whether it was stubborn dirt or if the linen had not been changed. Either way, it made me uncomfortable to sleep. I also wasn’t satisfied with the water temperature when I showered, both in the evening and the following morning, the water was only lukewarm. In addition, the mat on the floor had a dusty smell.

Sad Ive paid my money already bcs the pictures lied to me. Its so unfair because I couldn't be refunded my money that I paid for poor service that I did not even utilise. Cricket Club is a scam Their accomodation is not even worth the price. Bookings must always be sure of what they advertise because we are being taken advantage of as client.

The bathroom couldn’t flush properly, and I reported this but nothing was done. The so-call shower, was merely a tap that was just built on the wall, but sort of served its purpose. The towels were old.

• Mboneni (5/5): OLD SCHOOL. - The staff is super friendly and very welcoming. Even at breakfast The place needs upgrade. The location is perfect, but the beds, old TV, and facilities overall.

• Rugani (4/5): Not good this time - Second time I have stayed there. First time was good so I went back. Clean good food , good staff etc I stayed in room number 6 . It was next to the kitchen, my bathroom window opens onto the back of the kitchen I think . My room smelled like cooked fish , I close the window but still had the small all night. Also there is leaking water outside that bathroom window and a pressure pump or something like that switched on and off the entire night , very loud in my room and I couldnt sleep. Someone needs to go and sit in room 6 and get it sorted out , really an unpleasant night

• Winnie (1/5): Winnie room 19 - Nothing The bed was very old, not comfortable at all. The blinds was old and dirty u could c outside even when they wer closed. The water was cold in this winter. Very bad place to be I will never set my foot there or recommend anyone.

• Monique (10/5): Polokwane trip away - People and food were great, it was for business so we didn't engage in too much but 100% the only place we will go for of Eatcourt to Polokwane trips. Prefer a shower, but we would have to pay more for a different room. It's just my husband and I, so we don't mind the sharing. Not all the rooms have fridges.

• Hendrik (2/5): Underwhelming experience due to hot water, toilet, and security issues. - Great location, close to shops and city centre. Friendly staff too! 1. The hot water system was inefficient, taking around 30 minutes to heat up after turning on the tap. Given our tight schedule, we ended up skipping showers due to this issue. 2. The toilets had flushing issues, requiring staff assistance. Even after intervention, the problem persisted. 3. The TV was outdated with limited channel options and no access to Netflix or DSTV. 4. Breakfast was average - it fell in the middle of our expectations. 5. The floor carpet emitted a strong, irritating odor that bothered my family and me. 6. The lack of security measures, including an open gate, made us feel unsafe and vulnerable to unauthorized access.
