Ivo (7/5): Wohnung war bis auf Küchenausstattung in Ordnung. Sauberkeit gut, Entsorgungsstelle war leider nicht wie in Infomappe be - Parkplatz vor dem Haus, 2 Badezimmer, genügend Schränke und Stauraum, Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle Austattung Küchenutensilien und Geschirr mangelhaft. Bunt , Auswajl Gläser bescheiden und knapp,zusammengewürfeltes Besteck, Kein Brotmesser, Keine Schöpfkelle, kein gescheites Schneidbrett. Wir haben deshalb nur einmal Pasta gekocht und sind die anderen Tage ins Restaurant zum Abendessen.
Hilary (7/5): Only good if you have a car to do the 15 min journey to pick up the keys - Good location & clean It is a 15 minute drive to pick up the keys to the apartment; so you HAVE to have a car.
Sally (8/5): Reasonable - The location and bus service into Selva was easy It is basically equipped with only just enough to get by, ie only two mugs, no toaster or kettle, not much soap in the dispenser and just 1.5 toilet rolls! It could be made more comfortable with just a small amount of attention to detail
Yvette (6/5): Nice flat; but trying to get the most money for the least effort and couldn’t care about the customer. - Good location. Attitude of booking agent (Muse) and owner. You get 1 set of keys for 4 people. When we asked for another one as we have 4 people of differing skiing abilities who would be coming home at different times, they were just not interested! Very poor customer service attitude. There was no kettle in the flat, and when we asked for a kettle (one is after all paying a lot of money for rent for the week), again the answer was no. This time they blamed the owner. A bit pathetic!!
Lynn (6/5): Facilities below par and poor value for money. - Good location, with close and regular bus connections to ski slopes. Extremely inconvenient to collect keys from Muse. This was only corresponded to us once we had paid in full, non refundable. Impossible to return keys to Muse as we had to take the first bus of the day to make our international flight. Unacceptable and deceitful as this is not make apparent upfront when booking. Particularly when a charge of Eur50 is levied if not returned to Muse. Freezer door broken off, so freezer section unusable Beside light not working Frying pans don’t work on induction stove Very limited crockery and cutlery Chipped glasses and cups No lids for the cooking pots Clothes hanging hook in bedroom broken off Wardrobe had insufficient hangers Refuse and recycling center was DISGUSTING. Totally unacceptable. Having only one key for the apartment creates problems when renting for two people. I have photos of all the above.
Carey (7/5): Beautiful area with fantastic skiing. - Car parking space. Good showers Dishwasher Very warm and cosy Location close to ski bus stop Collection of keys from accommodation would be desired as the traffic from Ortesei back to Selva was very busy and took a long time. Also collection point was out of our way & originally I requested to collect the keys near to the accommodation. This was not communicated back. The owner also was at the property during g our stay. Many light bulbs did not work on arrival. Although the owner provided them quickly he did not fit them. The bathroom light fitting being dirty & required us to wash it. We didn't feel that this was a paying guests responsibility. Lack of glasses for 4 people. Very small orange squeezer No spatula No electric kettle therefore a little unsafe ladelling hot water out of a saucepan for hot drinks. Only 5 dishwasher tablets left for a week which was not enough. No soap in bathrooms or by the sink were left. Pillows very uncomfortable. Coffee machine advertised which was incorrect as that wasn't one. Didn't have a toaster. Had to request one. Lack of an oven We did think the accommdstion was slightly over priced. We did really enjoy our stay and hope the above provides some constructive feedback. Thank you and best wishes.
Jaroslav (7/5): Good - Very good location for skiing, good price for apartment directly in Val Gardena valley. Not suitable for 6 guests - sofa is not foldable! Some basic kitchen equipment is missing (kettle, ladle, bowels, sponge, dishwasher tablets etc.)
