• Tichafara (9/5): good place, host was exceptional & went out of his way to make sure we were very comfortable. - there is no breakfast option, but we managed to conveniently prepare our own., The kitchen is well equipped. Very clean, peaceful and secure location. The complex is amazing & very close to mall of Africa all was fine

• Omar (5/5): Host is friendly and helpful , Location is excellent and secured - The apartment has an excellent location, which made my stay very convenient. I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the bedding. The sheets had an unpleasant odor, which made me question whether they had been properly washed after the previous guest. It felt as though the bed had simply been remade with the same used sheets. This really affected my comfort during the stay, and I hope the host ensures better housekeeping for future guests.

• Sanderson (1/5): You Can do better - The lounge and kitchen as well as having unlimited access to WiFi/fibre The bed rooms were not as expected the bedding was old and worn out the one bedroom bed was not made up well the wardrobes was dirty as hell as well as the iron was dirty the bedroom lamps was not working there was no no there to check up on us
• Ntombi (1/5): I booked Gorgeous Diamond but I didn't get that apartment instead I got a call to change. - Nothing I didn't get the apartment I booked. Had to change my plans on the last minute.
• Solo (10/5): Overall I'd say the best stay ever. The services were exceptional as well as the host. 10/10 - I loved how clean the property really was. Honestly, nothing.

• Samier (1/5): Bad, would not recommend it. - Our accommodation differed from the one we booked online. It is not suitable for business people. There are no elevators in the apartment, so if you're traveling with luggage, note that it's on the third floor. A very annoyed gentleman parked in front of our vehicle after we were not advised of parking bay numbers. Security eventually identified the man, but he refused to move. After I approached him and apologized very politely, he told me that this particular apartment's guests ALWAYS do it. It was clear to me that he had a valid point of view. It could also have been avoided if I had been given the parking bay number at the beginning.

• Koziba (6/5): The property location is quiet so it is suitable for a business trip - It is a self catering facility and the facility is close to a shopping mall that is a walking distance We struggled to get information of keys collection as this info was sent when we were already on the way so we missed this critical information. Wish we could have been alerted of the entry procedure as soon as had confirmed the booking through payment. The host was given this feedback and he promised to make better plans in future

• Keabetsoe (10/5): Exceptional - it was very clean, had clean towels and bedding the WiFi was working perfectly fine and the bed was super comfortable it is 5 minutes away from mall of Africa which is very convenient
• Jurane (1/5): Extremely poor. - Hosts forgot that we had booked the place. Had to wait at security for 20minutes until hosts arrived with the keys. Apartment smelt like urine. We booked for 2 nights but left after 5 minutes. Had to book at another accomodation at addition costs. i have stayed at over 50 places booked through bookings.com since 2018. This is the first bad review i have ever written.
• Dumo (9/5): Classy apartment, I’m definitely be back. - The Gorgeous Diamond is rare find. The furniture and modern finishes made out stay that much more comfortable. Also, the inverter kept the Wi-Fi and TV on during power outages.
