• Szymczyk (5/5): - Lokalizacja Wygodne łóżka Bardzo kiepski kontakt z personelem. Nikt nie poinformował nas wcześniej , że zameldowanie po 23:30 podlega opłacie 20 euro. W mieszkaniu jest skrzynka na klucze więc ewidentnie chodzi o to, żeby wyciągnąć więcej pieniędzy. Wysoki podatek klimatyczny. Śniadanie w obiekcie to żart. Połamane sucharki i dżem nafaszerowany konserwantami.

• Laura (1/5): - Nothing at all. READ all the low reviews. I implore you not to book this apartment. Apart from the fact that it is not as described (I wish I had filtered by low-scoring reviews as they were not near the top, strangely!), the people running it are really unpleasant. Because of their insistence on lying about the number of bedrooms and beds, we had to find last-minute accommodation, at higher cost, in a new city, in the dark with 3 children. Different genders, very different ages, not directly related, so would not have been possible to share beds and there was not even enough floor space to accommodate us if we'd stayed. Very stressful experience. Not only did they refuse to help or refund, they also relisted and took bookings for the nights we had paid for when they realised we weren't staying there! So double pay for them for their deception. Furthermore, the woman who was meeting us on arrival kept us waiting in the street for 40 minutes and then was incredibly rude. She refused to call the owner or help us. The only thing it has going for it is being central, but actually too busy and noisy anyway. There are much, much better options for the (true) size of this apartment that are much better value. If anyone reading this has the same issue, let Booking customer service know - they are recording complaints.

• Dimitri (1/5): Disaster - My stay and holiday was ruined because the owner of the house lied about the flat. She had it advertised as two bedroom apartment, but it was one bedroom apartment with another bed in the kitchen area. THIS IS NOT A TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT! As above. The owner is a shameless liar. Booking.com was not able to do anything about it. There is no breakfast provided as it says in the description of the property.

• Andrea (4/5): Ha una sola camera - Posizione perfetta Prenotato soprattutto perche c’era due camere(che eravamo 3 ospiti) e poi ci ritroviamo co una sola camera,se siete piu di due non prenotate… Scritto colazione inclusa poi ti da caffé e fette biscottate con marmellate…tra l’altro con macchinetta rotta che perde acqua… Al primo pasto ci accorgiamo che le posate sono sporche,manco a degnarle di pulirle. Letti non il massimo del confort

• Ciro (10/5): - La posizione è ideale per chi vuole visitare San Gregorio Armeno e Napoli Sotterranea. Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi di vario genere e un piccolo supermercato. Usando la metro e gli autobus si possono raggiungere altri punti di interesse. L'appartamento è piccolo e accogliente con 1 letto matrimoniale un lettino singolo e nella.camera con la cucina ce un divano letto molto comodo. Struttura a mio parere Ideale per alloggio di 2/4 persone.

• Graziella (6/5): - mi é piaciuta la posizione. il bagno era molto accogliente e tutta la struttura era pulita. la camera da letto era bella spaziosa la seconda camera da letto descritta non esisteva, era solamente un letto matrimoniale messo in cucina. la colazione inclusa era composta da fette biscottate e basta.

Unica nota negativa è stata la colazione che era era solo fette biscottate con marmellata e caffe, quando invece era pubblicizzato con colazione al bar inclusa.

• Piret (9/5): - We had some changing expectations, all of which were kindly accommodated. First, a few weeks after booking, an additional traveller was added and he got an extra bed. Second, when we arrived at Napoli, we asked if we could get an earlier check-in and that was also kindly allowed. All our worries were met with friendly and quick solutions. Thank you! The location is good for young people that want to go out, dance, eat, drink and have fun. Via dei Tribunali is packed with pizzerias and cafeterias and active night activities. Not a bad thing per se.

Dovrebbero cambiare lavanderia, curare maggiormente le pulizie dei locali e porre maggiore attenzione e cura di base verso il cliente che usufruisce dei servizi che propongono. Dovrebbero disporre di più personale per un servizio migliore.

De accomodatie heeft maar 1 slaapkamer Het andere bed is een slaapbank die de hele woonkamer inneemt. Het is echt een klein appartement Zeker geen 60m2 Airco was ook matig en slecht schoongemaakt. Zwarte velgen op handdoeken. De kamer was ook nog niet eens klaar toen we aankwamen om 15:30. Daarnaast moesten we toeristenbelasting nog betalen van 18€ cash. Oh en het zwembad zit niet in het gebouw Daarnaast zou het incl ontbijt zijn. Dat bestaat dus uit voorverpakte toast met pakjes nutella en jam. Zie bijgevoegde foto

• Zofia (1/5): Shame and disgrace to rent something like this - Location First of all, it is not a two-room apartment with four beds, but just one room with one double bed one single bed and in the kitchen there was a fold-out sofa bed. That is a scam for those who read the description and were sure that they will get two double beds sofa and one single bed. In the description we also get information that there is a swimming pool, a photo that clearly indicates that the pool is located somewhere between the buildings in which the apartment is. unfortunately not. the pool is a sports center located a little away from the apartment, which is another misleading of potential guests who will pay for these wonderful photos, because on the photos ends the pleasant part. None of the shelves were well screwed in the apartment, which meant that when you slept on the sofa and above your head were hanging just such polka dots that could fall on your face at any time.... further, in the room very dirty floor, lack of necessary cutlery such as large bread knives or larger than standard dinner knives. breakfast, for which you paid extra, looked like the most ordinary breakfast from the market, pastries with nutella and jam so for much less money you could have the same breakfast. there is a coffee maker which... There is a coffee maker that ... pours more water on the kitchen counter than it does coffee into a cup. The bathroom has mold on the walls and dirt and spiders and a boiler that supposedly has 150 liters but is barely enough to bathe two adults in moderately hot water (to save water) and even less to wash dishes. The curtains in the only window that was in the apartment closed “permanently” - It was never possible to open them, this also meant that even in the middle of the day light was needed.... When a small thing fell to us under one of the beds we gently pushed it away and from under it came out 10 years of unswept floor.... paradise for asthmatics....
• Fernando (2/5): Muy mala experiencia - Lo único destacable es la ubicación. Siempre que te guste estar en la parte histórica. El departamento dice que tiene 2 dormitorios separados y 4 camas. Tiene un solo dormitorio y 3 camas. De muy mala calidad. No estaba limpio como se debe. La pileta eata a 10 min a pie y es de pago. No hay microondas como dice y el desayuno se limita a unos paquetes de tostadas y algunos jugos. No dejaron ni café ni te suficientes para 3 personas x las noches que estábamos. Tampoco habia azúcar o edulcorante. En la descripción dice que hablan varios idiomas y la persona que nos recibió solo hablaba italiano. Cuando le dije que no era lo que decía el aviso me dijo que el segundo dormitorio era el living. Que eso es lo que había y que no hay devoluciones sino me quedaba. Las camas de terror. Estaban rotas y los colchones en las puntas se hundían no se podía dormir. En el único dormitorio no se podía caminar porque las 2 camas se chocaban. Había una ménsula suelta en la pared.
• Fredrik (7/5): Central location, but not a two bedroom apartment - Great and central location in the old town, close to many of the sights in the city. Right next door to the entrance for visiting Naples underground. The service was good. It was missing a drying rack when we got there, but the concierge got it the same evening, making it possible to wash clothes. So I think the service was good as well This is not a two bedroom apartment, which the description might indicate. The second bedroom is in fact a pull-out sofa in the kitchen/living room. It's located on the first floor, so be prepared on some noise from the streets. This wasn't a big issue, but something that can be taking i to consideration. The kitchen is equipped, however missing some key appliances such as kitchen knives. The Italian breakfast is nothing but some toast and Biscotti crackers with jam and Nutella, accompanied with a coffee machine (which makes bad coffe) and some juice boxes. Would rather use one of the many nice cafes right next door for breakfast.

Went to book it again for October and it's gone more expensive. Now, out of my budget. Pool is a distance away and at an extra cost.

• Miles (7/5): Very central, a slice of life in Naples - The location was great - right in the center of the historic quarter and within easy walking distance to a range of shops, restaurants, bars and places to see. Breakfast was just ok - available from a bar over just around the corner, but not a big selection and the bar server wasn't the most helpful person.

• Ruth (1/5): Bad - Good location, clean, but it is not a two-bedroom apartment - it is one bedroom and a sofa bed in the kitchen. Fine for a couple but not remotely adequate for four people. We were booked for six nights and moved after one night, after arriving at 2am following a delayed flight. The description on Booking.com is misleading and inaccurate. It is not a two-bedroom apartment and is totally inadequate for four adults. There is one bedroom with one double and one single bed, then a second room with a small kitchen and kitchen table, and a sofa bed, i.e., the sofa bed is effectively in the kitchen. The sofa bed partially obstructs the doorway to.the bedroom and leaves very little floor space in the kitchen area. The bathroom is through the bedroom. Above the door separating the bedroom and kichen/sofa bed is an open window, presumably to allow the air-conditioning in the bedroom to flow into the kitchen area, but it means there is no privacy between the two rooms. There is also very little storage space, especially for four adults. The description also listed a swimming pool amongst the facilities. I presumed this would be a communal pool amongst the residents in the accommodation block, but it is in fact a sports centre (which we never found). Reading deeper into the reviews after our negative experience, we noticed other people complained about the inadequacy of the small water tank but we didn't stay long enough to have showers to test it out. We were very disappointed with the apartment and are seriously out of pocket after moving apartments (to a beautiful three-bedroom apartment five minutes walk away for a similar price on Airbnb) but we risked ruining our holiday with arguments had we stayed there for six nights.

Moldy bathroo - Position, fact it's a solo apartment. 60 euro was a good price for one night (considering cleaning and all, quite low for an apartment). One bedroom, one mini living kitchen. Not 2 room!!! Key access not working, used master default code over the hard to reach phone number. I personally sat on the sofa and bashed the back of my head against a shelf, since the distance or height wasn't taken into account - dangerous. Tested and the other occupants would also have bashed their head (I am a standard height). I believe also the night stands are prone to incidents... Price and position were good. Mold in the bathroom... We were all a little disgusted and disappointed.
• Alcatraz__ (8/5): Very good - All the city life is placed around the location. Also not that far from three metro stations and located at the ground, no need to take the luggage in upper flors. It is almost impossible to gain some fresh air inside, because of the geometry of the place. Likely this stands for most of the places in the city. There is quite some way to carry the luggage, if you park in the nearby parking house.

• Maria (8/5): Location is perfect - Perfect Location in the middle of the historical center of Naples. The digital key system. It’s frustrating my phone was empty, never had a chance to open the door. I am thankful to the friendly resident of the building who let me charge my phone and that’s the time I messaged the owner/manager. I advise the owner to give the digital code and the manual code in advanced incase when our phone are empty we had the manual code already. There were people doesn’t have internet on their phones, foreigners for example. I am glad I have 5G data but then when your phone is empty no chance to get in.

• Peter (3/5): apartment ultimately didn't meet expectations and customer service of the host was lacking - nice enough accommodation and good location handy for nearby eateries and atmosphere booked and paid for a 2 bedroom apartment only to find a 1 bedroom apartment on arrival, the best they could offer was a sofa bed in the lounge, this wasn't ideal as the bathroom access was through the bedroom. Also failed to leave required breakfast tokens for breakfast which lead to a rather uncomfortable conversation at the nearby cafe

• Brett (7/5): Cosy apartment close to Napoli sights & sounds, ideal for couple but not a group of 4 adults. - Apartment was clean and in a great location, close to the hustle & bustle of downtown Napoli and all its restaurants, cafes & chaos, but was not as it was advertised. Host was very welcoming and friendly and sent lots of information on how to find apartment, entry code access, and always answered any questions. Travelling in a group of 4, we booked a 2 bedroom apartment in Napoli but the second bedroom of this apartment is actually just the kitchen with a sofa-bed in it. Very cramped for 4 adults with 4 large bags. Apartment advertised an infinity pool but this did not exist onsite. When we asked through message chat about it, we were directed to a nearby sports & fitness centre where we were to be charged €15 per hour to swim there. We didn’t bother. The apartment would be ideal for a couple or a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, but too small for 4 adults.
