• David (7/5): - Lage & Ausstattung sind gut. Schlüsselkasten ist nicht so leicht zu finden, versteckt in einer Garage (warum nicht neben dem Schlüsselkasten für die andere Whg?) . Schlüsselkombination wurde nicht im voraus geschickt aber Vermieter war sofort erreichbar und hat die Kombination telefonisch gegeben.
• Bärbel (7/5): Zweckmäßige Ausstattung für 2 Personen - Die Lage in der unmittelbaren Nähe Toaster muss ausgetauscht werden Für 3 Erwachsene nicht ausgelegt! Lüftung nur über Eingangstür möglich, keine Fenster zum öffnen vorhanden.
• Nicole (5/5): - Zentrale Lage Einen ganzen Tag nur kaltes Wasser in der Unterkunft, mussten kalt duschen. Heizung und Warmwasser war ausgefallen. Bei Außentemperatur von 3° in der Nacht. Es war die ganze Zeit unangenehm kalt, weil ebenerdiges Appartement, kalter Boden, kalte Wände. Keine Möglichkeit zum Lüften. Fixverglasung. Wahrscheinlich ehemaliges Geschäftslokal. Es riecht modrig. Vermieter hat auch keine Kompensation angeboten.
• Mühlhausen (9/5): l - Wir hatten das kleine Apartment und waren, bis auf kleine Vorkommnisse die sofort und unkompliziert behoben wurden sehr zufrieden. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Besonders die tolle Lage (alles konnten wir fußläufig erreichen) war für uns ausschlaggebend. Eine Garage konnten wir gegen Gebühr bekommen. Der Vermieter war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns viele Anregungen gegeben. Danke nochmal an ihn. Wir waren voll zufrieden.🌞
• Lea (9/5): Toll für einen Kurztrip nach Regensburg - Schön eingerichtet, tolle Lage und sehr sauber :) Ich war im Zimmer mit dem Stockbett. Zur Toilette muss man am Doppelbett vorbei gehen. Nachts/Morgens laute Geräusche aus dem Hausgang. Aber insgesamt hat das Positive definitiv überwogen!

• Olivier Johannes (8/5): Sober maar adequaat - Zeer geschikt voor 2 dagen. De naam is misleidend. Dit is geen suite maar een studio. De inrichting was niet echt sfeervol.

• Lang (9/5): - Eine sehr schöne saubere Ferienwohnung und eine gute Lage. Es hat alles gepasst.
• Manuela (9/5): Ein schöner Kurz-Aufenthalt, um die Regensburger Altstadt und die Weihnachtsmärkte zu besuchen - Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist einfach ideal, und besonders gut war für uns auch die Möglichkeit, gegen eine geringe Gebühr eine Garage anzumieten. Nichts. In den Bewertungen vorher wurde oft die fehlende Belüftung bemängelt, das war für uns jetzt im Dezember kein Problem, im Sommer kann das anders sein, das können wir nicht beurteilen.
• Katie (9/5): Lovely place in historic Regensburg - Great location, historic place but renovated nicely with great communication with the owner, and homey touches like christmas decorations, and in walking distance to everything we needed. Only one thing- the lack of soundproofing. Easy to hear people in the hallway outside.

• christoph (3/5): ich werde hier keinen Fuss mehr hinsetzen! - Nichts, es ist eine stinkige dunkle Bude die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss, das einzige Fenster geht zur Strasse. Alle blicken einem direkt ins Zimmer. Es riecht vermodert und ist dunkel. Man kann sich nicht wohlfühlen.

• Anke (10/5): Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen. Netter, sehr bemühter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber. - Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bei der Ausstattung wurden alle etwaigen Ansprüche bedacht. Darüberhinaus ist die Unterkunft sehr sauber und gepflegt.

• Susanne (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent, quiet and in the historical centre. Everything is new and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The description as to how to reach the place and the check in procedure was very detailed and easy to follow. Communication with the owner was easy via what s app. The bathroom is in one of the bedrooms so that the people that sleep in the other bedroom need to go through the first bedroom to get to the bathroom. No problem for us but might be inconvienent for guests that want more privacy.
• Paweł (10/5): Great place to visit Regensburg! - Fantastic location, the place is fully equipped and very nice / clean / comfy. Parking place included, great instructions from the owner, not to mention help that I received while loosing one of belongings. Toilet & bathroom is located by sleeping room, so persons sleeping in the smaller room need to walk through the sleeping room to reach the WC.

• Natia (5/5): Good location,clean but not suitable for 3-4 adults, no windows available at all! - The property is well located in the city center. There are 2 bunk beds and the only way to go to the toilet or shower is to enter in another bedroom. There are no walls but a simple curtains so everyone else should exist the room to get off your clothes. In addition there is only one central door that works as a door and a window at the same time. So it’s not very pleasant as people who pass by are just staring at you. The kitchen does not have ventilation but instead a fire alarm is located just above the stove, so if you are even cooking or boiling something the fire alarm starts to signal after 10 min. There are no windows to open and it can be impossible to stay there if its hot or if you need to ventilate a bit.
• Mihovil (8/5): Weekend exploration - On the edge of the city centre so great location as base to explore it on foot. We were there while it was 0°C and it was warm in the apartment. It had everything we needed for 2 night stay and was comfortable. The host is extremely helpful and didn't mind us chipping a plate while washing it. Glass doors are transparent - they should have some stickers to avoid people bumping in. There is a back door of some sorts that is not sound proof and you can hear people in the middle of the night storing bicycles and similar. The apartment is right on the street so you can hear people passing by and talking during the night.
