• Govinda (8/5): comfortable - Good service, central location, A2B nearby. The rooms were neat and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. Highly recommend for a short stay.

• Vijay (1/5): Most Pathetic Service Ever seen. - We booked this Hotel as it was after Nice Road on the Bengalore Hosur . It was located conveniently to avoid morning Bengaluru traffic The Hotel was advertised as Pet friendly. My usual Hotels were Ibis and Vivanta but they are located inside City and probe to traffic in office hours.. I travelled 1100 KM from Mumbai from 4 AM to 1:30 AM or 21+ hours. On reaching Hotel I was told they will not accept pets though we pointed out it's mentioned on Booking.com. Hotel did not accept any responsibility. It's owner not it's manager were ready for any alternative. Only after I called Bengaluru Police in middle of night, they agreed to refund advance next day. I called my usual pet friendly hotel but they were full. Finally with my exhausted family I had to travel again towards Bus stand for a safe place to park car and try to sleep in the Car till morning. Then with little sleep we had to move to our destination Kanyakumari which took us another 12 hours.. Such pathetic service providers I have not seen in my life and endangered safety of family members. Booking Com should vet such poor service providers and only share reputed ones. Don't want to book again unless issue is sorted out.

• Videli (8/5): Was good for my short stay. - The room on the parking side. More silence. I had to pay in cash as foreign credit cards are not accepted. To carry the suitcases up the stairs. Of course I should have requested for help.
• Raja (8/5): Good. But need better service since there's no lift, also very noisy. - Rooms were excellent, clean and spacious. Only issue was room service was not provided in the morning. Without lift facility, very difficult to carry the luggage especially when I had old parents. Otherwise the hotel is very good. Noisy outside and no lift, hence difficult to carry luggage and old parent. Also they should provide space for drivers.
