• Caroline (6/5): Great location, ok appartment - The location is ideal close to everything by foot, you can also park the car on the street for free, which is quite helpful The apartment next to ours smelled a lot like cigarettes, which made it quite uncomfortable. The AC in the room makes a lot of noise. The Wi-Fi stopped working. Given the owners response, it seemed to be a problem in the whole neighborhood, but it couldn’t get fixed.

• Doriana (9/5): - L’host è stato gentile ci ha permesso di entrare prima dell’orario previsto del check in. Ottima posizione, è stato semplice spostarsi a piedi. Vicino alla struttura ci sono dei supermercati. La stanza ha tutto anche un angolo cucina. Il centro è veramente a 10 minuti forse anche meno. Palazzo datato. La struttura aveva tutto ma poteva essere un pochino più pulita. C’erano delle piccole ragnatele sulla testiera del letto e in altre parti della stanza. io non io trovato l’asciuga capelli come era invece descritto nei confort.

• Simone (4/5): - Unica cosa positiva è l’host gentile e disponibile. Prezzo completamente ingiustificato, pagato 110€ per una notte in una camera adibita ad appartamento. È vero che c’era tutto il necessario per dormire e cucinare, ma in uno spazio talmente piccolo da non poter accogliere due persone con due valigie. Bagno minuscolo con lavabo più piccolo di una mano. Aria condizionata mal funzionante. Piano terra su strada senza una grata alla finestra. Non vi fate ingannare dalle foto!

• Tom (8/5): Great! - It had all the amenities needed, basic but clean, and great location to be close enough to waterfront, but far enough back to be quiet. A little dated which may not be to everyone’s taste, but perfectly functional and great value given location

• Adam (10/5): Perfect hosts! - Great location took us less than 5 minutes to old town, comfortable bed, good kitchen to make dinner, breakfast and coffee, most of all the hosts, just perfect, the hosts son arranged to meet us when we arrived and gave up his parking spot for us right outside the apartment, I'm sure he can't do this everytime but we were very grateful and it made our stay perfect. nothing i didn't like.

There were good amenities and the aircon worked well. The location was just a short walk out of the main town. The host was quick to respond to messages prior to arrival. The shower was a large step and there wasn't much headroom. The toilet flush wasn't very powerful. The main property that the flat was situated in left a lot to be desired. The room smelled a bit of stale smoke when we first arrived.

Lady who checked us in was very friendly and nice. Air conditioning was brilliant and very cold - just what we needed on arrival. Good sized comfortable bed for 2 people. Room was very clean. There was a small kitchen area and washing machine but we weren't there long enough to make use of these facilities. It was perfect for our 1 night stay. Nothing not to like.

• Jolene (5/5): Ok for a short stay - Good location, can walk to split Center within 10-12 minutes. Bed was comfortable, wifi works well. The room was mostly ok expect for the toilet. There was no hot water, for some reason maybe the heater is not working. The shower is placed very high up, so it’s dangerous when you are exiting the shower as you have to step down on wet tiles. Not suitable for older folks. And the sink was quite small.

The location is very good (10 min walk to city centre) and the studio is equiped with all you need for a pleasant stay. The place has no private parking but you can find one for free on the street. The room has also air conditioner and smart TV.

• Shweta (9/5): Totally recommend this place , for a couple or family of 3 - The property was within walking distance from the split center. It had all the facilities including TV, AC and kitchen. Even though we stayed there for one night it was totally worth it.

Check in was easy but the free street parking was hard to come by. Kitchen was very basic and top shelves too high for me to reach in both kitchen and shower (I am 1.55m tall). Patchy wifi. Uncomfortable topper pad on bed.

Facilities: I appreciate that they have electric stove inside the room, so you just cook whatever if you are saving money. Additionally, the owner was so nice, we accidentally turned off the hot water, even though it was 10:30pm that night they are still available to talk to😅. Room: was spacious enough for 2 people, they even have 1 xtra couch to hang out Overall it was a good stay since we're almost out the whole day and just come back again late at night.

• Kity (9/5): Small quite room... near the main attractions... - The place is small but fully equipped and quite close to the main attractions. It was easy to reach the place. Its was just beside a road, but still quite and peaceful. The kitchen had basic utensils but its better to carry or buy ingredients like salt... ketchups... the supermarket was quite close. The room was very clean and an AC. Nothing... it was just perfect for our short stay.
