• Maya (10/5): Our stay was fun, comfortable, cosy, and enjoyable. - The apartment was amazing. It was comfortable, spacious, and a good fit for us. We stayed about a week and we had everything that we needed. It was close enough to the center for a nice walk, but far enough to avoid the noise. Overall, we greatly recommend it to any future travelers. We have nothing to say about apartments Berna. However, the bus missed us at the central bus stop. We talked about it with the bus company, but it was not a pleasant experience. So have in mind that the small buses can be at time a little problem.
• Yan (10/5): Wonderful Stay in Beautiful Dolomites - The apartment is very spacious, clean, and beautifully designed and renovated. It is a historic house that has been in the owner’s family for over 300 years. The owner Paulie paid meticulous attention to details. A group of 4 or 5 people can very comfortably lounge around in the apartment. The beds and beddings are of excellent quality and very comfortable. The apartment is conveniently located within a less than 10 minute walk to the center of ortisei where you can find a supermarket and a good selection of restaurants and shops. You won’t regret staying at Paulie’s place. It’s a perfect place to base yourself in during your Dolomite’s vacation. Nothing

Зручне розташуваня, 10 хв ходьби до центру міста. Поруч від помешкання зупинка ski bus. Дуже привітний власник Pauli, який готовий прийти на допомогу при виникненні будь-яких питань. Із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз. Все було чудово.

• Fernando Gabriel (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Ortisei! - It's very cozy, clean, and comfortable — ideal for resting after hiking and sightseeing, or even for spending a whole day relaxing, as we did on a rainy afternoon. The apartment is spacious and functional. The shower is great, with plenty of hot water. It's equipped with everything you need and has good furniture. The owner, Pauli, is a fantastic host. He is very helpful and funny, and even left us a bottle of wine and some speck, along with some really useful tips about where to go and what to do. Parking is easy and right in front of the entrance. There's a beautiful view of the town and Sassolungo from the front yard. The location is excellent, close to the town center and cable cars; almost everything in Ortisei can be easily reached on foot. We booked for two people for five days in August 2025 (though the apartment can easily host more, as it has two extra single beds), and we couldn’t have chosen a better place. We will definitely be coming back! Nada a reclamar, estava tudo perfeito.
• Carol N (10/5): I can’t say enough positive things about the apartment and the care Pauli gave us. Hopefully I will be able to return - The property was immaculate. If I understood correctly the apartment is part of a 350 year old family home. Pauli, the owner is a carpenter and wood maker so the apartment has many fine details that you rarely find in a vacation rental. All the drawers, cupboards and closets have strip lighting. The kitchen is well equipped with an induction stove top, sharp knives, plenty of dishes, cutlery and beautiful wine goblets that is well organized. There is a playground nearby if you haves small children. The apartment is in a beautiful setting where you have a stunning view of the mountains. Best of all Pauli picked us up at the bus stop, gave us a tour of Ortisei with how to get around, the best places to shop and gave us a list of what list of what to do each day with the best places to hike in the high country including how to get there and what passes we needed for our stay. He also gave us his phone number if we needed anything. Our final day he came by to arrange to take us to the bus stop to catch bus back to Bolzano. It was perfect!

• James (4/5): Nice apartment, but terrible management - Apartments Berna is a very clean and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment in a good location. The management team, Muse, was very disappointing in nearly every way. The check-in process was very stressful: (1) 46 page rulebook written in very small font sent as a pdf, (2) they sent urgent messages that we needed to complete a "pre-check-in form" or else lose the booking, but when we asked up ayt their office, we made us re-fill in all the info that we provided in the pre-cyeck form, (3) to check in, we had to drive to their office, hidden in the top floor of a hidden office park 3 kms outside town, (4) once we found the office, the Muse staff were too busy flirting with one another to talk with us. When I asked for the keys, they told me to read the pdf and stop bothering them!?! So I responded sarcasticly that I don't think a pdf document can be used as a house key, at which point one of them rolled her eyes, reached under the counter, found the keys and handed then to me.
• Wen (10/5): Highly recommended and exceptional - The house had amazing woodwork and design, so inviting and warm, the kids loved their room. You can tell the owners took pride in their property. Then the owner came to visit and he told us he made all the wood work and told us about the history of the town and his family. We felt very welcomed in his property. It's exceptional.
• Casey (10/5): stay here - amazing property! Close to the center of town and cable cars so you can get hiking right away! The owner Pauli was amazing, kind, and accommodating. he brought us over a bottle of wine from the area. He is a carpenter and created the place by hand, how cool! Very comfortable beds, nice kitchen all equipped. Nothing, it’s perfect and so is Pauli

• Chieng (10/5): The place is cozy and feel like home. The owner is very friendly. - The apartment is cozy and comfortable. Spacious for family of 3. Kitchen is rather fully equipped. Beds are comfortable. There’s washer which is a plus point. Will be good if there’s a dryer. Not easy to find the apartment at first although with guide. Not easy to park a big car.
• Steven (10/5): Fantastic place in romantic Ortisei. - The appartment is unbelievable clean and also very cosy. Everything you need is already in the appartment. The owner (Pauli) is a nice and hospitable guy. It’s a walking distance from the city center and restaurants of Ortisei. The walk to the ski lifts is a nice walk to warm up the muscles. Make sure you follow the right path to avoid uphill walking.

Charming host. Locating the management company office to pick up the keys was a bit confusing initially. Hint - the office is on the upper floor of a retail / office complex.

Very quiet location a few minutes from town centre and gondolas, communication was excellent throughout process. The parking is a bit awkward but instructions were clear
