• Krzysztof (10/5): Marko sprawił, że czuliśmy się bardzo dobrze zaopiekowani. - Marko to wyjątkowy gospodarz — bardzo przyjazny, zaangażowany i autentycznie zainteresowany tym, żeby goście czuli się dobrze. Pierwszego dnia pokazał nam miasto, doradził kilka świetnych miejsc do zwiedzania (np. akwarium, które polecam) oraz polecił restauracje, gdzie warto spróbować lokalnych owoców morza. Pomógł z wniesieniem bagaży i organizacją transportu — bez proszenia w dniu wyjazdu. Zorganizował miejsce parkingowe znacznie tańsze niż w okolicy — kto był w Piran, wie, że parkowanie to skomplikowana sprawa. Gdy zapowiedziano deszcz, Marck pojawił się z parasolami — sam, z własnej inicjatywy. Taki drobiazg, a mówi wszystko o jego podejściu do gości. Czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani — pobyt był daleki od anonimowości, która często towarzyszy wynajmowi. Piran jest piękne samo w sobie, ale Marco sprawił, że zapamiętamy ten wyjazd szczególnie ciepło. Polecamy z całego serca!

• Ursula (10/5): I miss my walks along the sea and Marina, watching the sunsets so close from the apartment, long walks in nature, hope t - I love the location, so close to the sea, the sights,close to supermarkets, restaurants,kitchen with everything necessary to make breakfast( including a nice coffee machine using cups), or even cook a meal, spacious comfy bed. Marko picked me up from the bus station in Piran, explained some of the interesting history of the beautiful town. He was always responding quickly, gave me valuable brochures, maps, suggestions which helped me plan my days in and around of Piran. I can only complement Marko, on how much effort he puts into his role of being a great host!
• Jelena (10/5): - Lokacija je odlicna u srcu starog grada. Domacin je izuzetno ljubazan. Organizovao nam je prevoz od mesta gde smo ostavili automobil do samog smestaja. Po dolasku nas je proveo kroz stari grad i ispricao zanimljivosti. To je najbolji način da se oseti duh mesta, jer smo saznali priče i anegdote koje obično ne pišu u turističkim vodičima. Sve preporuke!
• Eleonora Palazzo (10/5): La vera accoglienza slovena - La posizione è perfetta, a due passi da tutto. Marko è nativo del posto ed è stato gentilissimo a darci parecchie informazioni sui luoghi da visitare e i ristoranti da provare. La camera è dotata veramente di tutto, coperte, stendino, angolo cottura, bollitore ecc. Letti comodi. Tutto è veramente pulito e accurato, arredato amorevolmente con decori fatti a mano e quadri di Marko e sua moglie. Dove si è stati bene si spera sempre di tornare! Nulla
• Marleen (10/5): - Mijn man had problemen met zijn knie. Dat was niet zo handig in een stad met hobbelige straatjes. Marko heeft goed met ons meegedacht hoe we een aantal praktische dingen konden aanpakken. Sowieso heeft hij ons een geweldige introductie gegeven in de bezienswaardigheden van Piran. En steeds was hij beschikbaar. Heel bijzonder! Dankzij hem hebben we de dolfijnen zien springen uit de zee, vlakbij het appartement. Prachtig! De bedden en het beddengoed zijn van hotelkwaliteit. Wij vonden de koffie ook uitzonderlijk goed. Het was fijn om in het appartement te kunnen koken. Het appartement ligt heel mooi aan zee. Beide uitgangen van het steegje komen uit op de boulevard. Links was het wat zonniger en het water was wat rustiger. Fijn om te zwemmen. Rechts kon je soms de golven uiteen zien spatten op de rotsen. En als je wat verder loopt is er een keienstrand. Ook heel erg mooi! We logeerden echt op een toplocatie. Parkeren vraagt wat geregel maar Marko denkt mee en regelt het voor je! En het is ook erg fijn om in een voetgangersgebied te verblijven. Wij hebben ontzettend genoten in Piran. Terra appartments is een echte aanrader. Prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is perfect. Het is een beetje ver van onze woonplaats vandaan!

The location of the appartment is just perfect. Appartment is clean and well equipped- all that you need for a comfortable stay is available.

• Anna (8/5): Nice apartment in central, beautiful Piran, very close to the sea. - Very nice host who gave us a small guided tour of Piran on our way to the apartment. We could also borrow beach chairs, snorkle equipment for free and rent a SUP from him.

• BARBARA (10/5): Vacanza speciale! - E’ stato tutto meraviglioso! Pirano è davvero un gioiello, ricca di storia, cultura e con un mare stupendo. La casa si trova in una posizione eccezionale, nella punta della città, in prossimità del mare da ambo i lati; e’ molto accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort e con il plus di attrezzatura per la spiaggia. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è Marko, una persona genuina, interessante, accogliente e preparata; ci ha fatto sentire accolti e coccolati ed ha contribuito a rendere le nostre vacanze davvero speciali ed indimenticabili. In lui abbiamo trovato un amico che terremo caro nel nostro cuore e contiamo di riuscire a tornare al più presto a Pirano, ovviamente al Terra apartments!

• János (10/5): An unforgettable stay at a lovely apartment in the best spot of the old city - Terra Apartments was just way beyond our expectations: our host organized parking for us, a shuttle golf cart to take us to the city and he greeted us personally there. Not for just handing the keys over but took us to the city for a short "city tour" in 20 minutes so we would know what to see and how to get there. This level of kindness and helpfulness I have not experienced before hence made our arrival real unique - thank you Marko! The apartment is in a lovely spot of of the old city literally 30 seconds from the sea in either directions. Beaches, restaurants, bars and the historical part of the city were just at our fingertips - still the apartment was very quite. It is well equipped, air-conditioned, comfortable and although not large, just perfect for a family of four. When I mean equipment and full service, it also means that there were mobile sunbeds and beach umbrella at our service for free and could rent SUP very cheap from our host as well. The apartment was lovely, the location is just outstanding but our host, Marko, made everything even more enjoyable by recommending restaurants, special places to visit and his kindness and helpfulness was priceless.

At the beginning of our stay, he showed us round the Old Town and told us the history of Piran, which was very nice of him. The apartment is air conditionned, has a well equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom. The host arranged a car park for us at a very good price and our transfer to the apartment. We had an amazing time here!!!

Very close to the beach and in the city center. Just a small suggestion – an iron would be a great addition for guests, especially for longer stays. • Jenifer (10/5): Beautiful location and the best hosts. - Oh my gosh I loved staying here! Marko, the host, was very communicative and offered to help me with parking earlier than check-in. When I showed up later than intended, his son actually helped me park even though he was busy. It was amazing having help with parking in an area where parking is at a premium. I also got lots of advice about where to go and what to do, and almost felt more like a friend than a guest. The location of the unit is right next to the water on the very tip of the peninsula - you basically step out of the door and into the Adriatic sea. I can't wait to come back!

We took advantage of the parking offered. Super location in the old town a short walk from the lighthouse. In the evening we went dolphin watching. Marko was amazing. We will definitely come again.

• David (10/5): Perfect. - Location excellent. Host warm, welcoming, responsive, helpful. Apartment looks and feels like the photos (mine was a 3rd floor walk up, but there are apts on lower floors). Host has parking arranged, which is a huge consideration here. It’s much less expensive with him, and he arranges a cart to take you from car to apartment.

Very informative about town/restaurants etc. Because I was in a central location in a town with very narrow alleyways, there was no view and little natural light could get into the room & no phone signal which may be a problem for some people. Wifi was fine.

He got out of his way to make our arrival easy, as the town is closed to traffic and the public parkings are not very close and are often full -- he found us a parking place at a discount and "collected" us right there. The flat is in the middle of the historical centre, one block from the lighthouse and close to everything. Very quiet too

• Jan (10/5): Beautiful Piran - Marko was a very pleasant, friendly and helpful host. Upon arrival, he showed us the center od Piran. The apartments was perfectly clean. IT was 50 meters to the public beach and guests have 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for free. It's possible to rent a padelboard. Slow WiFi, but enough to communicate on WhatsApp.

• Wojciech (10/5): It's a real gem of Piran - Perfectly equipped apartments in the centre of Piran, just a few steps from the beach, lighthouse and restaurants overlooking the sea. Even sun loungers and parasols are provided. The owner organises transfers to and from the apartment and parking - that's a big deal in Piran. But most of all, the owners are super nice people and it's a pleasure to spend time with them. Highly recommended. My stay was flawless.

If you step out of the house, or look out of the window, the sea is right there, just a few steps to the promenade. The apartment was clean and functional. Best beds we had on our trip. The host was super friendly and helpful with tips for restaurants and things to do. Our 3 days there felt like a week of vacation. Nothing not to like.

Within minutes of our late afternoon booking we were contacted by Marko where to park our car and how to easily reach our destination to the car-free town of Piran. At the town centre we were greeted by our friendly host who gave us a nice small informative tour of Piran and shared tips where to enjoy our dinner (which was excellent!). • Marek (10/5): Exceptional - You can stay in five stars hotel with all you need but with anonymous people .Or you can meet somebody who runs his own appartment house with enthusiasm, passion and love. We stayed only for one night but we will never forget Marko and his effort to meet all our expactations, guiding the city , recommending restaurants,shops, attractions. Its not the most modern flat on earth but it is a man who you can never forget. Thanks Marko once again!

• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - Marko, the host, is incredible. He makes arrival and checkout super easy, even though you can't drive through the town. He meets you with a hand wagon so you don't have to get your luggage through the tiny bumpy alleys to the place, shares local flavor and history, recommends restaurants and ice cream places, and is generally available to help. The apartment is near the tip of the peninsula, so you have 50m in either direction to the beach. The kids had their own room. Wifi and AC both reliable.
