• Su (8/5): - Отличное местоположение апартаменты находятся совсем рядом с вокзалом Термини. Рядом есть магазины, такие как KIKO Milano, Calzedonia и другие. Также поблизости есть супермаркет Tigre, где можно удобно закупаться, так как в мини-маркетах цены значительно выше (Tigre работает до 20:00). Хозяин очень приветливый и всегда старался помочь. Даже однажды мы случайно встретили его в ресторане недалеко от Колизея, и он попросил для нас скидку было очень приятно. Квартира в целом хорошая, но местами требует небольшого обновления

• Maja (7/5): - A lakás nagyon jó helyen van, minden könnyen elérhető gyalog vagy tömegközlekedéssel. A bejutás egyszerű volt és a tisztaság is megfelelő. A terasz gyönyörű. A lakásra ráférne egy renoválás, leginkább a fürdőszobára. A lakás az 5. emeleten van és a lift nagyon sokszor nem működik, így azt semmiképpen ne használják.

Quarto fedorento, um sofá-cama que ficava afundando o colchão, tive que colocar o colchão no chão, banheiro podre, com cheiro de esgoto e ralo entupido com água de esgoto retornando, paredes sujas, internet sem funcionar, solicitei o reembolso e foi negado, elevador quebrado, um aparelho de aquecedor que não funcionava mas fazia barulho a noite toda, piso quebrado, cozinha fedorenta, paredes sujas, moveis velhos, porta quebrada...

Il personale e' stato molto gentile, accettando di prendere le valigie prima dell'ora di check-in e consegnandoci le chiavi gia' la mattina. Il bagno necessita di qualche sistemata, ma e' accettabile.

Traumhafter Ausblick von der großen Terrasse im 5. Stock. WLAN, Heizung und Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Es könnte definitiv sauberer sein im Bad z.b.
• HOVIK (8/5): Buono - Posizione e la terrazza. Era freddo e non ci siamo riusciti riscaldare abbastanza. Condizionatori in verter non riscaldavano invece riscaldamento a Gas non era abbastanza per un appartamento così grande.

La vue depuis l'appartement est belle. L'etat de l'appartement est mauvais. Pas entretenu. La douche est bouchée , moisie. La terrasse est vide et abîmée. Le mobilier exterieur est cassé. Les peintures abimees partout. Le lave vaisselle envoie des décharges électriques quand on le touche.

Price, condition of the apartment, would gladly have paid the price if the apartment was in at least adequate condition. The rat on the 5th floor balcony kind of shocked us.

Muy próxima a la estación de Roma Termini, pero en una calle que da a una de las avenidas principales de Roma, evitando por lo tanto los principales inconvenientes de la zona. El alojamiento en sí es un ático, muy aprovechable por razones evidentes. Resalto en modo especial el buen trato de los anfitriones, que son muy amables y se preocupan por sus huéspedes. Incluso, necesitando nosotros un sitio para dejar nuestras maletas el último día, dado que nuestro vuelo salía tarde, nos proporcionaron un espacio en otro de sus locales. Una gran experiencia! Incapaz de quejarme, todo fue de maravilla.

El salón muy acogedor con una TV grande y moderna. Habitación amplia, terraza grande y con vistas. Cocina equipada con lo necesario. La recepción fue puntual y el personal muy amable. Muy tranquilo. El apartamento sería un 10 si lo arreglara un poco más, la terraza tiene muchas posibilidades con un pequeña reforma

• Mathilde (8/5): Bon séjour grâce à son emplacement - L'emplacement, la terrasse et la literie La douche qui s'évacue très mal et qui déborde vers l'extérieur de la douche, et il manque un tapis de sortie de douche. Le système des portes de l'ascenseur n'est pas pratique car il est resté bloqué plusieurs fois à différents étages car des personnes ne referment pas la porte, ce qui bloque l'ascenseur !
• Cecilia (8/5): - Bellissima posizione, in 20 minuti a piedi si possono visitare Piazza di Spagna, il Colosseo e i Fori, il Pantheon, etc. È vicinissimo alla stazione, in una zona molto bella, sicura e servita. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto quello che può servire per un soggiorno breve (compreso il ferro da stiro!). Avevo comunicato che eravamo in 5 e hanno preparato per noi 5 coppie di asciugamani, due letti matrimoniali e un lettino. I letti sono molto comodi e l'appartamento è arredato con gusto. C'è uno splendido terrazzino da cui si vede Roma dall'alto. Era molto caldo, ma con l'aria condizionata si è dormito benissimo. Intorno alla zona ci sono degli ottimi ristoranti, anche con opzioni senza glutine (sono celiaca e ho trovato una pinsa strepitosa). C'è anche un supermercato a 5 minuti a piedi. Il personale è stato preciso e accogliente, nessuna brutta sorpresa. Abbiamo coordinato il momento di arrivo telefonicamente e abbiamo trovato ad aspettarci un signore gentilissimo che ci ha dato le chiavi e spiegato tutto quanto. Il bagno ha qualche problemino e potrebbe essere sistemato un po' meglio. Comunque il suo lavoro lo ha fatto! Altra nota dolente è l'ascensore, ma non dipende dalla proprietà. L'appartamento è al quinto piano, ma l'ascensore ha un sistema di chiusure delle porte per cui si blocca se non si chiudono le porte interne. Alcuni residenti di altri piani, anche se c'erano cartelli con le istruzioni ovunque, lasciavano le porte aperte e l'ascensore si bloccava.

O proprietário foi muito atencioso nos indicando lugar para deixarmos as malas após o horário de check-out até a hora do nosso vôo. A sala virou quarto. Estávamos em cinco pessoas. A área externa da cobertura, que usamos como sala, é mal cuidada, com cadeiras em péssimo estado.

• Yana (8/5): Very good - The location of the apartment is very comfortable for walking in the center of Rome. Near by there are train station (Termini is 10 minutes walk), metro and bus stations. Тhere was big terrace. Local restaurants are quite good. As we visited Rome in November the apartment was a bit cold.

If you want to pay for an apartment with one comfortable bed and two sofa beds that are no longer fit for purpose then, this is the place for you. If you want an apartment that has absolutely no water supply to the bathroom three out of four nights, then this is definitely the place for you. Still no water supply to the bathroom on the morning of check out Bathroom door reported broken in July 2024 by another reviewer, still not fixed. Kitchen flooded 2nd night - we had to keep mopping. We had not used the dishwasher. Contacts said there was an issue with a broken pipe. Closet doors do not open so your storage space is severely limited. The TV works. The WiFi works and the kettle works. There is a bucket on the terrace, you will need it for filling it in the kitchen and using in the toilet. Complaining to this extent about a property is completely new to me but Booking.com really needs to take action on this.
• Grigera (8/5): Very good - Location, terrace, size of the rooms, very bright. Very good electrical lighting. Very good towels and linen. Some window blinds could not be opened. Water temperature was very variable. Shabby cushions in the terrace. There is a need of overall maintenance.
• Atsushi (8/5): Very good - The location was very good, and it was also possible to reach a popular place by foot. Supermarkets were also close. It might be better to put some instructions on how to use the appliances. I was not able to use the dishwasher due to my luck with my knowledge.

Sometimes elevator does not work, but it is not propertys fault. Water temperature in shower varies, most likely due to an instant heater, requires getting used to.

• James (4/5): Not worth the money, quite the number of issues. - Proximity to metro, restaurants, sights, etc. would be pretty hard to beat. The balcony on this place is gigantic with a pretty nice view down the avenues. The apartment itself is spacious. Management was quick to answer questions over WhatsApp. Long list, brace thyself. Getting keys from the random fruit vendor in front of the apartment was odd, but if someone else was an inexperienced traveler then they would probably be confused. Penthouse level is about level with the very loud club across the street, so sleeping at night was difficult with extreme music blaring. Apartment is quite run down, the bathroom door handle is barely hanging on, extreme amounts of visible dust caked on the vents, and while not the owners' fault the other guests in the building don't shut the door to the elevator always which means it might not work for you (we had a three year old child and two elderly women, so this was not acceptable being on the top floor). Beds were very, very uncomfortable. Internet worked maybe 50% of the time with no rhyme or reason, so don't try to use this to work remotely. Power went out twice due to using basic electronics simultaneously in the apartment (oven, kitchen fan, lights, TV) and I had to go downstairs to reset the electrical breaker which thankfully I am comfortable enough to do. Overall, just not worth the money, but when you're in a place with infinite tourists ready and waiting to replace you, it's not like you should expect to really be taken care of or get top amenities.

• Emily (3/5): Poor - Close to Metro. Enough space for family of 5. Had an unpleasant stay. My daughter got locked in the bathroom due to faulty knob, almost missed our tour in the morning. Dishwasher is leaking, had to clean the floor 2 nights until we decided to just turn off the water source. Water supply was cut off in the entire apartment one night and came back at 4am. May not be the owner’s fault, but the stress of not knowing if and when the water will come back and with a scheduled tour in the morning was just too stressful.
• Gediminas (7/5): Exceptional terrace, good location, but requires maintenance. - Enough of space for family of 5, good location (next to metro, train station and attraction points not to far). Good noise isolation, warm apartment. Terrace on the roof - something unique. Serious maintenance and investing is needed: water in the shower barelly flows, one bed is quite good while others - squeeky old, suitable for small kids only. Wifi router has to be restarted every hour. Dishwasher is leaking, we had a small flooding twice. Something is wrong with wiring - you get a small electrical discharge while touching the sink.

• Lapierre (4/5): We came for the location and we were really happy with it. - The location is amazing! We just had to walk everywhere The small bed in the room is really uncomfortable. There is almost no pression for the hot water in the shower. Some of the floor in the room is missing. This is dangerous.

• Helen (3/5): Would've been wonderful if not for bad experiences above. - Everything about it was great except for no I was stranded on the street corner, unable to get in. No-one was there. There was no sign to tell me if I was in the right place. I had told the owner when I would be arriving. I had a phone number, and eventually the owner came to let me put my luggage inside. ("I'm doing you a favour.") When I was allowed to check-in at 3pm, the key didn't work. The owner reluctantly came and spent 30 minutes trying to get it to work. Every time I went in or out, I had to wrestle with the key and lock. (Panic attacks.) I also had to find a supermarket because there was no toilet paper.

• Orla (8/5): Very good - Location very good, about 5 mins from where the hop on hop off bus tours started. Very close to train station. Lovely balcony to sit out, although with kids, i was nervous as it's 5 floors up. Railing high so safe but still need to watch them. Bottles of water in the fridge on arrival which was great and everything spotlessly clean. Plenty of room for family of 5. Lovely shower and plenty of clean towels. Messaged the property a few days before arrival and got no response so was a bit worried but she contacted us the day of arrival with check-in details so all worked out ok.
• Marie (5/5): Not a good experience for us unfortunately - The location is good and the lift was good too. The manager did try to help but more on that in the negative review about our experience Unfortunately our review is not like the others although the person looking after the apartment tried to help. To start, we were not contacted on how to check in. I am travelling with a 5month old and when I was messaging to ask if the room was ready or how to check in there was silence. Finally it was a good 30mins after the advertised check in time and we were stranded at roma Termini station unsure what to do. I ended up finding a number on booking.com and called. A lady answered and told me there was a problem with the apartment and they needed 20 more mins. I told them that's not a problem but let me know so I can figure out what to do with my baby and my luggage! She then called back saying we can't check in but we can go to leave our luggage there. We went and the first issue was the door doesn't open, only half of it does and there is a large gold handle that sticks out. My little travel pram which is only 49cm wide doesn't fit through the door. All the time we wanted to exit or enter the apartment you needed to walk in from the side which is hard carrying a baby. The lady said there was plumbing issues and they came late. She was nice and told us things on how to get around rome etc. Then I walked into the bedroom. Next to the bed there was missing floorboards which you trip on. We then became concious not to walk over them and it was ok. Slowly the cracks started to show. There was a carpet in the bedroom which we first thought was covering missing floorboards but more on that later. First thing i needed to do was washing so i went to use the washing machine which we found but it did not work. I asked the manager if there was something we needed to do to make it work as it wasnt turning on and she said we don't have one and it's not on the booking advertisement. I then showed her a screenshot that it was on the ad and she apologised and said she needed to fix it with booking.com.
• Karlis (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect, everything was within walking distance! The terrace was great, you could relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Coffee was free. The apartment requires minor repairs. The pictures do not match the real condition of the apartment! The patio furniture should be replaced because it was very worn and the cushions for the furniture were missing.

• Ginta (10/5): Beautiful and highly recommended! - Excellent location, super spaceous roof-top terrace with sitting area, nice rooms, equipped kitchen. Beds are big, both rooms with airconditioning. The lady owner is helpful and responsive. Food supermarket, pharmacy, bookstore, clothes & accesories stores are within 5 min walk. The gelato, pizza, fresh squeezed juices all just downstairs. Termini Station 10 mins walk with suitcases, metro - 3 minutes, bus stop downstairs. Highly recommended! Considering the very central location, the street sometimes maybe quite noisy from traffic, and music from the restaurants from across the street that can be helped with by closing the windows. Anything else is quickly solved by the owner, she is amazing.

We had a delayed flight and ended up arriving at 1 am, she was patient and met us at the property to explain everything and give us the keys. She also arranged the transfer from the airport for us. I would come back to this accommodation. There was no hot water in the shower. Considering the summer heat that was fine, but it would be difficult to deal with that during the winter.
