Amr M (10/5): Amazing place, beautiful view, clean unit and it was totally worth it! - Location was amazing. The unit was ready with an induction cooker, a fridge, a microwave, a spacious bed that can expand and accommodate up to 4pax. Honestly, I was not disappointed, this has definitely been one of the greatest accommodation experiences we had in Baguio City. If I would've been informed about the "scheduled" electricity outage.. I was shocked to wakeup on my last day before checking out that here was no electricity from around 4:00AM until I left at 11:00AM. Which I've been later informed upon check-out that it was a "scheduled" outage. I would've appreciated at least if they could've gave us a heads-up since I needed to charge my devices, use the heater for shower..etc.

Violeta (1/5): Very disappointing stay. - It is in good location, it is near the center of Baguio The toilet is dirty, there’s a mold in the ceiling and the in between tiles at the shower area are black signs of not proper cleaning. There’s also cockroaches in the toilet and kitchen that goes around. When i informed the property manager about the cockroaches, he did not reply about it Rooms has no designs, very plain and things inside the unit is of low quality. Bed is so small and sofa bed is not properly sanitized There’s no bowl thst can be used for soup, etc. Room is so tiny. The bldg is just new but the room inside looks old. The odor inside the room smells insect killer. Parking fee is very expensive, 500pesos per day, even you just stay for 12hrs We are very disappointed staying in with Brenthill GF22. Hope it the owner will take some improvement on their unit and regularly check the cleanliness

Nica Mia Mari (7/5): Near Pink Sisters, Far from Hassle-Free - The host was pleasant and accommodating, making communication easy and smooth. He even helped provide drinking water, with a fee. The sheets and towels smelled fresh and new, which added comfort, and the TV came with Netflix and Prime TV subscriptions, which was nice especially when I had to stay in because of the unpredictable weather. The location was also convenient, near Pink Sisters, with a lot of taxis going around the area. The check-in experience was quite disappointing. Even though I had already submitted a copy of my ID in advance and had clear communication with the host about the check-in timing, the security lobby still insisted on taking a photo of my ID. This practice felt questionable under the National Privacy Commission guidelines on handling and management of private information. On top of that, the lobby enforced too many rules during the check-in which made the process a bit stressful especially if you are coming off from a long drive to Baguio. This unnecessary practice was not isolated to me, as other guests checking in raised the same concerns. As for the room, while it was generally acceptable, it would have benefitted from more thorough cleaning to make the stay feel more comfortable.

We took morning/late afternoon walks around the place and it was peaceful. All utensils were complete like the electric stove and kettle, rice cooker, pot and pan (looks quite fancy, too, nice quality), etc. Our host was kind and accomodating
