• Ray (6/5): - Have no intention of going back to Belgrade. Valia seemed friendly enough and we got on well. But afraid she let us down in the end. She undertook the task of booking a cab for us and for whatever reason did no do it. She claimed her phone was broken and was unable to do it even though she used 2 different phones- a business one and personal one. By the time we saw the 4th taxi go past we decided to take our cases about half km up the hill to the main St and caught a taxi. Consequently we missed the bus, only just, we were at the turnstiles and saw the bus leave. We had to purchase new tickets of course which we did and sat waiting for 4.30 which meant we missed our check in time and had to find alternative accommodation for the night. .Valia called us at the station to say she was upset and the right thing to do was to refund our money. Gave her my card no. and deposited it on day of our departure early afternoon. I saw the entry marked in red which means it was pending to be transfered to my account. I immediately called her and thanked her and that was the end of the matter until I checked my account on Friday 11th and noted a withdrawal instead of a deposit. She has accessed my account a second time and withdrawn the money again. I am afraid this is unforgivable and should not be allowed to happen. If she said she would pay it back and did not do so and kept putting it off is one thing but to access my account a second time.?? I also told her I would not write a review but after this I just had to warn others. That was our experience should not happen to anyone let alone people in their late seventies. Ray & Velika Allan

• Gelis (10/5): If we travel again to Belgrade, we will live at the same apartment certainly! 😊😊 - Everything was so clear and there were everything that we needed for 3 days!There were at the apartment a tasty wine to welcome us to Belgrade! The bed was so comfortable, there were coffee and tea at the kitchen, there were so fresh smelling bathroom’ things! We had plenty choices of bus to move easily to the centre! Also near us there was super market! I have never seen so helpful, kindness hospitality of a host! Nice to meet Valentina and be her guests! We highly recommend this apartment to stay in Belgrade! 😍😍😍
