• TEIXART (8/5): Je recommande - L’hôte était très réactif et serviable. Le quartier est selon moi le meilleur de Split. Lit très confortable. Dommage pour l’isolation sonore heureusement que j’avais des boules quies. Dommage qu il n’y est pas de prise électrique près du lit.

• Tóta (9/5): Egyedülállóknak, összeszokottabb pároknak szinte ideális, pompás kiindulóhely városi sétákra. - Az elhelyezkedése nagyszerű, közel mindenhez. Kényelmes ágy, klíma, bárhűtő. Egyszerű bejutás, rugalmas, készséges vendéglátó, pontos instrukciókkal. A vasútállomástól 10-15 perc gyalog. Csöndes környék. Közvetlenül a Marijan alatt, de még a lépcső előtt. A tisztaság kiemelkedő. Nincs porcica, hajcsomó, egyéb retek, ami elő szokott fordulni kis szálláshelyeken. A fürdőben nincs szellőzés, nincs ventillátor sem. Ezért a Wc használat kicsit problematikus, inkább összeszokott párnak ajánlom. Akik az első éjszakáikat töltenék egymással, azoknak lehet ez kicsit unkomfortos.A falak vékonyak, a felső lakásból néha leszűrődik a zaj. Eleinte meglepődsz, amikor az utcán bőröndöt húznak, mert azt hiszed a szobán halad keresztül valaki. Füldugóval teljesen rendben van.
• Agata (9/5): Outstanding - - outstanding location - communication with owner/ host - all you need: Extra towels, toileiters, even some cold sodas in the fridge - air condition - owner allowed to leave the luggage that was helpful ! Everything I didn’t like was not about something that owners could improve as they cannot control other people- but if you are a fragile sleeper bring the air plugs as people talking loud outside in the middle of the night exactly where the window is- next to your head while you sleep. - the same what other already said- weird noise from the fridge Over than that we loved it here we only slept there and price match what you get recommended 100%
• Joanna (8/5): Fajnie na krótki pobyt - Położenie 5 minut od Rivy i starego centrum miasta, w drugą stronę zaczynają się schody na punkt widokowy. Bardzo blisko jest lokalna "Żabka" na podstawowe zakupy. Łóżko wygodne, chociaż trzeba uważać przy wstawaniu (jest wysoko nad poziomem podłogi). Przed moim przyjazdem właściciel z własnej inicjatywy uruchomił klimatyzację, więc z upału weszłam do przyjemnego chłodu - mała rzecz, a cieszy. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Lodówka działała. Było z czego zrobić kawę. Wszelkie niezbędności były na miejscu. Ogólnie fajne miejsce na krótki pobyt. Brak sztućców (poza łyżeczkami) i talerzy, musiałam się zaopatrzyć w jednorazowe, żeby było na czym zrobić sobie kanapki na śniadanie. Zawsze można kupować lokalne wypieki...

• Akhilesh (9/5): Nice no frills place right in the middle of everything. - Very nice location, right next to the old town. Everything was in the walking distance. Light system and weird room freshener that makes sound every few minutes ( even at 3 am in the night, which is unnerving).

• Sophie (9/5): Quiet and Near - The position is amazing. Only about a 5-10min walk from the centre, located in a tranquil area of town where a nice breeze blows on windy days. Away from the touristy crowds but close to the centre. The owner is lovely, she helped us with directions from the airport to the place giving us Google Maps location and transport suggestions. The place is good for two people who tend to spend the whole day outside given the minimal kitchen tools (only a mini fridge, a kettle and a couple of cups, but for us it worked great as we only had breakfast in the room). The air-conditioning works wonders and is very easy to use and set to the desired modes and temperatures. The bed is so comfortable, I will miss it even when I'll be back home from my holiday! These are just nit picks, however the WiFi wasn't always reliable but the owner was quick to get it fixed. The shower head cannot be hanged and there are shower curtains not doors, which may bother some people, but honestly it's fine for a short stay.

She gave me necessary informations about the bus to go there. And she gave me tolerances about checking in and checking out time. Thanks for everything. There was a slight musty smell

• Juan (10/5): A pleasant starting point to explore Split - The room is in a perfect location close to everything. It is comfortable and nice for relaxing after a long day exploring Split. The contact person was easy to reach and really helpful. The bathroom lacks ventilation, which makes the room a bit humid. This can be countered with the air conditioning though.
