- Didí (8/5): - La zona en la que estaba ubicado Pequeños detalles, como que costaba cerrar la puerta y que no salia el agua muy caliente pero por lo general bien
- Emma (1/5): Awful. - We couldn’t stay in the apartment as it was too dirty. Left after 30 mins. Requested refund which was done quickly by owner. Down a backstreet, grim entrance, dirty bedding, hairs and blood stains in bed. Rammy looking towels, oven tray caked in crap and grease. Hair on dish cleaner. Just awful.
- Nadia (5/5): Centrally located, value for money but in need of some TLC - Centrally located, very comfortable bed and bedding, friendly owner and the wifi worked super. Value for money - overall I would stay here again for this price The apartment is in need of TLC and a thorough clean. The oven was extremely dirty, the baking trays unusable, all surfaces (mirrors, fridge, microwave, windows etc) smeared. The boiler conked out on one occasion. No bed side lights in one bedroom and no spare bulbs. TV was only usable with Amazon Prime. The flat was a little cold, the two electric heaters were really needed. As the bedrooms are on the main road the noise can be an issue. The entrance through the back alley is not pleasant at night for a single woman. Check-in was a little complicated, a key lock box would save time and make things easier

- Monks (4/5): Not what lead to believe - Property is in very good location, walking distance to the main high street and supermarket. Property access is via a metal core escape staircase. I dont think it can be classed as a luxury apartment, it needed a good clean, portable radiators were dirty so was the cooling fan, bathroom needed a good clean around the floor and corners, microwave not clean inside, the floor had been swept and just left in corner by cooker, numerous areas of paintwork very grubby. Very disappointed.

- gofton (7/5): Would stay again, clean and comfortable. - The apartment was lovely and homely, great view from kitchen window. Beds were comfortable. It has everything you need. It's hard to locate the property. The entrance to the property is down a back alley with 2 flights of metal stairs. Then another flight of stairs upon entering the apartment.
- Craig (7/5): Worked perfectly for our stay, great value & an example of why you don’t judge a book by its cover - Spacious property, good shower & great facilities in central location Surprised by the number of stairs to access the property
- Barlow (10/5): - Very relaxing atmosphere All good no complaints
- Katie (5/5): Great potential, needs improvement - This apartment has a lot of potential. It’s spacious and well laid out. It’s also very central for Ramsbottom. The back alley and stairs were no issue to us as we were aware of them prior to our stay and we were fine with them. I wouldn’t stay there by myself due to the location of the entrance though. It was absolutely freezing, the heaters provided are not adequate to warm the large area. The bedding was very dirty, a mixture of grey/white hairs several inches long each and short dark hairs on the sheet and pillows. No toilet paper was provided (apparently this was an accident by the cleaner) and no matches to use the gas hob. The bedrooms are very noisy from the main road and pub late at night. The insulation is virtually non-existent, causing temperature and noise issues. The front door lock is temperamental but we eventually got the knack of it (luckily, as we would have been stuck otherwise). It’s a real shame about these issues because the apartment really does have a lot of potential but all these issues let it down.
- Paul (8/5): Well appointed apartment in the heart of Ramsbottom. - Convenience to all the amenities in Ramsbottom .Easy transport links to both Bury and Manchester.
- Mickey (10/5): Great value for money and good area for local shops - Good bedroom space and nice kitchen area
- Mohammed (8/5): - Location was goog for me. Shops and facilities nearby. Access was through a back street using the fire escape. No WiFi available throughout our stay. Lock on the door was problematic. Parking is on street and can be somewhat difficult.

- Natasha (8/5): Beautiful settings - Great stay in a lovely apartment, just what we needed for a lovely weekend away. Location was great and will definitely be back.
- Terence (10/5): Just was excellent facilities excellent location on point in the centre - Location and cleanliness facilities Nothing perfect
For a short or long stay in Ramsbottom
- Charlotte (10/5): Great time, will be back again! - Property had all the amenities and was right in the centre of Ramsbottom, Aarron was super lovely and always happy to help, great communication. Had a few minor issues with the WiFi being slow for the TV but I think that’s a Ramsbottom issue, not specifically the flat.
- richard (9/5): great flat need to be fit to go up all the steps - location great parking and loads of stairs 2 get into flat

- Ophélie (1/5): DO NOT STAY - MOULD + BLOOD STAIN + DIRTY APPLIANCES - Did not stay, there was nothing likeable about the accommodation. Upon arrival, we found the accommodation to be uninhabitable and unsafe: mould + stain in the baby cot, blood stain on a pillow, food left in the oven, a filthy fridge, sofa full of crumbs, rust in the bathroom, and overall unhygienic conditions. The owner and partner were still cleaning the place when we arrived with bins overflowing and cans of soda on the floor. These issues clearly present health and safety risks and fall below the standards the platform promises. The guest I booked this for rightfully refused to stay. The property owner offered a partial refund in exchange of a good review, an offer we obviously denied. We have reached out to Bcom since and they refused to relocate my guest (including a baby under 1 and a 6 year old) or to provide us with a full refund claiming that I need to contact the accommodation owner instead (I paid Booking.com). The accommodation owner no longer replies to my messages/calls.
- Carmel (8/5): Good value for money. Hosts pleasant and accommodating - The location and size of the flat were great. Facilities and appliances in the flat were very good. The flat was fine however the outside steps and the outside surroundings were off putting the fact that there were many bins outside the property resulted in a smell due to the hot weather . Photographs of the property exterior would help people make the right choice given the steep metal steps
- Katrina (3/5): Needs TLC - Spacious Entrance to property unkemp
Weeds and rusty stairwell damaged front door
- Stacey (8/5): -
- Kirsty (1/5): Disgusting - not even clean bedsheets - The sheets in both bedrooms were not clean — there were hairs and visible staining, which made it uncomfortable for us. There were also only two towels provided for four adults, and less than one full roll of toilet paper in the property.
For £270 for one night, we expect clean, fresh bedding, at least one towel per guest, and basic essentials like adequate toilet paper as a minimum. There was also visible dust throughout, which gave the impression that the property hadn’t been properly cleaned or prepared for our arrival.
- Tony (1/5): Definitely Not a Luxury Apartment - Nothing The term luxury apartment couldnt be farther from the truth. The place smelled of wet dog, everything was cheap looking the bedding was of the lowest quality, old and stained. The entrance to the apartment was down a back/crack alley with the door at the top of a fire escape. My wife and daughter refused to stay and ended up paying for alternative accommodation . I will be seeking a refund from Booking.com for false advertising.
- Allmand-smith (9/5): Superb -
- Colum (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location and really cosy little apartment. Aaron was really easy to deal with. We will be back next time we are in Rammy.
- Patricia (6/5): It's okay - Awful outside but inside nice. Could have left milk and tea to start with Noisy in evening. Parking difficult. Lots of stairs and I found them hard xx
- Lennox (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kath (1/5): Disgraceful. - Absolutely nothing!!! My husband is disabled. He was unable to access the property due to the 20 or so fire escape steps followed by a further 15 or so steps once inside the property. .There was no mention of this in the description of the property!!! When inside the property very obviously had not been cleaned .Basically it was dirty,!!
I paid in excess of £130 pounds for the apartment but had to go to another hotel. I expect and await a full refund from Booking.com as it was you who I paid my money too. Please respond!!
- Michelle (9/5): Great local stay - Central to where we needed to be. All amenities were within walking distance
- Sowinski (10/5): Top geezer - ALL the stuff you need might need. Free WiFi. Clean and tidy aity large. TV good. Brewing stuff. Comfortable beds.. 💯 per cent i Check out 😭
- Matteo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barry (4/5): Not for us - Apartment was not luxury but it was adequate
Owner was pleasant and helpful
Outside of the apartment was disgusting Central cosy but luxurious as described
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and comfortable, right in the heart of Ramsbottom. Very helpful host.
- Price-bland (6/5): Pleasant - location Entrance is down an allyway with rubbish bins along it, lots of metal stairs to second floor entrance and the more stairs inside
- Graham (9/5): Superb - Na
- Tracy (8/5): Very good - A great apartment in a lovely village. Warm, clean and Aaron was incredibly helpful with any questions we had. We would absolutely stay there again!
- Patricia (9/5): Suited our needs very well! - Very good location in central Ramsbottom, easy parking and very close to shops and supermarket. The hosts were flexible and allowed an early check in which was much appreciated .
We lived easily in the apartment for a week .
Very good value for Monday . The entrance to the apartment is via a dark alleyway which wouldn’t have been comfortable if I’d been alone at night.
Another bigger saucepan and a way to make coffee ( fresh press or drip machine) would have been appreciated .
Otherwise this suited our needs very well. Thank you !
- Greg (8/5): Very good - My experience here was great. The communication from the host was fantastic and he was more than willing to make my stay as comfortable as possible which I found made my stay all the more better. The apartment tucked away off the high street is well accommodated and spacious enough for solos, couples and families. I was on my own and found it more than ample for what I needed over the few days I stayed there. Situated in the center of Ramsbottom there's everything within walking distance; shops, supermarket, pubs, cafes, takeaways etc which was very convenient. The bus stops outside the property going towards Bury which is perfect for those getting to/from on public transport. Ramsbottom being decently connected you have connections in all directions. For a three night stay, I was more than satisfied with my stay here. The internet was a bit temperamental being a dongle plugged into the mains it would disconnect randomly but once up and running it was okay. I found the heating while I was here was also difficult to get working properly as the living room radiator wouldn't fully heat up without turning off other radiators in different rooms which I ended up doing in order to heat the living room. Maybe a pressure issue? Maintaining heat in the property in general, especially in the living room was tricky. The boiler seemed to trip a few times requiring me to reset it.
- Joe (9/5): Superb -
- James (8/5): Very clean. Great contact from Owner. Very happy with stay. Will be using again - Very clean! Spacious. Great price Single glazed windows with it being noisy would need to be upgraded 👍🏼
- Mia (9/5): Superb -
- David (7/5): Good -
- Colin (8/5): Very good - The apartment has everything you need as a family, very comfortable living room, and beds are so comfortable. Excellent value for money.
- Anthony (9/5): Superb -
- George (8/5): Ideal for a short stay , clean , everything you need is provided, good hosts. - The apartment was spacious and newly furnished, its locations was great if you want to be be in the centre of the town very close to many places to eat and drink as well as a number of supermarkets and local shops if you want to eat in / do your own cooking. The entrance to the property is from a back street up an outside staircase which may not suit everyone but is easy and safe enough to negociate if you are reasonable fit.
- Susann (8/5): Very good -
- Lee (7/5): Good -
- Tolulope (10/5): Comfortable and cosy - Very nice, modern apartment and lovely host. Goes out of his way to make us comfortable. Accommodated very late checkin. Thanks Aaron for your hospitality 🤍 The entrance
- Helen (10/5): Spot on - It was a great place for us central and had everything we needed
- Syrah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shauna (9/5): Loved staying here, staff was lovely and helpful, very comfy and easy going stay - The price! & The gorgeous village it’s in Not much
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Excellent, very good value for money, clean modern and situated very nicely for travel and tourism. Staff were very accommodating and I wish them well.
- Ricardo (7/5): Lovely, warm and very friendly - I liked the hospitality of the host, open and friendly and extremely helpful.
The apartment was cousy and spacious. The location of the entrance, as it's in a alley were refuge and rubbish is dumped and collected. So walking through that is not a pleasant experience. Other than that it was home away from home
