• Kravchenko (10/5): - Дуже гарні апартаменти, а також місце розташування. Близько продуктові магазини, до моря 5 хвилин пішки, до центру 20 хвилин пішки. Трохи є шум від дороги вдень, але то не критично.

• ranitovic (10/5): Just an amazing stay! - It's a smart building, and the noise isolation was amazing. And concerning closeness to everything that matters in Zadar, we're just in awe, all the time. Right spot and right apartment to feel Zadar and everything it has to offer. We loved that it is so close to the old city, and that it is so modern, comfortable, home like experience, everything we wanted to be.

• Željko S. (9/5): Pretty happy with the appartment - This modern apartment is in a good location, equipped with all the essentials, clean, and has an extra storage room. Seeing 3 in 1 coffee on the counter was a pleasant surprise. The apartment is on a busy street, so expect traffic noise; the lights are bright, neon white - a lamp with a warmer tone would help; and there are no wine glasses.

• Lovrić (8/5): - Konunikacija sa vlasnikom/com je nikakva doslovno kao da vlasnik ne postoji, ne odgovara na poruke nit da ikakve upute/preporuke. Pri odlasku bez pozdrava ili bilo kakve povratne informacije kao ni prilikom slanja dokumenata.

• Pia (10/5): Apartman je uredan, moderan i komotan. - Odlično opremljen, čist i uredan! Moderno je uređen, ima puno utičnica i ormara. Garažno mjesto i lift su spas! Blizu je centra i veliki dućan je odmah ispred zgrade. Apartman je iznad prometne ulice pa može biti malo bučno, ali ima dobru izolaciju. Nema tostera.
