Paolo (7/5): - ALLOGGIO CARINO E MODERNO, Purtroppo il proprietario non ne può nulla, ma i vicini lasciano i cani abbaiare dalle 6.30 alle 8.30 i cani,ma avvisato il proprietario dell alloggio dove si e messo subito in moto per cercare di agevolarci
Mauro (2/5): Un consiglio: cambia modo di gestire il tuo appartamento! - Il posto auto in garege 1) la casa risultava poco riscaldata; 2) la casa non risultava abbastanza pulita; 3) gli asciugamani sepour lavati, avevano un odore sgradevole di fumo; 4) all'arrivo, in bagno era presun rotolo di carta igienica, già utilizzata; 5) su lavandino erano presenti capelli e/o peli; 6) il letto predisposto come matrimoniale, in realtà sono 2 letti singoli su una rete matrimoniale... 7) lenzuona e federe colorate seppur lavate, erano presenti macchie evidenti di candeggina.. utilizzare solo lenzuola bianche; 8) proprietario poco cortese e poco propenso all'ascolto ed esigenze dei clienti.
Martin (3/5): Da rivedere il rapporto con i tuoi ospiti !! - Struttura pulita Struttura non andatta al soggiorno per piu di 2 persone perche il "divano letto" ha un materassino di 2 cm di spessore che purtroppo rende impossibile dormirci. Necessità di un upgrade !! In piu ho contattatto piu volte l'host Fulvio telefonicamente per chiedere gentilmente piu volte di poter alzare la temperatura della casa da remoto, visto che ha costruito una sorta di cassa forte in plexiglass con serratura attorno al termostato per far si che gli ospiti non possano toccare la temperatura. E nonostante i messaggi e le richieste i caloriferi sono rimasti spenti per tutto il tempi del nostro soggiorno!

François (5/5): It was OK but I will not come back as long as the mattress is not upgraded. - The apartment included pretty much everything a couple would need to stay for a few days. The owner was absent but very helpful through WhatsApp. The village of La Cassa includes three restaurants offering very good food at very reasonable prices. The place was not easy to find. The message from the owner about where to find the keys was not available until the day of arrival, which necessitated a roaming access to internet. The mattress in the bedroom was of poor quality and caused back pains. The place has no windows one can see through (they are at least 2.5 meters above floor!). The internet access had to be reset every day. The hot water was warm more than hot. The extra blanket smelled so badly it was not possible to use it.
