Die Wohnung ist dunkel, eng und klein mit Dachschrägen überall. Zimmer mit Meerblick ein Witz :: 2 kleine schmutzige Fenster am Boden und Dachlukenfenster. Die Wohnung ist etwas älter und könnte gründlich modernisiert werden. Die Klimaanlage/Heizung rauscht sehr laut. Das Bad läßt sich nicht heizen.

Malo stariji interijer, trebalo bi malo modernizirat apartman, i preporuka da se promjene ručnici jer su odradili svoje,mala vrata na ulaznim vratima od apartmama da mačke mogu ulazit nesmetano u apartman, apartman se nalazi 4/5 katu zgrade, treba teglit kofere na vrh ( nema lifta) parking ispod zgrade bio je dostupan ali uz naknadu od 8-18h 1,5€/h

• Silvia (9/5): - The apartment is situated in a house with much charm due to the age it was built. And so the apartment itself is a little jewel. The town center is within distance and worth seeing, the sea is so beautiful! Not so easy to find if arriving when it's dark. But the host was very helpful and kind, and helped us navigate that rough moment. It's the top floor apt, that is the fourth 😊 I wished we had met the host.

• Juod (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was very nice, had an AC which helped a lot since it was quite hot the night we came. It had everything else one needs in an apartment. Unfortunately, there's no allocated parking spot and parking in the street is quite expensive throughout the day.

• Sri (9/5): Great location, comfortable and excellent value for money - The location was great. So close to the center of Opatija, at the same time, just a flight of stairs away from a sea side walk. The apartment was fully furnished including just as advertised. The view from the skylights was great and the beds were very comfortable. Although we did not meet the host in person, eveything was arranged prior to our arrival and the check-in was seamless. The location of the property unfortunately makes the parking costs quite high. The area right outside the property falls under the most expensive parking zone. The least expensive zone (zone 1) is a 500m walk away from the property. Also, the apartment is on the fourth floor, accessible only via stairs (something to keep in mind for carrying luggage up the stairs or people with reduced mobility)
