Shawn (10/5): This BNB has a water fall, and a hot tub! - Brookside Falls provides a complete and enjoyable two bedroom suite. There is a full refrigerator, coffee maker, laundry washer and dryer in the suite kitchen. The bedrooms each have a minisafe. In one suite there is a minifridgea and coffee maker. Most rooms are equiped with a large television! Outside in the back yard there is a waterfall for contemplation and relaxation with a coy fish pond and even a hottub!

Cinocco (4/5): A basement apartment at the price of a suite😒 - It was decorated very nicely, and you could tell they had put lots of love into it. They advertised a hot tub, and it was considerably more expensive than others, but I thought the hot tub would be worth it. Sadly it was not in working order when we got there, and though they had contacted us, they had not warned us of this reality‼️
Katja (7/5): - Es war alles vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine und Trockner. Man hätte in die Beschreibung Kellerwohnung, niedrige Deckenhöhe schreiben sollten, für meine Mann mit 1,96cm Körpergröße war es sehr grenzwertig.
Woit-Maides (4/5): - They tried hard to make this basement suite rentable. Well outfitted with fridge & laundry facilities. Beds were comfortable & each bedroom had a TV. Difficult to get into, had to duck to get down iffy stairs. Terrible high pitched noise in the morning (shower upstairs?) Temperature controlled by owners. We needed each bedroom to have their own. Felt not safe to leave portable heater on all night. Access into the shower was unsafe.

Ron (10/5): The room was clean and stylish, comfy bed and the hot tub was a nice way to end a long day. Highly recommend. - The hot tub was great after a long drive in, and the back area where it’s situated is really nice and peaceful. The host was wonderful and very welcoming…very hands on. :) She really pays attention to detail and makes you feel at home. I’m 6’5 and the ceilings were a little low for me, but then again, most are.
Amy (10/5): Had a great stay. - It was easy to find, nicely done inside. Hottub was so lovely. Has everything you need :) My boyfriend is 6’4 and the ceilings were quite low - he had to duck in spots.
Valeria (9/5): Superb - Very pleasant and helpful host. Big and clean suite. Garden with waterfall and fishes are amazing to spent evenings. Some ceilings are too small for talley people. But for a few days, it is not an issue at all
