• Paul (10/5): Great apartment in a good location. - Apartment was spotless when we arrived. Check in instructions were clear and easy to understand. The apartment is in a great location, close to bars, restaurants and supermarket, but in a quiet location. Amenities in the apartment were good, even though we didn’t use much as we ate out. Communication from the host was excellent.

• Alex (10/5): Wonderful location, plenty of space. Ideal for a family of 4! - fantastic location! You can see the lake from the apartment and it’s a few mins walk to the lake and restaurants etc. We are a family of 4 and had more than enough space with balcony too - brilliant! The construction work next door is not an issue as we were out in the day and the discount is worth any slight inconvenience! nothing - it was all amazing for us.

• Ondřej (9/5): Děkujeme, rádi přijedeme zase. - Pěkný, čistý a vybavený apartmán v podstatě v centru města. Parkovací místo hned za budovou. K dispozici kafe a drobný snack. Vedle budovy je staveniště, ale to se holt tak někdy ve městě stává, byli jsme zde přes víkend, takže se nás stavební práce nijak nepříznivě nedotkly.
• Gardon (6/5): - Séjour d'une nuit uniquement, facile d accès. Très bon retour sur les questions posées par le personnel. Propre mais trop petit pour 4 personnes. Travaux pour construction d un immeuble juste a côté et commençant a 7h30. Pas de rideau opaque dans le salon pour le couchage donc réveillé avec le soleil. Frigo fonctionne très mal, ne fait quasi pas de froid Trop cher pour la qualité du logement
• Wagner (10/5): Excellent - Everything was more than excelent: From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well-prepared. The apartment is beautifully maintained—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We were expected with fresh water, coffee, tea and sweets. About the area (construction site - IT IS MENTIONED ON THE description of the apartment), but it didn't affect us at all because you can BARELY hear it inside the apartment. From living room you have a wonderful lake view. The host was kind and helpful, providing us with everything we needed. The apartment has a parking lot behind the building, which is a big PLUS since you don't have were to park around. The location is excellent, close to the town center, the lake, and public transport. We felt great and it was a great choice for our stay.
• benjamin (10/5): Super stay - I would like to start by saying that the bad reviews are very mean and don't reflect the value of the property. The property is great, everything was more than fine (cleaning, great linen and towels, wi-fi, etc). The surroundings are great. Near they are building a house, but this didn't affect us because we came to visit not to stay inside and in the house we didn't hear the noise. We liked that we had coffee, tea for a fresh start in the morning. We really liked the welcoming gift (chips, aperol, sweets, toy) with the apologise from the guest for the construction site. I also received the parking space for... car, everything well organized. Shop a short distance away. Great area
• Gabriella (6/5): It was okay - The area was nice and close to center. The host was helpful and service minded. The apartment had just the necessary things. Could have been more toilet paper. The kitchen could have been a little better equipped but had everything you needed. The apartment was next to a construction site which should have been informed on the booking site before we paid but it was not informed. The noise was not nice at all but we didn’t mind it that much since we were out almost all day. We were offered another place that was far from the area we booked which was not optional for us since we wanted to live close to the lake. Parking space was not good and would have been nice to have it closer to the front door. Not optional with kids.

• Grigoris (8/5): Recommended room. Just a 5 min walk from the city centre - Recommended room. Just a 5 min walk from the city centre or 10m walk with skis at hand to the main gondola station. Enough space for three adults. Most of the amenities, pleasant stay, -Entrance to the building could be better. -Parking space for our car was adequate but not appropriate for inexperienced drivers. -A little more supply of paper wouldn't be bad

• Mikaela (8/5): A nice, compact place in a great location - Nice, modern and warm apartment with most of the facilities you might need, including a small dishwasher, coffee maker, nice wine glasses, etc. The wifi and the smart TV worked perfectly. Great location; it's on the outskirts of the town meaning that it's very quiet, but still only a 5-10 min walk from the CityXpress lift and shops/restaurants. The balcony is very nice and gets the sun in the afternoon! The living room/kitchen was smaller than we expected based on the pictures. It works for two people, but it was a bit cramped. The bathroom was quite damp and mouldy as it seemed to lack ventilation. The sheets were very worn and bobbly.

• Андрей (10/5): Exceptional - We were delighted with the apartment. New furniture, very clean, all kitchen utensils included, very warm and quiet. The location is ideal, the center, ski lift and lake are all within walking distance. I forgot some of my things in the wardrobe and a couple of days later I contacted the owner, they returned everything to me! The owner is a super man, always in touch, he also provided us with a free parking space.

The apartment was incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay all the more comfortable. Additionally, the location was perfect - it was easily accessible and just a short distance from the city center. As a couple on a short trip, we found that the apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable place to stay in the city.
• Popescu (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed for only one night and from the beginning, everything went really well. The check-in was really smooth and the facilities were top-notch. The host was really friendly and provided me with all the info that I needed. The room has a kitchen that has all that one needs to cook the food. From the living room you have a spectacular view of the lake. Overall pretty amazing experience and I am already planning to come back to Zell am See in a few months and stay in the same place and this time with family.
