• Ruth (9/5): Hidden gem in the heart of the city. - Fantastic location and easy to find. Just a few minutes from the Duomo across the street from the Accademia Gallery, entrance door sandwiched between a well-stocked supermarket and a fabulous bookshop cum coffee bar. Facilities great, double bed/twin and sofa bed, and lovely outdoor patio with wonderful rooftop views. Amazingly quiet given the location and attentive customer service throughout. Could not fault. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and no lifts, so would be problematic for anyone with mobility issues. However, only of concern if it applies...

• Renate (10/5): Perfekte Lage im Herzen von Florenz - Perfekte Lage im Herzen von Florenz – die Kathedrale ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und die Kuppel sieht man direkt vom Balkon aus. Der self check-in ging problemlos (Schlüssel in einer Box mit Zahlencode). Das Apartment liegt gegenüber der Galleria dell’Accademia und ist wunderschön im nostalgischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen: Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage. Es gibt sowohl eine Terrasse als auch einen Balkon – ideal zum Entspannen nach einem Stadtbummel. Alles war genau wie beschrieben. Sehr empfehlenswert! Man muss bedenken, dass das Appartement in der 3. Etage ist.

• Helen (10/5): Fantastic apartment with great terrace views, comfort and location - This is a beautiful top floor apartment with 2 terraces on each side. The bed is very comfortable and you have everything you need including a very cute kitchen. You can see the Duomo and all the rooftops. Much needed AC was provided and a lovely bathroom too. The location couldn’t have been better! Next to the gallery if you want to see the David statue but even better than that, there’s a great coffee place next door called Eroica and it has a great book shop! On the other side is a Carre Four for food supplies. It really couldn’t have been in a better location. Close to all the Florence attractions. A very charming and characterful place with lovely staff providing help when needed. Having to leave 😢
• Bradley (9/5): Superb - gorgeous apartment with large terrace on one side and smaller balcony on the other. Very comfortable bed. Washing machine available. Had an iron but no ironing board, but we made do. Very close to all of Florence's highlights without being too noisy (although opposite the Galleria dell'Accademia so busy in the mornings). Overall a perfect spot for a romantic getaway! Lots of stairs, but worth it for the beautiful roof terrace

• Jennifer (10/5): A wonderful, lovely, private, well equipped home away from home! - The apartment is very bright, clean, extremely well equipped, and quiet, because of its distance from the street level. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine very much appreciated. An absolute delight, and the location is wonderful, right beside Accademia Gallery. Little grocery store at street level a nice convenience too. I should have paid attention to the lack of mention of a lift (elevator), but got good exercise.

• Ketevan (8/5): Amazing location, cute and authentic interior, - location was perfect, old fashioned design was cute. balconies were fantastic stairs are difficult to climb if you have luggage. It would be nice if you hide cleaning devices from the balcony and change insects protective curtains
