Самі апарты даволі прасторныя, вялікія вокны з прыгожым відам на горад - раён пры гэтым даволі спакойны. Было вельмі цёпла, можна гнутка кантраляваць тэмпературу. Апарты цалкам абсталяваныя - ад ваннага пакою да кухні і прылад па догляду за одзягам. Побач багата добрых крам, да мора даволі блізка, то можна і горад паглядзець, і хутка дабрацца куды заўгодна. Уласьнік, спадар Мерабі, вельмі ветлівы і гасьцінны, дапамог і з больш раньнім засяленьнем, і начным выездам. Вельмі раю гэтае месца для цудоўнага адпачынку ў Батумі! Very cozy, beautiful place, where you can comfortably spend time! The apartments themselves are quite spacious, large windows with beautiful views of the city - the district is quite peaceful. It was very warm, you can flexibly control the temperature. The apartments are fully equipped - from the bathroom to the kitchen and clothes care equipment. There are several groceries nearby, and the sea is quite close, so that you can see the city and quickly get anywhere. The owner, mr. Merabi, is very hospitable, he helped me with early check-ins and night check-outs. I highly recommend this place for a wonderful vacation in Batumi! -
Jevgeni (9/5): The apartment is very suitable for families. - The apartment was located near the bus stop. There were several different shops and beauty salons nearby. The apartment had a large balcony and a spacious enough kitchen with the necessary kitchen utensils. The rooms and shower room were clean and tidy. It was not far from the beach. It was also nice that the owner of the apartment building sent the locations of nearby restaurants and attractions.
Maria (8/5): Stor lejlighed tæt på centrum - Stor lejlighed med store, højloftede rum. Stor altan med mulighed for at tørre tøj. Tæt på centrum og busstop lige foran - vi tog bussen ofte fordi det var billigt og belejligt. Ejeren svarede hurtigt og gav gode tips til ting i lokalområdet. Han var endda sød at åbne for os da vi ankom kl 5 om morgenen fra Kutaisi. Lejligheden trænger til en lille renovering, da der ser lidt mere slidt ud end på billederne. Løs toilet-skyl og løse dørhåndtag, men ellers fungerede ting som de skulle.
Дарья (10/5): - В первый раз приехали в Грузию, долго выбирали жилье, боялись ошибиться. Выбрали Мераби - не ошиблись. В апартаментах понравилось все, техника работала без проблем. Отдельный плюс, что можно разделить зону сна и гостиную, очень удобно. Расположение для нас получилось идеальное: поблизости большой супермаркет и магазин с хорошей выпечкой, буквально у выхода из апартаментов автобусная остановка. Море в шаговой доступности, 15 минут и ты на пляже. Оцениваю отдых на 10/10, буду в Батуми - буду у Мераби.♥️

Eva (10/5): - Alles neu, sehr sauber. Starker Wasserstrahl und schönes Bad. Es ist nicht ganz am Strand und auch nicht in der Altstadt aber hat viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, daher gut!
Nina (9/5): - Лично для меня удобное расположение. Рядом круглосуточный магазин, где в том числе есть готовая еда. Шум улицы особо не мешает, как в более туристических местах. Рядом с домом автобусная остановка, но я предпочитала ходить пешком, минут 20 и вы у моря. За время проживания никаких происшествий, соседи не беспокоили. Личным кайфом оказалось сидеть на крыше здания (место оборудовано) вечером или просто перед сном, как-то атмосферно было для меня. В принципе всё, что указано об апартаментах на букинге, имелось в номере. Хозяин тоже достаточно приятный и владеет русским языком. Наверное, единственный минус - это то что дверь в ванную закрывалась только на замок, но не просто на ручку. Но я жила одна, поэтому мне и так нормально.

Ghukas Kakosyan (9/5): - Квартира очень уютная, удобная и очень солнечная и сухая, что очень важно для Батуми. Две отдельные комнаты. К нашему заезду в квартире была осуществлена тшательная уборка, было очень чисто. Полотенца, тапочки, мыло, шампуни, моющие средства - все это было подготовлено заранее, за что отдельное спасибо. Мебель в отличном состоянии. Ванная комната чистая и удобная. Горачая и холодная вода. Стиральная машинка очень хорошая. Больше всего нам понравился балкон, где можно было уединиться с книгой или душевной музыкой, в дни когда погода была дождливая. Завтракали и ужинали мы также на балконе, на свежем воздухе. Прекрасно. Можно будет диван-кровать в гостинной поменять на более удобный или добавить еще одно спальное место. Имеющийся сейчас немного маловат для двух человек. Но это не было проблемой, поскольку в спальной стоит очень большая кровать и дети с супругой помещались на ней, а я спал в гостинной один. На море мы ездили на яндекс такси, оплата происходила автоматически с карты, поэтому наличные не нужны, хотя пешком можно было дойти минут за 20-25. Такси в батуми очень доступное по цене и это очень здорово. Еда в Батуми просто волшебная, практически во всех ресторанах все было очень вкусно. Мы обожаем грузинскую кухню и каждый раз пробовали что-нибудь новое, старались попробовать все что есть в меню, но отпуска не хватило, так много там вкусных блюд.
Basan (10/5): Одно из лучших предложений по соотношению цена/качество - Местоположение хорошее, рядом Динамо-арена с новым, современным проспектом, по которому приятно прогуляться вечером. До моря неторопливым шагом минут 20 идти. Мама Мераби очень приятная, на прощание подарила чай и лавровые листья, которые сама собирала. Мераби всегда на связи, отвечает оперативно. В квартире чисто, опрятно. Рекомендую

The location is excellent - just a pleasant 15-minute walk to the main area - and the apartment itself is spotless and well-maintained. There’s an Agrohub nearby where you can conveniently buy fresh food and groceries. I especially liked the terrace, perfect for relaxing, and the Wi-Fi was strong and reliable for work or streaming. Cynthia (9/5): Wonderful house owner and well maintained apartment - The house owner is very kind and responsible to requests very quickly. The studio has a glass partition that makes it like a one bedroom unit. Very smart design. The pillows and the mattress render good sleep and the bedings are of good quality. The dining table is also a credit that is big enough to serve as working desk for more than two people. The studio is clean and tidy, very warm even in winter time. A bit water leakage from the shower cubicle but it does not undermine much our stay.

I really liked how they block the light It is a bit noisy area, but I don’t think you can find a quiet place in Batumi. At least not nearby downtown. The a/c placed in a such way that it can barely cool down the bed side of the room.

The accommodation was very comfortable. The location is very good, not quite close to the sea, about 15-20 minutes to the beach, from that not so many people around. Near several shops, vegetable and fruit shops, including the famous and the only in Batumi store network - Agrohub, where you can buy food from other countries. The owner of the apartment - Merabi is very friendly, responsive and responsible to receive guests. From what could be improved: - sometimes the speed of the Internet was reduced and you could not watch streaming videos. - sometimes the shower required additional adjustment. After hot water was periodically cool, it most likely depends on setting the boiler heater. I think this problem will soon disappear.
