- Laulo&Patrick (6/5): Bonne situation géographique et confort correct malgré les désagréments fonctionnels - C'est un appartement bien situé dans la ville de Rabat et le quartier de l'Agdal proche de l'animation diurne et nocturne. Le confort est agréable, bien que la vétusté commence à se faire ressentir. Pour notre arrivée tardive, une personne nous a attendus dans l'appartement. Nous avons apprécié cette attention de notre hôte. D'autant que nous nous sommes rendus compte que les instructions fournies par photos via whatsapp ne correspondaient pas à l'appartment en question; mais certainement à destination d'une autre location. Par la suite nous avons été déçus de nos échanges avec notre hôte. Son ultime envoi d'une photo sans aucun mot d'un canapé gris endommagé par vraisemblablement une brulure de cigarette... Aucun fumeurs durant notre séjour...De plus le canapé qui est dans l'appartment loué est bleu, et le check out avait eu lieu plusieurs jours auparavant. En bref, nous regrettons le manque de communication et la réactivité parfois tardive de notre hôte et ses messages incompréhensibles. Pour autant nous avons apprécié le confort et la bonne situation de son logement. Nous avons été déçus par rapport aux appréciations que nous avons lues. Notre hôte n'a pas voulu entendre que le réfrigérateur dysfonctionne, ni que le chauffe eau fuit et perd une grande quantité d'eau que nous devions régulièrement éponger. Peut-être aussi faire le point sue un kit d'accueil avec bouteille d'eau une peu de café et ou thé, de sucre etc non périmé

The place was spotless, well-equipped, and located in a perfect, quiet area near the train station. Everything we needed was close by, making it very convenient. The manager was incredibly helpful, always available to answer our questions. We found everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay.
